Description

The invention relates to a safety device for high-pressure cleaning devices according to the preamble of claim 1 for cleaning pipes, namely the pipe one Pipeline or the tubes of heat exchangers.

Such a high-pressure cleaning device is known from DE 34 18 835 A1. she is for cleaning radioactive contaminated tube bundles with face lying on one level open ends determined. A high pressure hose is pushed through the pipes, which carries a spray nozzle for the cleaning water at its front end. As a positioning device a frame is provided in which two feed wheels, which are between them take up the hose, can be moved over the level of the frame, for this purpose drive means intended. The device is intended for automatic operation because the cleaning tube bundles are radioactively contaminated, is the stay of a person in the Proximity to the known high-pressure cleaning device is harmful to health and therefore not provided.

From US 4 137 928 is a high pressure cleaning device according to the preamble of Claims 1 and 2 known. It has a sleeve that attaches directly to the end of the tube and closes tightly there. It is also only designed for mechanized use, because the lance is not freely accessible. It is at the rear end with a piston connected, which is guided in a cylinder. The axial movement of the Nozzle inside the pipe to be cleaned. A security problem arises due to the sleeve not because this prevents water from escaping and due to the fact that a Operator is unnecessary.

Finally, from FR 2 563 331 A1 is a high-pressure cleaning device for the pipes a heat exchanger previously known, but cleaning only from the outside he follows. The nozzle is not inserted into the individual pipes, but remains at a distance from a few centimeters before the end of the pipes. It is a positioning device provided with a frame that allows movement in two planes.

A lance with a nozzle head can be operated using a manually operated rack and pinion drive be moved between two predetermined end positions. The lance passes through a smoke pipe into which the nozzle can be retracted into a rest position. The nozzle cannot move back and forth within the smoke pipe to clean the smoke pipe become.

Starting from the previously known high-pressure cleaning devices, it is the task of Invention to further develop the known high-pressure cleaning devices that they are suitable for manual cleaning and are therefore sufficiently safe are designed so that the danger to an operator is that the nozzle is unprotected can be pulled out of the pipe to be cleaned and thus one from the Very high pressure nozzle, for example several 100 bar jet of cleaning liquid the operator is injured, is excluded.

This object is achieved by the features of patent claim 1.

The restraint is preferably for lances, e.g. flexible thinner lances, like hoses, for example, with smaller outer dimensions than the associated thicker nozzle and therefore preferably has a retaining means which releases the lance in a ring grips, but has such a small opening that the nozzle does not fit through. In particular is the retaining means has a sleeve in the form of a hollow cylinder which is open at the ends and which the inner diameter of the thinner lance including the associated thicker Is able to take up the nozzle inside it, furthermore it points at its first, the tube mirror of the tube heat exchanger end facing an opening, the one Allowing both the thinner lance and the associated thicker nozzle to be carried out so that the thinner lance, as well as the associated thicker nozzle, from inside the hollow cylinder through this opening into a tube opening of the tube surface of the tube heat exchanger and the associated pipe can be inserted; further points the hollow cylinder on its second, facing away from the tube surface of the tube heat exchanger Open an opening that does not pass through the thinner lance however, the associated thicker nozzle allows, so that the movement of the thinner Lance through this opening, holding the thicker nozzle inside the hollow cylinder as soon as it hits this opening from the inside.

The safety device can preferably be on the pipe or on the pipe heat exchanger can be attached by clamping or screwing. This can preferably be done in a point, for example on the outer jacket of the pipe or on a flange of the heat exchanger, at an edge protruding there.

The positioning device of the safety device can be used as a telescopic rod or Telescopic rail are executed, one of them at the tube or at the end of the tube heat exchanger can be attached at a point, and which is rotatable about this point and on the other end of which is attached to the restraint.

In a preferred embodiment, the positioning device is the safety device designed as a rod or rail system, the rods or rails are rotatable against each other at their respective connection points, the system being on be attached at one end to the pipe or pipe heat exchanger at one point can and the retention device is attached at its other end.

In a particularly preferred embodiment according to the present invention, the Safety device, characterized in that the rod or rail system consists of two rods or rails and the system in its attachment point on the pipe or tubular heat exchanger is rotatable. The respective swivel joints can be a locking device exhibit.

However, the safety device can also be in several points on the pipe or pipe heat exchanger be attached. This is preferably done on the outer jacket of the tube or a flange of the tubular heat exchanger, e.g. on a hole or on a protruding there Edge.

In particular, it is also possible to use the safety device on the tubular heat exchanger in four points or two points on the pipe heat exchanger.

In the case of a two-point attachment, the safety device is preferably thereby characterized in that they have fixed dimensions adapted to the respective tube heat exchanger has, in particular that the distance between the two attachment points on Pipe heat exchanger is fixed, preferably approximately the diameter of the Pipe heat exchanger corresponds.

The safety device between the two fastening points on the tubular heat exchanger can also be designed as a telescopic rod or rail, so that its dimensions is variable and can therefore be flexibly adapted to the respective tube heat exchanger.

The retention device is preferably attached to the safety device by means of an elongated hole which has the safety device and which preferably in its longitudinal extent in the approximate size of the diameter of the Pipe heat exchanger is dimensioned.

An advantage of the invention, in addition to its safety effect, is in particular that, despite its safety effect, it allows work to be carried out quickly and effectively, since changing the pipe to be cleaned only requires repositioning the restraint device. However, precisely this repositioning is extremely simple in all embodiments of the invention:
  • any existing finding is resolved,
  • the restraint is positioned over the new pipe and
  • the possibly existing locking again determined.

Sodann kann weiter gearbeitet werden. Then work can continue.

Dies kann etwa durch eine Feststellschraube geschehen.1 shows a particularly preferred embodiment according to the present invention in a view of the tube mirror 1 . A rod system consisting of a first rod 2 and a second rod 3 is rotatably attached to the pipe mirror 1 at a point 4 on the edge of the pipe heat exchanger. The first rod 2 is also rotatably attached to the second rod 3 in a further point 5 , so that with the end point of the second rod 3, at which a restraint device 6 is located, each point of the pipe mirror can be reached. The attachment to the tube heat exchanger can preferably be carried out by a clamping device in the manner of a vise if the tube heat exchanger has a projecting edge 7 or also by means of a screw connection through holes in the edge. By means of a device of the type shown here, it is possible to position the retaining device above each pipe end 8 of the pipe mirror so that it can fulfill its safety function there. For fixation in operation, the two pivot points (4 and 5) preferably have locking devices which allow rotation in the released state and fix a certain rotational angle position in the locked state. This can be done using a locking screw.

Fig. 2 shows the embodiment of FIG. 1 in side view. The safety device is attached to the tube heat exchanger in the plane of the tube mirror 1 . This takes place in an attachment point 4 about which the first rod 2 located directly thereon can be rotated. In the embodiment to be seen here, the fastening is carried out by means of a locking screw which projects through the projecting edge 7 of the tubular heat exchanger. From here, the first rod 2 leads to a further fulcrum 5, from where the second rod 3 leads to the retaining device 6 attached to it at the end point.

Fig. 3 shows a retaining device (6) according to the present invention in longitudinal section without a lance. The device (6) is designed as a hollow cylinder 9 which has a wide opening 10 at its first end and a narrow opening 11 at its second end.

The lance, preferably a flexible lance 12, ends in a nozzle head 13, the diameter of which is larger than that of the lance 12 itself. The diameters are chosen so that both the lance 12 and nozzle head 13 fit through the wide opening 10 of the hollow cylinder 9 , but only the lance 12, but not the nozzle head 13 , can be passed through the narrower opening 11 . If one now orientates this restraint device with its wide opening 10 towards the pipe end, then the lance 12 and nozzle head 13 can be inserted into the pipe of the pipe heat exchanger. An uncontrolled escape of the nozzle head 13 from the tube is prevented, however, since the nozzle head 13 , assuming a small enough distance between the tube and the hollow cylinder 9 , is then drawn into the hollow cylinder 9 , which acts as a continuation of the tube. However, the nozzle head 13 cannot escape from this: in the direction of the pipe mirror, it can only be guided into a pipe or against the wall of the pipe mirror; in the other direction, the narrow opening 12 blocks the path. The desired safety effect is achieved in this way, the nozzle head 13 cannot escape into the open in an uncontrolled manner and endanger people there.

Fig. 5 zeigt eine Rückhaltevorrichtung nach der vorliegenden Erfindung im Längsschnitt mit Lanze in Anschlagposition des Düsenkopfes 13 an der engen Öffnung 11, wodurch die Sicherheitswirkung noch einmal verdeutlicht wird.5 shows a restraint device according to the present invention in longitudinal section with a lance in the stop position of the nozzle head 13 on the narrow opening 11, which once again illustrates the safety effect.

Fig. 6 shows a telescopic rod 14 for attachment in two points to the tubular heat exchanger in an embodiment according to the present invention in longitudinal section. The rod here consists of a first part 15 and a second part 16, which are displaceable one inside the other and apart in the direction of the arrow 17 . This makes it possible to adapt the length of the telescopic rod 14 to the diameter of the tubular heat exchanger. The first part of the telescopic rod 15 does not necessarily have to consist of two layers, as can be seen here. It is also possible to clamp two similar parts on top of each other, which achieves the same effect. A screw connection, preferably through one or more elongated holes, also provides the desired length adjustability. A hole pattern can preferably also be provided, which allows the two parts to be screwed together, the hole pattern spacing being selected in accordance with the desired fine adjustment of the length.

Fig. 7 shows a telescopic rod 14 for attachment in two points to the tubular heat exchanger in an embodiment according to the present invention in supervision. The first telescopic rod part 15 can be displaced against the second telescopic rod part 16 in the arrow directions 17 , as a result of which the length of the entire telescopic rod 14 can be adjusted, and thus the diameter of the tubular heat exchanger can be adapted. The telescopic rod 14 has an elongated hole 25 in which a retaining device 6 can also be positioned in the arrow directions 17 . The retaining device can preferably be fixed in the desired position, for example by a clamping or screwing mechanism. The retaining device 6 is preferably always held in the elongated hole 25 of the telescopic rod 14 by protruding edges so that it fulfills the desired safety function. The telescopic rod 14 itself can be attached at its two ends to the tubular heat exchanger, preferably by grasping the protruding edge or also by a clamping or screwing device or another suitable device.

FIG. 8 shows an embodiment of a safety device according to the present invention with a four-point fastening, with a view of the pipe mirror 1. The safety device is fastened here with rods in the manner of a cross table in four points 19 . A further rod 14, which in turn is fastened to two of the rods fastened in the four points 19 , can be moved along these in the direction of the arrows 20 and preferably detachably attached thereto. The further rod 14 itself has an elongated hole, which makes it possible to select the position of the retaining device held thereon in the guide of the elongated hole along the arrow directions 21 within the extension of the elongated hole, and the retaining device 6 preferably again in the desired position detachable. With a suitable choice of dimensions, the retaining device 6 can thus be positioned over each pipe end in the plane of the pipe mirror. In addition, three-point or more than four-point attachments to the tubular heat exchanger are possible.

Fig. 9 shows an embodiment of a safety device according to the present invention with a two-point attachment to the tube heat exchanger with a view of the tube mirror 1. This embodiment has a rod 14 with an elongated hole, which is variable as a telescopic rod in its radius and thus adapted to the diameter of the tube heat exchanger can be. The telescopic rod 14 preferably engages over an overlooked edge of the heat exchanger from the rear and is thus rotatable over its entire radius in the direction of the arrows 24, attached to it. The retention device 6 is guided in an elongated hole, along this, displaceably. Therefore, the retention device 6 can be positioned by rotating the telescopic rod 14 in the direction of the arrow 24 and by moving along the elongated hole in the telescopic rod 14 above each pipe end in the plane of the pipe mirror 1 and fulfill its safety function there. Such an arrangement is also functional with a rod of fixed length, which is then only suitable for tubular heat exchangers of the appropriate diameter.

Das Drehgelenk im Befestigungspunkt am Rohrwärmetauscher ist dabei vorzugsweise mit einer Feststellvorrichtung ausgerüstet.10 shows an embodiment of a safety device according to the present invention with a telescopic rod 22 fastened at one point and rotatable about this point , with a view of the pipe mirror 1 . In this embodiment too, the retention device 6 can be positioned by rotating and pulling out the rod 22 above each pipe end in the plane of the pipe mirror. The swivel joint in the attachment point on the tubular heat exchanger is preferably equipped with a locking device.

Fig. 11 shows an embodiment of a safety device according to the present invention with a fixed at one point, and rotatable about this point telescopic rod with a three-armed linkage 23 with a view of the pipe mirror 1. The arms are rotatable in their connection points against each other and preferably in the position selected. The restraint device 6 can thus be positioned above each pipe end in the plane of the pipe mirror 1 . Of course, rods with more than three arms are also possible, which allow such positioning.

A positioning device according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is used. The positioning device has the articulated first and second rods 2, 3, it is connected in a fastening point 4 to a flange of the tubular heat exchanger, for this purpose a hole is used in this flange, which is from a corresponding screw is penetrated.

At the free end of this positioning device, a hollow cylinder 9 is arranged according to Figures 3 to 5. It forms the restraint of the restraint device 6. A lance 26 projects through it and is designed here as a flexible hose. It is inserted into a tube of the tube heat exchanger by the operator, the tube end 8 is freely visible. The nozzle is already in the pipe to be cleaned.

The positioning device is fixed in such a way that the retaining means 9 is essentially coaxial with the axis of the pipe to be cleaned. Cleaning liquid, in particular water, is supplied under high pressure, for example 200 to 700 bar, via the lance 26 .

The operator is protected by a protective suit, but this is not sufficient against direct contact with a high-pressure water jet. The operator operates an electromechanical foot valve 27. Only when this is actively operated does a high-pressure jet emerge from the nozzle 13 . A so-called dead man's switch is therefore provided. A supply line 28 is connected to the valve 27 , and it is also connected to an electrical control line 29 . With 30 a discharge hose for dirty water is called. For this purpose, a sleeve is arranged concentrically to the lance 26 and with a ring opening open to the front around the lance 26 , which absorbs the water flowing back or possibly sucks it up positively.

The embodiment according to FIG. 13 corresponds essentially to that according to FIG. 12, only here the cleaning of a pipe of a pipeline takes place and not several parallel pipes of a pipe heat exchanger. The positioning device is fixed to the outer jacket of the tube by means of a screw clamp or by other suitable means. The positioning device consists of an L-shaped first arm 32, one leg of which is adjustable in length, and a second arm 33 , which can be adjusted in different positions on the other leg and has a slider to which the hollow cylinder 9 is fixed, this slider can be in in a third direction. In this way it can be adjusted in all directions of the room.
