Description
Claims (9)
- Sprühzerstäuber (10) zum Auftragen von elektrisch leitfähigem Lack, insbesondere Wasserlack, auf Oberflächen mit einem Gehäuse, in welchem ein Antriebsmotor zur Drehbetätigung eines frontseitig angesetzten, mit einer Lackzufuhr verbundenen Sprühkopfes (14) angeordnet ist, der den zugeführten Lack infolge Rotation in einem Sprühnebel abgibt, sowie mit wenigstens zwei sich parallel oder schräg zur Längsachse des Gehäuses zur Frontseite hin erstreckenden konzentrisch angeordneten, von wenigstens einer Hochspannungsquelle gespeisten und in Elektrodenhaltern (20) untergebrachten Elektroden (16), welche ein elektrisches Feld erzeugen, das den vom Sprühkopf abgegebenen Sprühnebel gegen die Auftragsfläche beaufschlagt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jedem Elektrodenhalter eine Hochspannungsquelle (22) angeordnet ist, welche die jeweils frontseitig angeordnete zugehörige Elektrode speist.
- Sprühzerstäuber nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede in einem Elektrodenhalter angeordnete Hochspannungsquelle (22) mit einer Niederspannungs-Stromquelle zu ihrer Versorgung verbunden ist.
- Sprühzerstäuber nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in jedem Elektrodenhalter zur Speisung der zugehörigen Elektrode (16) angeordnete Hochspannungsquelle von einer aus Dioden und Kondensatoren bestehenden Kaskade gebildet ist, die als Spannungsvervielfacher dient.
- Sprühzerstäuber nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei gleichmäßig im Abstand um das Gehäuse angeordnete Elektrodenhalter (20) vorgesehen sind, deren frontseitiges Ende als Spitze ausgebildet ist, welche die zugehörige Elektrode (16) aufnimmt.
- Sprühzerstäuber nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der radiale Abstand zwischen dem Gehäuse und einem Elektrodenhalter (20) höchstens dem Durchmesser des Elektrodenhalters entspricht.
- Sprühzerstäuber nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge eines Elektrodenhalter (20) wenigstens seinem fünffachen Durchmesser entspricht.
- Sprühzerstäuber nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elektrodenhalter (20) auf einem konzentrischen Ring angeordnet sind, der das Gehäuse umgibt.
- Sprühzerstäuber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elektrodenhalter (20) jeweils auf Haltearmen angeordnet sind, welche radial am Gehäuse angebracht sind.
- Sprühzerstäuber nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Hochspannungsquelle (22) mit der zugehörigen Elektrode (16) eine Baueinheit bildet, die en bloc austauschbar ist.
