Abstract
Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung geht aus von einer Glühstiftkerze,
die aus einem Kerzengehäuse mit einer Anschlußvorrichtung
für den Glühstrom und mit einem an dem Kerzengehäuse
befestigtem Glührohr, das an seinem vom Kerzengehäuse
abgewandten Seite verschlossen ist, besteht. In dem als
Glühstift dienenden Teil des Glührohres ist eine
drahtwendelförmige Anordnung eingebracht, die in einem
isolierenden Material eingebettet ist. Die
drahtwendelförmige Anordnung ist einerseits mit der
Anschlußvorrichtung verbunden und andererseits über den
verschlossenen Boden des Glührohres mit Masse verbunden, so
daß der Glühstrom von der Anschlußvorrichtung über die
drahtwendelförmige Anordnung zum Glührohr und dann über das
Gehäuse nach Masse abfließt. Üblicherweise wird dabei
zwischen der Glührohrwandung und der Anschlußvorrichtung,
dem Anschlußbolzen, ein isolierender Ring eingefügt, der
nach dem Prozeß des Hämmerns, welcher das Glührohr in die
letztendliche Form bringt und das Isoliermaterial
verdichtet, eine Dichtfunktion übernimmt.
Eine zweite Dichtung befindet sich zwischen Anschlußbolzen

12a des Anschlußbolzens und größer als der Außendurchmesser
des außerhalb des Glührohres befindlichen Teils 12b des

aufgebracht. Hierbei kann eine Aluminiumschicht aufgedampft
werden oder eine Aluminiumscheibe aufgelegt werden. Die
Dicke einer Aluminiumschicht liegt vorteilhafterweise
zwischen 0,2 und 0,5 mm. Beide Scheiben dürfen sich nicht
berühren, da sonst eiene Isolierung des Anschlußbolzens
