Description

The invention relates to a device for connecting a Window pane with a window regulator according to the preamble of claim 1.

EP-B-0 208 237 is a support element for connection the window pane with a corresponding guide device known, the several, on both sides of the lower edge of the Has window pane arranged support wings. One of Support wing carries a pin that has a hole in the window pane assigned. When inserting the window pane these bend between the elastic support wings outside until the pin clicks into the disc hole.

Around the window pane between the two support wings To be able to insert is the top of the pin as Introductory slope. However, this is disadvantageous associated great play between the pen and the Disc hole. So occur when reversing the direction of loading (Direction of movement of the window pane) often so-called Switching noises on. In addition, the device tilts higher load, especially with an additional one Tilting of the window pane, to snap out of the window hole, which makes the window regulator unusable.

Another snap-on coupling device between DE-A-31 08 244 shows the window and the window lifter consists of two interconnected channel-like Profiles, one of which is an area of the lower edge of the pane encloses and is attached there. The other after bottom open profile carries inward ends at its ends Hooks with protrusions of angular elements of the Lifting device can engage, creating a positive connection can be reached. According to the proposal should snap through the fasteners the movement of the window pane against the upper stop position be enforced, thereby creating an automatic Align the pane in the frame construction takes place and additional handles during assembly are not necessary.

However, since the profile-like coupling element on the lower edge of the disc must be preassembled, so it leads associated thickness buildup regularly to a difficult Introduction of the window pane into the door shaft. Because of the necessarily missing seals in this area Therefore, there is always damage during assembly of the paint. Another problem can arise in the Minimum snap area of the coupling elements required Represent tolerances to switch noise when Prevent operation of the window regulator.

Another embodiment of a snap-on pane attachment discloses JP-A-6-135228. The on elements attached to the lower edge of the window pane have conical barb-shaped ends Areas to which the U-profile connecting elements of the Window lifters are assigned. They also have introductory slants with which the conical areas of the elements attached to the window pane engage can. When merging the fasteners the legs of the U-profiles spread elastically. After graduation of the assembly (in the snapped position) provided at the free ends of the U-profiles, according to internally directed hooks the projections of the conical, barb-shaped Areas of other elements. A disadvantage is, however, that the part projecting from the edge of the pane of the fastener fastened to the window pane shortens the theoretically feasible stroke.

The known snap connections between a window pane and use the driver of a window regulator snap elements which can be snapped into a disc hole upper boundary surfaces as chamfers for the lower edge of the pane are inclined. Because of which results between the one that is snapped into the disc hole Snap element and the hole contour inevitably Seat with a lot of play, what when changing the to the driver attacking direction of force leads to switching noises. Furthermore can the big game under stress conditions, that go along with tilting of the window pane in the driver, lead to loosening the connection.

The invention has for its object a device for connecting a window pane to a window regulator to develop (Device known e.g. from EP-B-0208237), which is characterized by a structurally simple Construction and easy to manufacture as well as ease of installation distinguished. The window pane should be in front of her Do not carry any additional parts when entering the door shaft, at least not those that lead to a substantial increase in thickness the window pane. In addition, a Largely play-free seat of the window pane in the driver the window regulator can be guaranteed without this making the snap connection difficult.

According to the invention the task is characterized by Features of claim 1 solved.

The invention is based on the knowledge that the snap element of the driver the assigned disc hole in assembled condition as complete and free of play as possible must fill in to a firm, positive connection between snap element and disc hole and thus between to ensure the driver and the window pane. The snap-in device is to be constructed so that this assembled state must be separated from the assembly, in of the insertion aids facilitate assembly and damage prevent the parts to be assembled without Additional parts or assembly aids on the window pane required are.

According to the invention, both driver jaws are in relation to the Window pane is convex and offer the lower edge of the pane an extension in its basic area. So can the window pane at a certain angle in the driver move and possibly occurring manufacturing or assembly tolerances compensate without play. This bends at the same time spreading the cheeks and the associated Danger of loosening the connection between the window pane and driver before.

The snap element is preferably in the area of the shortest distance between the opposing jaws arranged.

In a first embodiment is on the lower edge of the pane a chamfer is provided at least in the fastening area, in conjunction with a comparatively short snap-in cone of the snap element serves the jaws of the Spread the driver and so the window pane for the purpose installation. The directions of inclination are correct the chamfer of the lower edge of the pane and the insertion cone match. Depending on the variant of the bevel The lower edge of the pane is the insertion cone of the snap element more or less narrow, but at most half as much wide as the thickness of the window pane. Of the The remaining area of the snap element fills the disc hole largely from, so that no noticeable game occur can. So-called switching noises are avoided.

According to the invention, different embodiments the chamfer of the lower edge of the pane are used. Next the conventional wedge-shaped grinding of the glass edge there are other options. For example, the A wedge should be glued to the lower edge of the pane. Using a composite window from a glass and a Plastic disc should preferably not only be on the chamfer the plastic disc should be molded, it should rather have a lateral wedge-shaped continuation and preferably the entire width of the somewhat reset Spread over the glass pane. At this point it should be on be noted that even the staggered arrangement of two composite window panes is suitable, one Wedge-like contour according to the invention to facilitate the Connection process of window pane and driver to create.

In another embodiment, is near the first disc hole associated with the snap element is provided a further disc hole. This second Disc hole is compared to the first disc hole with respect to the lower edge of the pane in a larger one Distance. At the top free end of that bake of the Carrier, which carries the snap element, extends in Direction of the window pane an expansion element with a in Sloping entry slope.

During the assembly process, the lower edge of the pane occurs first with the insertion slope of the expansion element in Engagement and pushes the two jaws of the driver apart. This creates the necessary assembly gap without that acted on the snap element in the usual way must become. Because of this, it is not necessary that an insertion bevel at the top of the snap element or the like must be provided. In the Rule is a short tapered end area for one easy insertion of the snap element into the associated one Disk hole should be sufficient if they are congruent to lie on top of each other. Such an extended base area of the snap element not only increases the resilience the connecting device, it also fills the Cavity of the disc hole as far as possible, creating a less play between the components occurs. The by reversing the direction of loading (lifting the disc, Lower disc) otherwise occurring switching noises be avoided as far as possible.

Has the lower edge of the window at the end of the Assembly process reaches the base of the driver, so snap the snap element and the expansion element into the disc holes assigned to them.

Also in this embodiment, the jaws on the facing each other a convex contour, so that the one between the jaws on either side of the snap element extending gap expanded conically. Through this design becomes a limited pivoting of the window pane possible without causing tensions that the Carriers could destroy or to loosen the connecting device to lead.

Der Verlauf der Schräge der Mantelfläche 303 entspricht der Neigungsrichtung der stufenförmig (keilförmig) versetzten Scheibenunterkanten 110a, 120a der Verbundfensterscheibe 1a.Different phases of the assembly process are shown in FIGS. 1a to 1d one with a disc hole 10 Composite window 1a shown on a driver 3. The compound window pane 1a consists of a pane 11a and a disc 12a which are glued to one another and their Lower pane edges 110a, 120a are offset from one another are. This creates a wedge-shaped heel, which in In the sense of the invention is understood as a chamfer. The driver 3 consists of two opposing jaws 31, 32 which connected to each other via a common base 33 stand and on the mounting plate 34 on a window regulator can be attached. One of the elastically spreadable Jaw 32 carries a pin-like or bolt-like snap element 30, which is assigned to the disc hole 10. The Snap element has a substantially cylindrical Area 301, at the free end of which there is an insertion cone 302 connects with the inclined surface 303. The course of the slope of the lateral surface 303 corresponds to the direction of inclination of the step-shaped (wedge-shaped) offset pane lower edges 110a, 120a of the composite window pane 1a.

The illustrated embodiment of the driver 3 provides with their provided in the area of the base 33 of the jaws 31, 32 Extension 35 in conjunction with the convex inner contour of the jaws 31, 32 a preferred variant the invention. It ensures a tension-free Seat of washer and driver, which will be closer later is explained.

Figure 1a shows the composite window 1a immediately before their assembly on the carrier 3. The thickness of each Disks 11a, 12a essentially correspond to width B. of the insertion cone 302. To ensure a safe installation ensure that the width B of the inclined lateral surface 303 of the insertion cone 302 corresponds at least to the slice thickness, to which one running in the same inclined position as the lateral surface 303 Guide surface of the window pane connects. in the The present example is only the edges of the end faces 110a, 112a of the individual disks 11a, 12a ground, so that the necessary width B of the insertion cone approximately the thickness of the disk 11a can be determined got to.

Gemäß Figur 1d steht dabei die Scheibenunterkante 110a der Scheibe 11a auf der Basis 33 des Mitnehmers 3 auf.FIG. 1b shows the driver 3 in a half-spread position, with the disc 11a between the left jaw 31 and has pushed the end face of the snap element 30 and the lower edge 120a of the adjacent pane 12a already in contact with the outer surface 303 of the insertion cone 302 stands. If the composite window pane penetrates further 1a in the driver 3, there is a maximum Spreading of the jaws 31, 32 (see Figure 1c). With the Snap the snap element 30 into the disc hole 10 the assembly process ends. According to FIG. 1d, the Lower pane edge 110a of pane 11a on base 33 of driver 3 on.

Die Scheibenunterkante 110b ist im wesentlichen flach ausgebildet, lediglich ihre Ränder sind beschliffen.FIG. 2 shows a snap-on pane attachment according to the state of the art. It also consists of two expandable jaws 31 ', 32', which have a common Base 33 'connected and by means of a mounting plate 34 'can be connected to a window regulator. The disc hole 10 of the window pane 1d is in one piece with the Cheek 31 molded snap element 30 'assigned. The Lower pane edge 110b is essentially flat, only their edges are trimmed.

The illustration in FIG. 2 shows a critical state the connecting device with a canted, in the driver 3 'lying window pane 1b. Such a state For example, in extreme stress conditions (e.g. frozen window pane) occur. This doesn't just result too high voltages in the connecting device what especially at low temperatures, also to breakages can lead, but also to at least partially Loss of positive locking between the disc hole 10 and the snap element 30 '. There is therefore a great danger of disconnecting.

In the preferred variant of the driver 3 according to the invention according to FIG. 3, such negative voltages cannot occur. Since the free space starts from the snap element 30 expanded both upwards and downwards, are pivoting movements of the window pane 1c by one Apparent pivot point in the area of the disc hole 10 performed stress-free in a limited area. There is a danger of the connection becoming loose Not.

Figure 4 shows the combination of a conventional window pane with an essentially flat lower edge of the pane with an attached assembly aid 2. It consists of a wedge 21 with a chamfer (insertion slope) 22 and a lateral web 20 for producing an adhesive connection with the window pane 1b. This assembly aid 2 is preferably designed as a plastic part.

In Figure 5 is a composite window 1d consisting of a plastic pane 11d and a glass pane 12d, shown, the plastic disc 11d with their wedge-shaped end of the lower pane edge 120d of the glass pane 12 d towered. The sloping lower edge of the pane 110d covers with its wedge-shaped extension 111 Bottom edge of window 120d almost completely. The chisel tip 112 has only a very small diameter so that too the width B of the insertion cone is very short can be. As a result, the cylindrical region 301 of the Snap element 30 in length, which increases the load-bearing capacity of the Connection device according to the invention is improved.

According to FIG. 6, the composite window pane 1e consists of two glass panes 11e, 12e glued to one another, the lower ones Edges 110e, 120e are arranged offset to one another. These lower edge of the pane are very rounded and have essentially the contour of a semicircle. According to the invention Hence the need for the breadth B of the insertion cone 302 of the snap element 30 with of such a minimum width that half Thickness of a disc 11e, 12c corresponds. So is a easy insertion of the window pane 1e into the gap between the jaws 31, 32 of a driver according to the invention guaranteed without any problems.

Jedem dieser nach innen ragenden Teile 30, 4 ist in der Fensterscheibe 1 ein separates Scheibenloch 10, 13 zugeordnet.FIGS. 7a to 7d show different phases of the installation process of a window pane 1 on the driver 3 of a window lifter. The driver 3 according to the invention consists of two opposing jaws 31, 32 which are connected via a common base 33 and are fixed to a window regulator by means of the fastening plate 34. Not only the snap element 30, but also a wedge-shaped expansion element 4 is integrally formed on one of the two jaws 32, the expansion element 4 being at a clear distance A 2 above the snap element 30. Each of these inwardly projecting parts 30, 4 is assigned a separate window hole 10, 13 in the window pane 1.

With another shift the window pane 1 in the direction of the driver 3 there is a spreading of the jaws 31, 32, whereby at the same time also the snap element 30 from the opposite Jaw 31 is lifted off and an insertion gap is released (see Figure 7b).

The length L of the expansion element 4 is preferably approximately correct corresponds to the length of the snap element 30 or even is a little longer. However, the length L of the expansion element should 4 be shorter than the length of the snap element 30, a sufficiently large conical area 302 is closed so that the front lower edge of the pane 100 does not blocked on the cylindrical region 301 of the snap element becomes.

Natürlich muß dann auch die Anordnung der Scheibenlöcher 10 und 13 in analoger Weise erfolgen.FIG. 7c shows an assembly phase in which the lower pane edge 100 of the window pane 1 has already reached the end face of the snap element 30. In the event that the expansion element 4 is passed directly past the disc hole 10 during the assembly process and can snap into it, the clear distance A 2 between the expansion element 4 and the snap element 30 should be chosen smaller than the distance A 1 between the lower edge region of the Disc hole 10 and the lower edge of the pane 100. Otherwise, further penetration of the window pane 1 by the snap element 30 as a result of the latching expansion element 4 could be blocked, or a relatively large conical area 302 would have to be provided on the snap element 30. However, this problem can also be countered by arranging the expansion element 4 and the snap element 30 laterally offset from one another. Of course, the arrangement of the disc holes 10 and 13 must then be carried out in an analogous manner.

13 eingerastetem Schnappelement 30 bzw. Spreizelement 4.Figure 7d shows the connection device after the completion of Installation with snapped into the disc hole 10 or 13 Snap element 30 or expansion element 4.

A preferred variant of the invention provides the use of convexly designed expandable jaws 31, 32, wherein on both sides of the snap element 30 in the mounting direction expanding space 35 for the window pane 1 forms. In the case of the action shown schematically in FIG. 8 lateral forces on the window pane 1, which too lead their tilting in the driver 3, no tensions occur on that lead to a break or even to loosen the connecting device could lead. The window pane 1 can in the driver 3 in a relatively large angular range pivot, the lower edge of the pane 100 in the area the base 33 of the driver 3, the extension 35 as Freedom of movement is available.

The connecting devices according to the invention are special can be used advantageously for cable windows, like this in Figures 9a to 9c based on a schematic plan view on two window panes in relation to a double-stranded Cable window lifter is shown.
