Claims (8)
- Dispositif de commande pyrotechnique de la diffusion du produit contenu dans une bombe aérosol, du type qui est constitué d'un corps (20) prévu pour être fixé sur le goulot (10) de ladite bombe aérosol, ledit corps (20) étant percé d'un alésage (21) qui est fermé à une extrémité par une paroi (60) formant avec ledit alésage (21) une chambre dans laquelle se trouve au moins une amorce (63, 64) à allumage électrique, et d'un piston (30) monté dans l'alésage (21) prévu pour, lorsqu'il est soumis à l'action de la pression engendrée par l'allumage de ladite ou lesdites amorces (63, 64), coulisser dans ledit alésage (21) jusqu'à une position dite de fin de course où il actionne l'organe de manoeuvre de la valve (13) de ladite bombe aérosol, caractérisé en ce que ledit alésage (21) du corps (20) est pourvu d'une gorge annulaire (21b) et en ce que ledit piston (30) est pourvu d'un segment (80) normalement logé dans une gorge annulaire (34) dudit piston (30), ledit segment (80) en se détendant étant prévu pour venir se loger dans ladite gorge (21b) lorsque ledit piston (30) atteint sa position de fin de course, ce qui a pour effet de le bloquer dans cette position.
- Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite paroi fermant ledit alésage (21) est constituée d'un bouchon (60) monté à une extrémité ouverte dudit alésage (21), ledit alésage (21) présentant une partie tronconique (21a) s'élargissant vers ladite extrémité ouverte de manière à permettre la mise en place du piston (30) et de son segment (80) dans l'alésage (21).
- Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est monté sur la paroi de fond (11b) d'une capsule (11) de ladite bombe aérosol, ledit corps (20) comportant une embase (22) se présentant sous la forme d'une couronne, un jonc (40) étant monté dans une gorge annulaire (11d) prévue sur la paroi latérale (11a) de ladite capsule (11) en appui sur ladite embase (22) dudit dispositif afin de l'immobiliser sur ladite bombe aérosol.
- Dispositif de commande selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite gorge annulaire (34) dudit piston (30) comporte une paroi de fond dont une partie (34a) est inclinée de manière qu'à un bord, la gorge (34) présente un diamètre inférieur à celui de l'autre bord.
- Dispositif de commande selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit piston (30) est constitué d'une tête cylindrique (31) et d'une queue (32) en prolongement de ladite tête (31), ladite queue (32) étant prévue pour pouvoir actionner l'organe de manoeuvre de ladite valve (13) de ladite bombe aérosol.
- Dispositif de commande selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en que ledit piston (30) est pourvu d'un conduit (33) prenant source à l'extrémité libre de ladite queue (32) et débouchant sur la paroi externe dudit piston (30), ledit corps (20) étant percé d'une bouche radiale (25), ledit conduit (33) et ladite bouche radiale (35) étant prévus pour que ledit conduit (33) débouche devant ladite bouche radiale (25) lorsque ledit piston (30) se trouve dans sa position dite de fin de course.
- Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit alésage (21) est pourvu d'un renfoncement annulaire (21a) dans laquelle débouche la bouche (25).
- Dispositif de commande selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux amorces (63 et 64) à allumage électrique.
