Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to the field of footwear sports, especially those with a part rising stem such as snowboard boots, hiking shoes, shoes intended for specific sports such as paragliding, skating line or others.
The problem encountered in tightening shoes with rising stem comes from the fact that the lower part or vamp does not require the same tightening as the rising part.
Indeed, the lower part generally includes return means of "closed" form such as loops, loops, eyelets, etc. which form a permanent circuit whatever the tightening tension as opposed to the return means of "open" shape of the rising part such as hooks or others which form a releasable circuit as soon as the voltage of tightening is released enough.
In a permanent type circuit, the friction on the lace are important in terms of return means; what attenuates the tightening tension towards the end of the shoe. The result leads to a tightening which is not homogeneous when you pull on the ends of the lace a first time. Then tighten again by pulling in downstream of the loosely tightened parts of the lace. Must therefore in this part improve the yield with a minimum of friction to obtain a correct tightening without resumption of tightening required.
For this, we generally use small section laces and not very stretchy to improve sliding, limit friction and thus promote tightening. But for a tightening effective, apply sufficient tension to the strands free of the lace. However, small sections tend to cause a shearing effect in the hands which prevents apply sufficient tension to effectively tighten the anterior part of stem.
In addition, due to the relative non-extensibility of the lace and of its small section, it is difficult to obtain a tightening progressive of the upper part of the rod. So it's hard to dose the tightening and it is often either too tight so causing discomfort, either too loose; and in this case there is at risk of the lace leaving the hooks during a bending in particular.
The observation is therefore that there is no lace today suitable for sports shoes which allows tightening with efficiency and consistency the lower stem part of a single gesture while providing a good grip. There is no no more lace which gives a tightening all at the same time effective of the anterior part of the stem and a progressive tightening of the rising stem part.
It is known to use means for locking a lace at the level of an intermediate part of the circuit.
For example, according to document WO 85/00959, the rising stem a shoe is tightened by a lace which runs through a lower part and upper part of the rod. The means of reversible locks are located between the vamp and the instep, that is to say very far from the top of the upper part where the lace is tied.
Thus, it is possible to tighten the rod of a certain one way at the level of the vamp, and another way on the rest of the circuit.
It is also known to make a lace comprising portions of a different nature. For example, the document US 5,074,013 relates to a shoe lace resistant to traction, made of fabric, comprising two ends of free strands covered with strips of self-gripping material "Velcro" type. The purpose of this invention is entirely particular. This is to provide, after tightening, a link resistant to slipping and thus prevent the untying of the lace.
The object of the present invention is therefore to remedy the disadvantages from lacing sports shoes.
More specifically, one of the objects of the invention is provide a satisfactory solution by allowing a tightening differentiated according to the needs on a shoe sport ; in particular with a rising stem. Another goal is to make tightening faster and avoiding problems of shear.
These objects are achieved by choosing a lace which includes a central portion and two end portions connecting to the central portion; the central portion having a section smaller than the section of the two portions end. The lace is made in a single piece of continuous braid of threads. Preferably, said portion center is braided tighter than the end portions braided more loosely.
A small section of the lace in the central portion favors the clamping performance by reducing friction while a larger section of the end portions reduces the shear and improves grip when tightening and provides more progressive tightening here. So, we obtains a lace that perfectly meets the needs. The part tighter has lower elongation and less flexibility than other portions; which gives it more tightening performance. On the contrary, the extensibility and the flexibility of the end portions favor gripping, improve tightening progressiveness and reduce the risk of loosening.
In addition, a one-piece lace can be made in continuous by traditional braiding means so economical without causing resistance problems or other. Of course, the invention also relates to the shoe of sport with such a lace.
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective de 3/4 avant d'une chaussure de sport selon l'invention au moment du serrage de la partie inférieure de tige ;
- la figure 2 est une vue similaire à celle de la figure 1 une fois le serrage de la chaussure complètement réalisé ;
- la figure 3 montre une vue générale d'un lacet de l'invention ;

réglable (non représentées).Referring to Figure 1; it is a shoe or
The shoe includes a
The
A tongue 114 is fixed to the front end of the shoe and partially covers the opening between the forequarters and extends between the quarters higher.
In the example presented, the means of returning the
Of course, the preferred return means could be replaced by other types of closed metal buckles, eyelets, etc.
tige ; et plus précisément aux quartiers supérieurs 111a, 111b.The return means of the second series are preferably
le serrage améliore la tenue de pied (?).Between the return means located in the

la partie de tige montante 111.The lace extends from the
portions d'extrémité 41, 42.The lace 4 includes a first portion or
renvoi 20.Figure 1 shows the tightening operation of the
En condition normale de desserrage de la partie antérieure de tige, il est préférable que la longueur de la portion centrale du lacet 4 soit au moins égale au circuit de liaison de la première série des moyens de renvoi 20.In normal condition of loosening of the anterior part of stem, it is better that the length of the central portion of yaw 4 is at least equal to the link circuit of the first series of return means 20.
un certain frottement en aval de la série des moyens 20 ;
On the other hand, in the return means 30a, 30b can

sensations, confort, etc.Figure 2 shows
Figures 3, 3a, 3b, 3c show an example of a lace according to the invention.
tension.The
Preferably, the
Les portions d'extrémité 41, 42 peuvent présenter quant à
elles un pourtour circulaire ou non circulaire. The
Advantageously, the lace is made in a single piece of
braid of son. The central portion will be braided tighter than
the looser braided end portions. In other words, the
wire density is higher in
Braiding is obtained continuously by techniques traditional braiding by means of braiding looms circular type and whose parameters are modified during the braiding to obtain the different characteristic portions.
The lace can be made in flexible threads of different nature such as in natural or synthetic material. He can be reinforced by a metallic core or include wires of metal mixed with flexible wires. Of course, this invention is not limited to the embodiments described and includes any equivalent mode falling within the scope of claims below.
