- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective dans laquelle on a illustré un exemple de mise en oeuvre de l'ensemble selon l'invention, avec trois points de fermeture, associés à un membre latéral d'une porte ou fenêtre coulissante de laquelle on a représenté seulement une jambe latérale;
- la figure 2 est une vue en perspective, éclatée, illustrant tous les éléments qui composent l'ensemble préconisé;
- la figure 3 est une vue partielle, en élévation, élargie, illustrant les éléments principaux constitutifs de cet ensemble, pour comprendre leur interrelation fonctionnelle;
- les figures 4 et 5 illustrent des vues de dessus, coupées, correspondant au montage de l'ensemble dans un profilé creux, constitutif de la partie latérale d'une porte ou fenêtre.
Claims (10)
- Ensemble de verrouillage multipoint à crémone destiné à être relié en service à un mécanisme de fermeture à glissière, à commande manuelle pour verrouiller des portes et fenêtres coulissantes ou d'autres éléments assimilés, du type comprenant une pluralité de verrous de fermeture (1,2) écartés l'un de l'autre et reliés par des platines métalliques (3,4), lesdites platines (3,4) étant guidées coulissant par des structures (5, 5a) de guidage et de support et entraínées en service de façon linéaire suivant le déplacement du verrou (7) d'un mécanisme de fermeture à glissière destiné à être relié aux platines, entre une première position d'extrémité, de fermeture, et une deuxième position d'extrémité, d'ouverture, dont les structures (5,5a) de guidage et de support sont destinées à être fixées sur un membre latéral d'une porte ou fenêtre, tel qu'un profilé creux (6), caractérisée en ce que chacun desdits verrous (1,2) de fermeture est monté rigide dans un bloc (8) robuste, coulissant et fermement relié auxdites platines (3, 4) et est encastré dans une ouverture (9) correspondante pratiquée dans une des platines métalliques (3), les structures (5, 5a) de guidage et de support comprenant des guidages (10) en "C", métalliques et en forme aplatie, dans lesquels lesdites platines (3,4) sont logées coulissantes, bien que convenablement séparés par l'intercalation d'éléments de joint antifriction et de séparation, des ouvertures allongées (11) étant ménagées dans le fond des guidages (10) en "C", les structures (5, 5a) de guidage et de support comprenant un cadre (12) monté derrière chacune desdites ouvertures allongées, définissant avec l'ouverture associée un récipient latéralement ouvert et recevant un desdits blocs (8) monté libre à coulisser le long d'une course limitée contre l'action d'un ressort (13) opposé au déplacement des platines (3,4) dans la direction d'ouverture de l'ensemble de verrouillage.
- Ensemble de verrouillage multipoint à crémone, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit bloc (8) comporte, à sa partie avant, au-dessous du verrou (1), un forage (15) oblique, fileté à son intérieur qui arrive à l'orifice (16) d'insertion dudit verrou (1), pour la fixation et/ou réglage en position au moyen d'un élément vissé (17) dans ce forage (15) dudit verrou (1) en ayant accès par la partie avant de la structure (5, 5a) de guidage et de support.
- Ensemble de verrouillage multipoint à crémone selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de joint antifriction intermédiaires consistent en des plaques (18) en matière plastique pourvues d'une protubérance (19) creuse, à travers laquelle est défini un orifice (19a) axial, de passage pour des vis (20, 21) de fixation de l'ensemble de la structure (5, 5a) de guidage et de support au membre latéral (6) de la porte ou fenêtre, ladite protubérance (19) étant agencée à travers de fenêtres (22) oblongues des platines (3, 4), ayant une longueur conforme au déplacement autorisé desdites platines (3, 4).
- Ensemble de verrouillage multipoint à crémone, selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdites plaques (18) de joint antifriction comportent à certaine distance de la protubérance (19) un téton (23) qui peut être cassé, qui émerge à l'extérieur à proximité du bord de la fenêtre oblongue (22) de la platine (3, 4), en l'immobilisant dans une situation inopérante de l'ensemble.
- Ensemble de verrouillage multipoint à crémone, selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit cadre (12) logeant les blocs (8) est relié aux bords desdites ouvertures allongées (11) du fond des guidages (10) en "C", par enclenchement de cliquets (24, 24a) semblables à des griffes, qui partent des extrémités du cadre (12), desquels partent des bandes (25, 25a) plates, qui sont adossées contre la partie arrière du guidage (10) et qui finissent par des protubérances (26, 26a) basées sur deux branches saillantes en "U" ayant un orifice intermédiaire (27, 27a) qui reste aligné avec un orifice (28) du guidage, un orifice (19a) de la protubérance (19) de la pièce (18) du joint et une ouverture oblongue (22) des platines, pour la fixation de la structure (5, 5a) de guidage et de support à la paroi d'un profilé (6) par des vis d'ancrage (20, 21).
- Ensemble de verrouillage multipoint à crémone, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les extrémités des platines (3, 4) présentent un gauchissement (34) définissant des zones de raccordement avec d'autres platines similaires pour augmenter le nombre d'éléments de la fermeture commandés depuis un seul mécanisme de fermeture à glissière à commande manuelle.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'il y a des petites plaques en "C" (31) qui embrassent l'ensemble des structures (5, 5a) de guidage et de support et dotées d'un orifice (32) pour que des vis de fixation (20, 21) passent à son travers.
- Ensemble, selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la protubérance (19) possède une hauteur tel qu'elle agit comme un élément d'écartement des petites plaques en "C" (31) para rapport aux cotés des guidages (10).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le verrou (7) du mécanisme de fermeture-ouverture agit sur une platine centrale (30) aux extrémités inférieure et supérieure de laquelle sont raccordées des platines (3, 4) respectives.
- Ensemble, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le ressort (13) s'appuie sur un des côtés du cassetin, à l'intérieur d'un évidement (14) d'ancrage.
