caractérisé en ce qu'on positionne le manchon (M) coaxialement sur le col du réservoir (R) et on effectue son emmanchement forcé, interne ou externe, de façon à obtenir d'abord un échappement de l'air comprimé par une zone rainurée (1) du manchon (M) ou du réservoir (R), puis une étanchéité finale par un serrage radial périphérique d'une zone lisse (2) et d'une partie lisse (3) des portées en regard du manchon (M) et du réservoir (R), ladite zone lisse du manchon (M) ou du réservoir (R) étant longitudinalement adjacente à la zone rainurée du manchon ou du réservoir, ladite partie lisse (3) de la paroi en regard du réservoir ou du manchon ayant une hanteur, par rapport à celle des zones en regard, propre à obturer progressivement ladite zone rainurée et à venir en contact avec la zone lisse en fin d'assemblage.

Claims (15)
- Système d'assemblage étanche d'une pompe miniature (P) dont le corps est supporté par un manchon (M) sur un réservoir (R) de faible contenance, par emmanchement forcé, interne ou externe,
caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale du manchon (M) ou du réservoir (R) comporte une zone rainurée (1) formant évent, délimitée longitudinalement par une zone lisse (2) adjacente ; lesdites zones étant destinées à coulisser en serrage radial sur toute leur hauteur avec une partie lisse (3) de la paroi en regard du réservoir (R) ou du manchon (M), dont la hauteur par rapport à celle des zones (1, 2) en regard est de façon à obturer progressivement ladite zone rainurée et à venir en contact étanche avec la zone lisse (2) en fin d'assemblage. - Système d'assemblage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la zone rainurée (1) a un diamètre identique ou inférieur d'au plus 5 % au diamètre de la zone lisse adjacente (2).
- Système d'assemblage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit manchon (M) comporte un épaulement supérieur (5) formant butée pour le bord libre (r) du réservoir (R).
- Système d'assemblage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites zones rainurée (1) et lisse (2) sont réalisées sur la paroi interne de réservoir (R), en vue d'un emmanchement interne du manchon (M).
- Système d'assemblage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdites zones rainurée (1) et lisse (2) sont réalisées sur la paroi externe du réservoir (R) en vue d'un emmanchement externe du manchon (M).
- Système d'assemblage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdites zones rainurée (1) et lisse (2) sont réalisées sur la paroi interne du manchon (M) en vue de son emmanchement externe.
- Système d'assemblage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdites zones rainurée (1) et lisse (2) sont réalisées sur la paroi externe du manchon (M) en vue de son emmanchement interne.
- Système d'assemblage selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite zone rainurée est située sous ladite zone lisse (2) et se prolonge vers le bas par une zone inférieure (4) de diamètre réduit.
- Système d'assemblage selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale du réservoir (R) comporte une épaulement inférieur (6) formant butée pour le bord libre de la paroi latérale du manchon (M).
- Système d'assemblage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la zone rainurée (1) se termine du côté opposé à la zone lisse (2) par un rebord chanfreiné.
- Système d'assemblage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bord libre de la paroi latérale du manchon (M) et/ou du réservoir (R) est chanfreiné .
- Système d'assemblage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite zone rainurée (1) comporte une seule rainure longitudinale (10).
- Procédé d'assemblage étanche d'une pompe miniature (P), dont la corps est supporté par un manchon (M) sur un réservoir (R) de faible contenance, préalablement rempli de produit liquide,
caractérisé en ce qu'on positionne le manchon (M) coaxialement sur le col du réservoir (R) et on effectue son emmanchement forcé, interne ou externe, de façon à obtenir d'abord un échappement de l'air comprimé par une zone rainurée (1) du manchon (M) ou du réservoir (R), puis une étanchéité finale par un serrage radial périphérique d'une zone lisse (2) et d'une partie lisse (3) des portées en regard du manchon (M) et du réservoir (R), ladite zone lisse (2) du manchon (M) ou du réservoir (R) étant longitudinalement adjacente à la zone rainurée du manchon ou du réservoir, ladite partie lisse (3) de la paroi en regard du réservoir ou du manchon ayant une hauteur, par rapport à celle des zones en regard, propre à obturer progressivement ladite zone rainurée et à venir en contact avec la zone lisse en fin d'assemblage. - Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que l'emmanchement forcé est effectué à vitesse constante et de façon continue pour maintenir, au moins pendant l'échappement, un équilibre permanent des pressions d'air entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur du réservoir (R).
- Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que l'emmanchement forcé est effectué de façon discontinue, avec une première étape d'appui pendant laquelle on génère une surpression d'air à l'intérieur du réservoir (R), puis un temps d'arrêt avec maintien dans la position d'emmanchement obtenue pour permettre l'échappement de l'air comprimé, jusqu'à l'établissement d'un équilibre des pressions d'air entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur du réservoir (R) et enfin une seconde étape où l'on obtient successivement l'obturation de la zone rainurée (1) et l'étanchéité finale.
