Abstract
Description
in einem festpoligen Gehäuse, gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a tension spring connection for electrical conductors, in particular
in a fixed-pole housing, according to the preamble of
Tension spring connections consist of an approximately loop-shaped tension spring, one end area of a leg for resting on a busbar and whose other end area is oriented approximately perpendicular to the busbar Form thighs. In the leg oriented approximately perpendicular to the busbar a window for the passage of the busbar is arranged, the lower edge of which Forms a clamping edge for clamping a conductor under the conductor rail.
Tension spring connections of this type are known in their construction and are commercially available. For such tension spring connections, it is of great importance when operating the Tension spring for inserting a conductor to ensure that the Tension spring does not exceed permissible values and due to plastic deformation the tension spring does not deteriorate. This is the mainspring supported in their position on the conductor rail so that when they are actuated, in particular during their opening movement, an overextension of the spring is prevented.
In the disc construction of connection elements in which tension springs are often used Multi-pin connector strips made of individual plastic washers are used assembled, with a subassembly consisting of busbar and Tension spring, easy to assemble and function, from the side into the housing washer can be used. Here, the tension spring is secured against one Overexpansion without problems, usually this is done by a plastic housing injection molded cam on the disc. This stop cam points a shape adapted to the inside of the tension spring, so that the tension spring at actuation in an area that can be defined by the shape of the cam can deform. After this permissible deformation has been exceeded, part of it lies down the tension spring on the stop cam and can then no longer be deformed become. The stop cam extends from a wall of the connecting disk far into the interior enclosed by the tension spring and leaves a side The tension spring should only be fitted when the connecting washer is isolated.
In the case of fixed-pole housings, their importance particularly in the area of high number of poles and at the same time very small grid spacing from manufacturing technology and functional and installation reasons increases, is one Over-extension protection for the tension spring is not possible, since here the busbar and tension spring normally need to be inserted from above or below and then not on a transverse to the direction of insertion into the interior of the loop-shaped tension spring protruding plastic cams or the like can be plugged on.
The object of the present invention is therefore a tension spring of known construction such in a connection element, preferably a connection element with a fixed pole Housing that supports an assembly by a simple insertion movement can take place and secure support of the tension spring against impermissible Deformation during operation is guaranteed.
The solution of the task according to the invention results from the characterizing
Features of
An essential feature of the invention of the proposed tension spring connection is that the tension spring is inserted into a pocket formed by the housing and has sections of smaller width formed by recesses near the edge, protrude into the pocket-fixed stop elements on both sides, each in the of the Protruding spring enclosed space and that the tension spring when actuated with sections of greater width can be applied to the stop elements. A tension spring usually consists of a loop-shaped in a known manner Sheet metal strips of spring steel wire, which is usually a along its entire length has the same width. Such a tension spring can be in a housing pocket can only be inserted if on the side surfaces of the housing pocket no projections are arranged, as is the case, for example, with the known internal ones Stop cam is just not the case. However, the mainspring is in certain areas, advantageously before shaping the loop-shaped Bending process, provided with recesses in the edge area, so can the inside of the bag at least in the areas where the Recesses come to lie within the pocket after insertion Projection can be arranged on the wall surfaces of the bag, at least in some areas inside the loop-shaped area of the tension spring protrudes. Such projections are in the tension spring connection according to the invention provided on both sides on the inner surfaces of the housing pocket, this Stop elements with the sections formed by recesses close to the edge correspond to the smaller width of the tension spring. This is an insertion of the Tension spring in the housing pocket allows, while sections of the Project stop elements into the interior of the space enclosed by the tension spring and when actuating the tension spring with sections of greater width of the tension spring interact. Due to the deformation of the tension spring, these sections larger width shifted or pivoted within the housing pocket and contact the stop elements when a permissible deflection is reached. As a result, there is a further displacement of the movable when actuated Section of the mainspring safely prevents overloading the mainspring therefore do not occur.
The subclaims show further preferred forms of the invention.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the recesses close to the edge arranged in the area of the tension spring, which when inserted first in the pocket fixed to the housing. This is usually the tension spring window opposite section, in which the greatest deformation when operating the Tension spring occurs. Touch by providing the corresponding notches the area provided on both sides of the housing pockets Stop elements and the tension spring in this area, whereby the freely movable, part of the tension spring opposite the conductor rail by pivoting can put on the stop elements.
The shape and the alignment of the recesses of the tension spring is in one another preferred embodiment primarily by the direction of insertion Tension spring specified in the housing pocket, because to achieve simple joining movements, for example a purely linear joining movement, a pivoting of the Tension spring within the housing pocket must be avoided as far as possible.
In a further preferred embodiment, the wider sections of the Tension spring, which attach to the stop elements, adjacent to the edge near Recesses of the tension spring arranged. This allows the dimensions the stop elements on the pocket surfaces of the housing are small are, the corresponding recesses of the tension spring to smaller Sections of the tension spring may be limited.
Another preferred embodiment of the tension spring connection has stop elements on that extend so far in the direction of insertion of the tension spring that a stop between wider sections of the tension spring and stop elements preferably in the hump area of the tension spring, which directly with an operating tool is charged. This ensures that through the point of attack the actuating force of the tension spring has a correspondingly large counterforce Supports the load safely without causing undue deformation poor leverage.
A further advantageous embodiment of the tension spring connection has stop elements on that extend so far in the direction of insertion of the tension spring that a stop between wider sections of the tension spring and stop elements just above the end of the radius of the tension spring. In particular through such an arrangement of the stop elements is sure to prevent that Radius area of the tension spring that is sensitive to deformations is deformed inadmissibly becomes.
In a further embodiment, for safe absorption of the actuation forces, that the contact edges of the stop elements in the housing pocket are arranged that when striking a flat contact between Stop elements and wider sections of the tension spring adjusts. This will the actuation forces are derived on a surface and not only on individual points and safely supported.
It is particularly advantageous in the tension spring connection according to the invention that the pocket-fixed stop elements for sufficient support only a little in must protrude the space enclosed by the tension spring, in particular only a few tenths of a centimeter are sufficient. As a result, the mainspring in their Tension spring characteristics only slightly affected, at the same time the row spacing can maintained by the slight impairment of the spring characteristic of the tension spring become.
It is also of particular advantage that the recesses interact the tension spring with the stop elements when installing in the housing pocket position and therefore a simple and without additional shapes on the housing pocket possible assembly is achievable.
Preferred embodiments of the tension spring connection according to the invention shows the drawing.

11 gegen gehäusefeste Konturen ab.1 shows a basic illustration of how the invention
Tension spring connection supports the
In Figure 1, the
1 verhindert. This striking of the movable leg of the
dargestellte Gegenkontakte aufsteckbar. The application of the recesses shown in principle in Figures 1 and 2

8 sicher verhindert.In Figure 3, a
Figur 5 horizontaler Richtung entsprechend Pfeil VIII.
FIGS. 5 and 6 show a connection element analogous to FIGS. 4 and 5,
the undeformed position in FIG. 5 and the deformed position in FIG. 6
