Mittels des Balges 13 läßt sich der Ausgießstutzen 17 in die von dem Basisteil 11 umgebene Öffnung einschieben. Der Ausgießstutzen 17 ist mit einem Außengewinde versehen. Auf das Außengewinde ist die Verschlußkappe 20 aufschraubbar. Hierzu weist diese einen Kappenmantel 21 auf, der mit einem Innengewinde versehen ist. Der Kappenmantel trägt einen Deckel 22. Der Kappenmantel 21 trägt zwei Krafteinleitungsmittel 23, die in Form von Griffen ausgebildet sind. Die Kraftübertragungsmittel können aus einer Grundstellung, in der sie mit dem Deckel 22 eine Einheit bilden, in eine Gebrauchsstellung ausgeschwenkt werden. Mit den Krafteinleitungsmitteln 23 kann der in das Basisteil 11 eingeschobene Ausgießstutzen 17 aufgezogen werden. Im Übergangsbereich zwischen Übergangsstück 16 und Balg 13 ist der nach oben gerichtete Bund 14 angeformt. Der Bund 14 trägt die Gegenelemente 15, die mit den Ansätzen 26 des Kappenmantels 21 zusammenarbeiten. In der Grundstellung verrasten die Gegenelemente 15 mit den Ansätzen 26. Zur Aufhebung dieser Rastverbindung wird nun über die Krafteinleitungsmittel 23 eine Kraft F in die Verschlußkappe 20 eingebracht (siehe Figur 1). Diese Kraft F wird über den Deckel 22 in den Kappenmantel 21 eingeleitet. Das Innengewinde des Kappenmantels 21 bildet zusammen mit dem Außengewinde des Ausgießstutzens 17 Kraftübertragungsmittel 18, 27, mittels derer die Kraft F in den Ausgießstutzen 17 einleitbar ist. Wie die Figur 2 näher zeigt, ist die Kraft F nun in die Kraft F1, die im Ausgießstutzen 17 wirkt, übergeleitet. Diese Kraft überträgt sich über das Ubergangsstück 16 in den Balg 13. Dadurch, daß das Übergangsstück 16 den Bund 14 und damit die Gegenelemente 15 beabstandet zu der Kraftlinie der Kraft F1 hält, wird ein Drehmoment erzeugt. Dieses Drehmoment bewirkt, daß der Bund 14 nach außen klappt, so daß die Gegenelemente 15 außer Eingriff mit den Ansätzen 26 gelangen, wodurch die Rastverbindung aufgehoben ist.
