Claims (7)
- Verrou pour volet roulant, équipé d'un axe (6) d'enroulement du tablier libre en rotation, prenant place entre ledit axe (6) et la première des lames (5) constituant ledit tablier, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins trois maillons (1, 2 et 3) articulés, le premier maillon (1) étant en liaison rigide avec l'axe (6), et les deuxième et troisième maillons (2, 3) s'articulant entre eux grâce à un système de glissière (14) créé dans le deuxième maillon (2) et dans lequel peut translater l'axe (15) du troisième maillon (3), l'amplitude de la translation se réglant par un système d'échappement, qui est constitué notamment d'une barrette (17) articulée autour d'un axe (18) solidaire de l'extrémité du deuxième maillon (2) coopérant avec le troisième maillon (3), ladite barrette pouvant, selon son débattement angulaire, se rabattre et s'emprisonner entre différents crans situés sur l'extrados du troisième maillon (3), et dont l'association cumulée avec le système de glissière (14) offre une pluralité de positions de réglage de la longueur du tablier et de niveaux de blocage du tube (6) en fin de déroulement.
- Verrou pour volet roulant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième maillon (2), réalisé en matière plastique ou métallique, se présente sous la forme d'un élément de profil sensiblement curviligne et comporte, d'une part un évidemment central (11) et d'autre part, sur ses parois latérales (12, 13), des lumières (14) faisant office de système de glissière.
- Verrou pour volet roulant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le troisième maillon (3), réalisé en matière plastique ou métallique, se présente sous la forme d'un élément de profil sensiblement curviligne et comporte sur son extrados des crans destinés à coincer la barrette (17) afin d'ajuster le blocage de l'axe d'enroulement (6) et le tablier en position basse.
- Verrou pour volet roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la barrette (17) comporte à l'une de ses extrémités une patte (23) qui permet de l'escamoter lors de l'enroulement, et en ce qu'un système de butée en extrémité du deuxième maillon (2) limite l'amplitude du débattement angulaire de ladite barrette (17).
- Verrou pour volet roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'on dispose, au niveau de l'articulation (9) reliant le premier maillon (1) et le deuxième maillon (2), un organe élastique (24) du type ressort, de manière à faire pivoter le deuxième maillon (2) contre ce premier maillon (1).
- Verrou pour volet roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit de disposer au bout de l'axe supportant le tube d'enroulement du tablier (6), un organe élastique notamment du type ressort plat hélicoïdal.
- Verrou pour volet roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est possible d'intégrer, entre le troisième maillon (3) et la première des lames (5), un quatrième maillon (4), réalisé en matière plastique ou métallique et se présentant sous la forme d'un élément de profil sensiblement curviligne, afin de s'adapter au gabarit du caisson du volet roulant.
