- Dispositif (1;1';1") permettant le stockage séparé d'au moins deux produits (P,L), leur mélange et la distribution du mélange obtenu, ce dispositif étant du type comportant un récipient et au moins un obturateur amovible apte à séparer à l'intérieur du récipient deux chambres destinées à contenir respectivement lesdits produits avant la première utilisation du dispositif, ce dernier comportant en outre un poussoir à déplacer lors de la première utilisation pour provoquer le départ ou le déchirement dudit obturateur et la mise en communication des deux chambres, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un joint d'étanchéité (23;23';23") comportant une partie (27) fixée au récipient et une partie déformable (25,26;25',26') réalisée dans un matériau élastiquement déformable, apte à se déformer lorsque le poussoir est enfoncé pour accompagner le mouvement de ce dernier tout en constituant une barrière étanche entre l'intérieur du récipient et le poussoir (32;32').
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ledit poussoir (32;32') est relié au récipient (6,7) par au moins un pont de matière sécable (31) à rompre lors de la première utilisation du dispositif (1;1';11").
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que ledit joint d'étanchéité (23;23';23") est réalisé dans un élastomère thermoplastique.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que ladite partie déformable (25,26;25,26') présente une forme en doigt de gant dont la dimension transversale est choisie de manière à ce qu'au moins une portion de ladite partie déformable demeure sensiblement au contact de la paroi du récipient lors du déplacement du poussoir.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que ladite partie déformable présente une forme de soufflet.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que l'une (5) desdites chambres (4,5) est formée à l'intérieur d'une cheminée (22) du récipient fermée (6,7) à une extrémité par ledit obturateur (3;3';3") et à l'autre extrémité par ledit joint d'étanchéité (23;23';23").
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que le poussoir (32;32') est monté sur le récipient de manière à pouvoir être déplacé sur une course d'enfoncement supérieure ou égale à la hauteur maximum de produit dans ladite cheminée (22).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé par le fait que ladite partie déformable présente une extrémité (25) adaptée à coulisser au contact de la paroi (22) de ladite cheminée.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte des moyens pour retenir ledit poussoir (32;32') sur le récipient.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que ledit poussoir (32;32') est solidaire dudit joint d'étanchéité (23;23').
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que le récipient et/ou le poussoir présentent des crans ou languettes élastiques (45,46) capables de retenir le poussoir après son enfoncement initial.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que ledit joint d'étanchéité (23;23") présente une extrémité comportant au moins une saillie (40;44) conformée pour créer une amorce de déchirement de l'obturateur ou pour exercer une poussée en un emplacement prédéterminé de l'obturateur.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé par le fait que le poussoir (32') est conformé pour exercer une poussée localisée sur une surface de faible étendue du joint.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé par le fait que le poussoir est conformé pour provoquer, lors de la première utilisation, une déformation de ladite partie déformable de manière à former une zone pointue de percussion de l'obturateur.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé par le fait que le récipient est formé par l'assemblage d'un corps creux (6) et d'une partie d'extrémité (7) comportant une embase (14) à fixer audit corps (6) et une coiffe (15) fixée à l'embase et reliée par ledit au moins un pont de matière (31) au poussoir (32) avant la première utilisation du dispositif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé par le fait que ladite embase (14), ladite coiffe (15) et ledit poussoir (32) sont venus de moulage d'un seul tenant, l'embase (14) étant reliée par une charnière film (16) à la coiffe (15).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 15 et 16, caractérisé par le fait que ledit obturateur (3') est constitué par une paroi venue par moulage d'un seul tenant avec l'embase (14).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 15 et 16, caractérisé par le fait que ledit obturateur (3) est fixé sur l'embase.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 18, caractérisé par le fait que ledit obturateur (3) est constitué par un opercule en aluminium thermosoudé sur ladite embase (14).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 19, caractérisé par le fait que ladite partie d'extrémité (7) fait saillie sur la surface externe dudit corps creux (6) pour servir de butée ou de prise aux doigts de l'utilisateur lors de l'enfoncement du poussoir.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 20, caractérisé par le fait que le produit contenu dans la chambre (5) du récipient (6,7) au contact dudit joint est une poudre (P).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 21, caractérisé par le fait que la course d'enfoncement du poussoir est choisie de manière à créer à l'intérieur du récipient une surpression suffisante pour permettre le départ d'une quantité prédéterminée de mélange lorsque le poussoir est enfoncé.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif pour le stockage séparé d'au moins deux produits, leur mélange et la distribution du mélange ainsi obtenu, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte les étapes consistant à :réaliser un corps creux (6) muni de moyens d'obturation amovibles (10) à une extrémité et ouvert à une autre extrémité,réaliser par moulage d'un seul tenant une partie d'extrémité (7) comportant une embase (14) et une coiffe (15) reliées par une charnière film, ladite coiffe comportant un poussoir (32) relié au reste de la coiffe par au moins un pont de matière sécable (3), ladite partie d'extrémité comportant une cheminée (22),fixer ou former à une extrémité de ladite cheminée (22) un obturateur amovible (3;3';3"),remplir d'un premier produit (P) ladite cheminée (22),rapporter sur ladite cheminée (22) un joint d'étanchéité (23;23';23") conformé pour fermer ladite cheminée,rapporter par pivotement autour de l'axe de rotation de ladite charnière film la coiffe (15) sur l'embase (14),remplir par ladite extrémité ouverte ledit corps creux d'un deuxième produit (L),rapporter ladite partie d'extrémité (7) sur ladite extrémité ouverte dudit corps creux (6).
