Description

The invention relates to a refrigerated goods counter for perishable food, especially for meat products. Such a counter includes a counter display with a flow of air around them, especially cooled air. The air flow is from the back of the counter to the counter display at the front and from there in a flow channel back to the back of the counter, where they consist of a bar that extends essentially across the width of the counter and outlet opening arranged above the rear edge of the counter display of a flow channel emerges.

A counter of the aforementioned type is known for example from DE-U-83 16 262.3. This counter is located below the counter display A fan is arranged in the floor space that blocks the air from the customer side Counter sucks in and through an outlet opening on the operating side into which the counter display blows surrounding goods area. To get out of the circulating air Filtering out floating particles etc. is one of the customer's from the counter display a hygiene filter is arranged at the bottom of the chute. Despite this Filters can not be avoided that in the floor space, which is a partial area of the flow channel and nuclei in the rest of the flow channel such as bacteria, fungal spores or the like. accumulate and multiply there. Such Germs can then reach the counter display unfiltered with the air flow. The formation of germs in the floor space is still in the well-known counter supported by the fact that there - easily in a place that is difficult to access dirty counter facilities that form the breeding grounds for germs, namely an evaporator and a fan are arranged.

Based on this, it is the object of the invention to provide a refrigerated goods counter to improve the type mentioned at the outset in terms of hygiene. The solution to this The task is to see a filter through which the circulating air flow flows of floating particles, bacteria or the like. before, this filter in the outlet opening the flow channel is arranged and their clear cross section completely covered. This arrangement initially ensures that the Air entering the goods room is essentially free of suspended particles, Bacteria and the like is. In any case, it contains fewer such particles than if the circulated air all of the below the counter display Flows through space and the adjoining part of the flow channel, being particularly known in the area of the evaporator is a breeding ground for germs, can enrich with germs. Another essential one Another advantage is that the fan is now practically in the immediate vicinity Be placed near the outlet upstream of the filter can (claim 12). In refrigerated counters there is a slow and steady Circulating air flow aimed for. For this reason, the well-known goods counter the fan is relatively far away from the outlet opening and in particular Arranged below the counter display in the floor space to avoid air turbulence and to avoid local different air flows. An invention arranged filter thus has an air-purifying effect and at the same time acts as an air dam which ensures an even, slow air flow. Usually is in the floor space also arranged an evaporator, which is particularly the case with non-regular Cleaning, which should not be the case too rarely, in terms of hygiene is problematic.

With the arrangement of the filter according to the invention, however, it is very easy possible to clean the fan behind it. All you have to do is the filter detachably, in particular pivotally attached in the outlet opening be (claim 2). It is also advantageous if the fan according to claim 13 about a pivot axis extending in the longitudinal direction of the counter from the outlet opening can be swung out. It can also be the back of the fan easy to clean. Such a pivotability of the fan is also then an advantage if - as seen in the direction of flow - the evaporator according to claim 14 is located immediately behind the fan, so that this under With the help of suitable cleaning devices, such as stick brushes, etc. easily cleaned can be, so that the inhibition threshold for a thorough cleaning of the problematic areas are significantly reduced in terms of hygiene.

The counter body 1 contains an essentially horizontal counter display 2 for the circulation of goods 3, represented here schematically by a spatial body is. The goods receiving room 4 above the counter display 2 is of a swivel type Counter glazing 5 shielded, shown here only schematically is. The buyer views the goods 3 in the goods receiving room 4 from the Front 6 ago.

Counter display 2, which is used here as a horizontal platform for placing goods 3 is formed by a flow of especially cooled air in the direction of flow 7 flows around. The flow is from the service side 8 of the counter forth over the counter display 2 or over the goods 3 lying thereon in the direction to the front 6. There it is e.g. through the counter glazing 5 deflected or suctioned down and the chute 9 between the front wall 10 and a vertical one parallel to the counter display 2 Wall surface 11 fed to the floor space 12. The floor space 12 is between the counter display 2 and the bottom 14 included and the air flow is laterally below the counter display 2 from the counter tub 15 guided . The circulating air is fed from the floor space 12 to a cooling unit, which is usually formed by an evaporator 16. The evaporator 16 is located behind the floor space 12 in an access shaft 17, which is the end area that formed by chute 9, floor space 12 and ascent shaft 17 Flow channel 20 represents. Through the ascent shaft 17 or end area the circulating air rises and completes the circulating air cycle described. Above of the evaporator 16, a fan 19 is positioned. He is the drive for them Forced air flow. Its blowing direction is directed obliquely upwards.

In the flow direction or downstream of the fan 18 is located in the outlet opening 20a of the flow channel 20 from the air flow flowed through filter 19 for filtering suspended particles, bacteria or the like. The Filter 19 is acted upon by the circulating air expelled from fan 18, which accumulates in front of the filter 19 and therefore spreads evenly over the entire filter Distributed surface. It prevails in the area of the outlet opening 20a in front of the filter 19 an overprint. The filter 19 covers the clear cross section of the Outlet opening 20a, so that on the one hand only filtered air and in particular essentially germ-free penetrate into the area of the goods receiving space 4 can and on the other hand there is an even, slowed air flow.

The outlet opening 20a has the cross-sectional shape of a lying rectangle on. It is arranged above the rear edge 21 of the counter display 2. and extends essentially parallel to the counter display 2.

The filter 19 is in a hollow profile 22 covering the outlet opening 20a of a cross-sectional shape that remains the same across the width of the counter. The Longitudinal axis of the hollow profile 22 runs in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the Counter width and thus perpendicular to the drawing levels of Fig. 1-3. The Hollow profile 22 contains two mutually parallel flank walls 23, 24. Both side walls 23, 24 are provided with perforations 25 for the passage of the flow. The hollow profile 22 forms the envelope for the filter material 26. Both ends of the hollow profile are closed by a cap or a stopper (not shown). The filter material 26 can be cleaned. For this purpose, the filter 19 is simply out its filter position (Fig. 1,2) detachable from the counter body 1. The hollow profile 22 has in the installed position a standing rectangular cross-sectional shape and that with the Perforations 25 provided side walls 23,24 are the longer sides of the rectangle. At the upper end 27 of the side wall facing the goods receiving space 4 a grip strip 28 is attached. The handle bar 28 is in one piece with the produced as an extruded profile hollow profile 22, the extrusion direction with the longitudinal axis of the hollow profile perpendicular to the drawing planes 1-3. At the lower end 29 of the front flank wall 24 of the hollow profile 22, a downward projecting serrated rib 30 is attached. The Senkrippe 30 is used to be effective in the closed position (Fig. 1,2) Interlocking engagement in a receiving groove forming the part of a lifting-lowering lock 31 on the counter chassis 32. In the closed position, the filter 19 rests a system bar 33 of the counter body 1. It will solve the filter 19 on its grip 28 first raised in the direction of arrow 34, then counterclockwise pivoted downward in the direction of arrow 35, wherein it is in Fig. 2 takes dash position shown in dashed lines, and then in the direction of the arrow 36 pulled out of the receiving groove 31 of the counter chassis 32, i.e. detached from counter body 1. The reinstallation takes place in the opposite way. 4 shows an alternative embodiment of a filter 19. It includes a bracket 42 which is perforated to allow air to flow therethrough. The grip strip 28 is formed on its upper edge in the assembled state. The lower edge of the substantially rectangular lying shape Carrier forms the Senkrippe 30. Above the Senkrippe 30 is an - im Section seen transversely to the longitudinal direction of the counter - C-shaped support arm 43 formed, which forms a receiving groove 44. A filter element is in this receiving groove 44 45 inserted with its lower edge area. At the the flow channel 20 facing side of the carrier 42, spacers 46 are formed on which the filter element 45 is supported. The filter material 26 of the filter element is essentially completely surrounded by a perforated sheath 47. Preferably is the filter element 42 in the longitudinal direction of the counter in several sub-elements divided. To clean the filter 19, the carrier 42 is used with the aid the handle bar 28 pivoted out of its closed position and the filter element 45 or the individual sub-elements can then be easily extracted from the Recording groove 44 can be removed and cleaned.

When the filter 19 is removed, the fan 18 is accessible. The fan 19 is on attached to a carrier 38, the on its edge facing the goods room 4 is pivotally mounted about a pivot axis 37. The pivot axis 37 runs in the longitudinal direction of the counter. The fan 19 is with the filter 19 removed from the Outlet opening 20a can be pivoted out in the direction of arrow 39. Then he takes about a position 40 that that of the folded away from the outlet opening 20a Filters 19 corresponds. Its back 41 is then easily accessible and accordingly thoroughly cleanable. When the fan 18 is in position 40, is also the evaporator 16 or another one used for cooling Cooling unit accessible and can be subjected to thorough cleaning.

An indication to determine the time of filter cleaning could be over an overpressure sensor with a sensor in the flow channel 20 or by an acidity sensor be determined.
