Abstract

A resin composition for polymerization casting containing :
  • 20 to 60 % by weight of a monomer (1) represented by the formula (1)

    wherein R1 stands for a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R2 stands for an alkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, m and n each is an integer of 2 to 5;
  • 10 to 40 % by weight of a monomer (2) represented by the formula (2)

    wherein R3 stands for a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R4 and R5 are the same or different groups and each stands for an alkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, j and k each is 0 or 1; and
  • 5 to 70 % by weight of a monomer (3), the monomer (3) being identical with neither monomers (1) nor (2), and containing at least one vinyl group in a molecule thereof.
