Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Dreischichtenstoffauflauf zur Herstellung einer mehrschichtigen Faserstoffbahn mit zwei Trennlamellen (4,5).
Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der beiden Trennlamellen starr ausgebildet (4) ist und die andere Trennlamelle mit einem Gelenk (5) versehen ist.
Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Aufbringung einer dreischichtigen Stoffsuspension auf ein Sieb.
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren enthält die folgenden Merkmalen:
  • es werden über die Maschinenbreite hinweg mit Hilfe eines Dreischichtenstoffauflaufes drei unterschiedliche Suspensionsströme erzeugt;
  • die drei Suspensionsströme werden unmittelbar vor oder beim Auftreffen auf das Sieb zusammengeführt;
  • die Geschwindigkeiten der Suspensionsströme werden so eingestellt, daß die Geschwindigkeit des Suspensionsstromes der Außenschicht größer ist als die der Innenschicht.
