Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Gasgebläsebrenners wird von einer Regelschaltung ein von einer Ionisationselektrode abgeleitetes Ionisationssignal(Ui) erfaßt und das Gas-Luftverhältnis auf einen Lambda-Sollwert >1 geregelt, dem ein Sollwert(Uis) des Ionisationssignals entspricht. Um eine emissionsarme Verbrennung bei verschiedenen Betriebszuständen zu gewährleisten, wird ein Regelbereich des Ionisationssignals(Ui) festgelegt, dessen oberer Grenzwert(Uio) kleiner als der Maximalwert des Ionisationssignals(Ui) ist und dessen unterer Grenzwert (Uiu) über dem Wert liegt, der einen emissionsarmen Betrieb gewährleistet. Ein Abschaltsignal für den Brenner wird erzeugt, wenn das Ionisationssignal(Ui) länger als eine vorgegebene Zeitdauer den zugelassenen Regelbereich (RB) verläßt. Beim Unterschreiten des unteren Grenzwerts (Uiu) des Ionisationssignals(Ui) und beim Unterschreiten des Sollwerts(Uis) bei einem Lambdawert <1 erhöht die Regelschaltung den Gasvolumenstrom bis zu einem Endwert, bei dessen Erreichen ein weiteres Abschaltsignal für den Brenner erzeugt wird.
