Abstract
In dem Verfahren zur Herstellung von Granulat, bei dem mindestens eine Hartstoffphase mit einem Metallpulver und einem Bindemittel vermischt und granuliert wird, findet keine Vormischung der Hartstoffphase mit dem Metallpulver vor der Vermischung mit dem Bindemittel statt und das Bindemittel weist eine Viskosität von 20 bis 200, vorzugsweise von 30 bis 100 cm3/10 min nach DIN 53735 bei 195 °C und 2,16 kg Belastungsgewicht auf.In the process for producing granules, in which at least one hard material phase is mixed and granulated with a metal powder and a binder, there is no premixing of the hard material phase with the metal powder before mixing with the binder and the binder has a viscosity of 20 to 200, preferably from 30 to 100 cm 3/10 min according to DIN 53735 at 195 ° C and 2.16 kg load weight.
