Abstract

Eine Transfereinrichtung für Pressenanlagen weist Quertraversen auf, an denen wenigstens eine Saugereinheit (37a) gehalten ist, die um die Quertraverse (34) schwenkbar an dieser gelagert ist. Die Saugereinheit (37a) weist einen vorzugsweise elektrischen Antrieb auf, mittels dessen die Schwenkbewegung auf die zu durchlaufende Transferkurve (Horizontal- und Vertikalbewegung) abstimmbar ist. Bedarfsweise können auf einer Quertraverse zwei oder mehr Saugereinheiten (37a, 37b) angeordnet werden, die unabhängig voneinander verschwenkbar sind. Ein Nachrüsten und Umrüsten von vorhandenen Quertraversen ist durch Ersatz von bislang verwendeten unverschwenkbaren Saugereinheiten durch verschwenkbare möglich. Sonstige Änderungen an der mechanischen Struktur der Transfereinrichtung (23) sind nicht erforderlich.

A transfer device for press systems has crossbeams on which at least one suction unit (37a) is held, which is pivotably mounted on the crossbeam (34). The suction unit (37a) has a preferably electric drive, by means of which the pivoting movement can be matched to the transfer curve to be traversed (horizontal and vertical movement). If necessary, two or more suction units (37a, 37b) can be arranged on a crossbar, which can be pivoted independently of one another. Retrofitting and retrofitting of existing cross members is possible by replacing previously used non-swiveling suction units with swiveling ones. Other changes to the mechanical structure of the transfer device (23) are not necessary.
