Description

The invention relates to a motor-operated hand tool, such as. an eccentric, angle or orbital sander or Sander, with a removable handle, the handle being a arranged in the handling area of the handle and for manual assembly or removal of the handle relative to this Movable, in particular rotatable fastener.

These can be electrical hand tools or act on compressor-operated hand tools. Known Hand tools are often two-handed equipped, one often as a removable additional handle is trained. So are not generic hand drills known in which an elongated, straight handle with a protruding thread section transverse to the direction of Drilling spindle in an opening in the machine housing can be screwed in. Here, the handle must be turned several times be rotated itself, which is a multiple change of grip required and cumbersome. Another known one Drilling machine according to DE-A-41 32 058 is also transverse to Drilling spindle running handle on a clamp-like Fastening over the drill chuck area of the drill is turned, mounted on the tool housing, one Clamping screw is tightened or loosened manually. The Clamping screw is not in the handling area of the Handle. A similar device is shown in EP-A-0 249 037. The assembly or disassembly of this handle is extremely expensive because the Drill either between the upper arm and body or between the legs is held while a hand grips the handle brings the desired position relative to the machine housing and the other hand to tighten the mentioned clamping screw is needed.

Der Handgriff soll nicht vom Maschinengehäuse gelöst werden.DE-U-93 04 887.4 shows a drill with one opposite Movable handle of the machine housing. In the respective The handle is moved by means of an im Handling area of the handle provided screw fixable. The handle should not be released from the machine housing.

From DE-C-42 03 171 a grinding device is known, the removable additional handle in the circumferential direction with respect to Tool drive axis is movable on the outside of the machine housing. The handle consists essentially of a spherical one Knob with an internal thread that with a threaded bolt can be screwed, which is movable in the circumferential direction spherical arched protrusion. To screw on the Knob must be turned several times, and a complex Reaching is required. An ergonomic shape of the Handle is not possible, but its rotationally symmetrical Rather, the design is predetermined.

A generic hand tool is from US-A-5,074,081 known. An additional hand knob is over a longitudinal guide can be pushed onto a machine housing. It snaps into place Fastening element in a locking position. The Fastener can be manually from the hand knob comprehensive hand of the user in the unlocked position can be deflected to remove the hand knob.

The invention is therefore based on the object of a hand tool of the generic type to improve in that the Handle is easier to assemble or remove and an ergonomic one that is favorable for the working device in question Allows shaping. When mounting or removing the handle the hand tool and the handle should be easy to handle his; multiple repositioning should not be necessary, and there must also be no problems holding or supporting the Hand tool occur.

This task is done with a motorized hand tool solved according to the invention in that the handle one in the Grip surface has a recess in which the Fastener is manually operable.

The fact that the fastener in the gripping surface opening recess in the handling area of the handle is provided and opposite to this for mounting or releasing is movable, in particular rotatable, is a multiple gripping, as it was initially described as disadvantageous, dispensable; the handle is held or positioned with one hand and it becomes the fastener for fastening with the same hand actuated or loosening the handle, especially with the fingers rotated while the handle continues with the cupped hand is held or remains in the cupped hand while doing so is supported.

It is an advantageous embodiment of the invention the fastener is one in the handle positionally secured screw with a manually graspable and actuatable head. The screw head is preferred for this gripped with the thumb and index finger or middle finger and turned. However, there are other fasteners, such as e.g. in the form of a bayonet lock, conceivable. Even if it was is a rotatable fastener, this must not necessarily be formed by a screw, but it could also be a connectable to an actuating head Act threaded part with one of the tool housing projecting threaded bolt is screwed. Instead of one Screw could also be a pin with limited movement in the Tool body lockable ring grooves or an insertable and secured by rotation, engaging behind a stop or lockable pin can be used.

In a development of the invention, the fastener is pending the recess over the gripping surface and is therefore tangible, in particular rotatable. In this preferred embodiment the recess need not be dimensioned so large that a user of the handheld device with his fingers in the recess can get into the fastener, but the Recess can essentially the shape of the fastener be adapted and surround it quite closely. This will also optically a compact appealing Appearance of the handle achieved. The handle can e.g. have the shape of an ergonomically shaped knob, and the Recess can be used as an opening from one side of the handle surface the knob extends to the other side. The Fastener is then preferably on the two opposite sides of the handle over the grip surface in front.

The position of the handle on the tool body is preferred given. It proves to be advantageous if the Handle unintentionally towards the tool body is rotatable or pivotable; this can preferably be done by a complementary shape of tool body and handle can be achieved by, for example, the radius of curvature of the Tool body attachable side of the handle accordingly the curvature of the tool body is formed. In addition, between the handle and tool body Ribs, webs, pins and appropriately trained Recesses can be provided in the other part.

The handle advantageously comprises two Half-shell parts, which are simple in the Injection molding process made of plastic and can preferably be locked together.

The half-shell parts advantageously limit one Through opening for the fastener, which before the closing of the half-shell parts in one Opening half inserted and by connecting the Half-shell parts are secured in position within the opening.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention the manually operable fastener additionally a tool attachment point, e.g. for one Screwdriver, an Allen key or the like. This can be then prove to be advantageous if permanent assembly of the handle on the tool body is desirable and therefore a manually unsolvable assembly would be advantageous. But also in the event that the handle is to be removed and the user does not manually loosen the fastener capable, this embodiment proves to be expedient and beneficial. If the fastener is in a Recess is housed in the handle, this one Access opening to the opening in the recess Have tool attachment point of the fastener.
