Description

The invention relates to a concrete container for introducing concrete into Shutterings, consisting of an upwardly open container with one after bottom tapered bottom part with an outlet opening and an adjoining it flexible pipe, in particular a hose for distributing the concrete, the container and / or a supporting frame receiving it suspension means having, with which the concrete container is attachable to a hoist, wherein below the outlet of the concrete container a substantially horizontal lying, transversely to the free-hanging flexible tube slidable spar arranged whose displacement is at least approximately the diameter of the flexible Pipe corresponds and in its displacement below the outlet opening cross section and thereby the cross section of the flexible Rejuvenated tube.

In the construction industry are used to fill formwork with concrete during construction of a building concrete container used. In the simplest embodiment this concrete container has an outlet opening with a slide valve, the is actuated by means of a pivotally mounted lever. The on a hoist attached concrete container is employed on the side of a concrete transporter and fed with concrete via a filling channel. The so filled concrete container lifts that Hoist and carries it to the point where the concrete in the formwork to bring is. The man waiting at this point operates the lever to open the slide valve, and the concrete slips due to its own weight through the outlet opening in the formwork. Is the concrete container this way emptied, the slide valve is closed again by the mentioned lever, and then the concrete container by means of the hoist for concrete transporter reset, where it is filled recently. Concrete container of this Species have proven themselves in such formwork, the upper edge free is accessible. This is usually the case with formwork, as used in residential and housing construction can be used.

Juli 1992) gezeigt. The accessibility of a formwork, however, is very much impaired if the formwork is designed as a slip form, as in the construction of tower-like structures is preferably used. Such a formwork is u.a. in the Austrian patent application A 634/91 (published on 15 July 1992). Here, the formwork or formwork sections hang on Tragjochen, usually on both sides of the masonry to be built work platforms And of course the formwork itself. In addition, stand up in dense succession of reinforcing bars at considerable height (front page "Concrete and Reinforced concrete "issue 10/92/87. Jhg.) With concrete containers of the above Art, these slipforms can not be filled, because as a result of here existing facilities of concrete containers not sufficiently close to the Formwork edge can be brought. For this reason, such concrete containers equipped with a distributor hose, wherein between hose and Outlet opening of the container is provided a slide valve. On the support frame The concrete container is also a stage fixed on which a worker stands, who has to operate this slide valve, with a second man the Mouth opening of the usually several meters long hose to the filling area the formwork leads. On the instruction of this man pressed on the Support frame Standing the slide valve. Because when working with a slipform The building must be concreted in one go, so to speak, is the concrete container to constantly occupy with a man, who together with this container is transported and the only and only has the task, this slide valve to open and close at the direction of an employee. Such a way of working is not very efficient. To remedy this, the Slide valve laid to the mouth of the distributor tube, so that the man who leads the hose, also has to operate the slide valve. This Distribution hoses are to ensure accessibility to the formwork edge, usually 6 - 7 m long and have a diameter of about 20 cm. Of the Distributor hose is therefore completely filled with concrete in this case and therefore extremely heavy, so that usually two men must be used, around the mouthpiece of the distributor hose proven with the slide valve to use. Apart from that it is not excluded that by the above Reinforcing iron in this rough operation, yes yes on a construction site The distribution hose is also injured and torn open in which If the concrete container is full, its contents are dumped on the people under it would. This is a mass weighing several tons.

To counter this disadvantage, was in the context of a further development the prior art constructions provided that between the outlet opening the container and the distribution hose a piece of pipe was provided. In this Pipe piece is mounted a motor driven worm. The drive the worm serving motor is attached to the container or on its support frame. The axial length of the screw is slightly longer than the axial length of the screw Pipe. At the upper edge of the container is one in the diameter plane mounted in the central region of the engine for the screw is flanged. The drive shaft passes through the container in the middle. The pipe piece lies in alignment with the vertical center axis of the container (AT 399 010 B). In this prior art construction, the outflow of the concrete with the Controlled by a screw. However, this presupposes that the concrete is adequate has solid consistency. If relatively liquid concrete is processed, that is enough Do not snail out reliably retaining this thin, flowing concrete.

To address this disadvantage has already been proposed below the Outlet opening to arrange a closure (DD 146 985 A). This consists of arranged on the longitudinal sides of the outlet opening, elastic seals and an elastic stretched underneath, passing from one narrow side to the other Closure web, which is attached to a narrow side and to a roller. The roller has gears on both sides, which merge into the drive shafts, on which hand wheels sit. The gears engage in racks, in whose extension rack springs are located. These rack springs are arranged in bearing rails, which are under the racks Rolls are located. The bearing rails rest on bearing rail compression springs in Housings that are attached to the middle stiffening level of the frame. Below the closure is a funnel with the hose. This closure is not only very elaborate, it is also in considerable measure susceptible to interference, since the gears and the racks are an open gear, that only too easily contaminated with the rough operation provided here and is blocked.

Furthermore, here is a mouthpiece for applying viscous material to mention (DE 33 10 176 A1), which is a contraction valve with a controllable Valve body contains an elastic material. The mouthpiece has two in a common longitudinal direction extending, about the same size pipes and a tube connecting them made of an elastically deformable material, which can be compressed between the two tubes. An outer tube is with the two inner tubes by axially extending to them, funnel-shaped Parts sealingly connected so that an annular space is formed, which can be connected to a pressure medium source. A mouthpiece This type has a considerable length and is therefore not for concrete containers suitable, and for just those reasons, already above and in the introductory closer are discussed.

Furthermore, the closure known from FR 2 359 262 A1 should be mentioned. Here are arranged in pairs below the outlet opening of the container and spaced apart tooth segments provided with each other comb and of which the one pair is pivotable by means of a lever. Between the pair of tooth segments forming several spars are arranged their centers lie on a spiral line. Between these spars runs the fixed at the outflow, flexible hose by pivoting the tooth segments can be squeezed together. This device is structurally complex and bulky, apart from the fact that tooth segments No expedient building components for the rough operation provided here represent.

Schlieβlich offenbart die CH 494 695 A einen Betoncontainer mit den Merkmalen des Oberbechgriffs von Anspruch 1.Finally, CH 494 695 A discloses a concrete container having the features of the upper case of claim 1.

In order to counteract the drawbacks pointed out, it is provided according to the invention, that the two ends of the spar, whose length is at least the diameter the flexible tube corresponds, by means of rods, ropes or chains on the concrete container are suspended and that hinged at the two ends of the spar tension springs are, whose other ends on the support frame of the concrete container are fixed and the tension springs are tensioned when the spar side of the discharge opening in his the flexible tube or its cross-section releasing position is located and on the spar, preferably in the central region, a Actuator is articulated, on the other hand with the support frame of the concrete container is connected and with which the spar displaceable against the force of the tension spring is. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the subclaims recorded.

Fig. 1 shows the position of the spar 15, in which the cross section of the tube. 8 is released. The tension springs 19 are tensioned and the actuator 18, the is designed here as a piston-cylinder unit is acted upon. Should be loaded the concrete container 1 or for the transport of the tube 8 closed be, so the actuator 18 is relieved, and by the force of the strained Tension springs 19, the spar 15 is pulled to the right (Fig. 1), wherein the hose 8 deformed in the manner shown in FIG. 2 manner, its cross section tapers and thus closed.

This position is assumed by the spar 15 (FIG. 2) when the concrete container 1 is filled or transported by means of a hoist. Keep the force of the springs 19 the spar 15 in its closed position, since during filling or transport the concrete container no energy supply is available. Should the concrete container 1 are emptied, the actuator 18 is acted upon and pulls it the spar 15 against the force of the springs 19 to the left (Fig. 1), so that the Hose 8 hangs freely at the outlet opening 4, with its cross-section entirely is open and the concrete in the container down through the hose can flow out. The tension springs 19 are in turn biased. The rollers 17 on the spar 15 prevent abrasion on the hose 8. The handlebars 14 hold the Holm 15 in its operating position and prevent the sagging of the articulated Systems and also relieve the closed tube 8 of the lying on it Concrete weight. In addition, the spar 15 moves on an arcuate Track between closed and open position, causing the folding and closing the hose 8 favors.

The drive unit 12, via which the actuator 18 is acted upon, can be supplied with electrical energy, either via power cable or by means of batteries and accumulators. Also other forms of energy, for example Compressed air, can be used here. Instead of a switch operation, the drive unit 12 are also controlled by radio.

Thanks to the construction according to the invention are no mechanical parts of Touched fresh concrete. The closure mechanism is essentially maintenance-free and protected against contamination by concrete. Because the closure is constructed that no moving parts come into contact with the fresh concrete, can be distributed relatively low-viscosity concrete without dripping Betonschlemme. If at the lower end of the hose 8, a removable switch is mounted or the concrete container is controlled by radio, the hose can be 8 or lower end in wall formwork or climbing formwork systems are lowered.

The invention described above is also in such concrete containers with Successful use, which is additionally equipped with a screw (AT 399 010). It is also possible on the concrete container below its outlet opening 4 a to arrange against the concrete container fixed abutment to which the flexible tube 8 can be applied if its cross-section tapers or closes is through the applied spar 15 (Figure 1). Like the previous attempts However, such an abutment is not essential.

The mechanical tension springs 19 ensure that the tube 8 is closed is when no external power supply is available. Basically it is possible, instead of such mechanical tension springs, other components use, which show a comparable effect or possibly through external energy absorption are actuated. Instead of a just trained Holmes, as shown and described above, this spar can also be arcuate be designed or looped or ring. The to his shift below the outlet opening 4 provided actuators are then mutatis mutandis hinged to this so designed spar. The diameter of this Loop or this ring is then slightly larger than the outer diameter of the Hose 8, so that the hose through this loop or through this ring can sag freely.
