Abstract

In a cooling surface cladding for polygonal chambers of steam generators with a hopper-shaped floor and fired on the circulating fluidised bed principle, which consists partially of substantially vertical finned tubes extending in the manner of walls between manifolds and converging curves in the floor region to form a hopper, two opposite finned tube walls (1) in the hopper region, viewed from top to bottom, first form a hopper wall (1') inclined from the vertical over their entire width and then form at least one vertical hopper wall (1') of decreasing width and with partially oblique manifolds (2). In the region of the hopper, viewed from top to bottom, the adjacent tube wall (3) and the tube wall (3') opposite it form first a vertical hopper wall of diminishing width and with oblique manifolds (4) and then an inclined side wall (3') of the hopper of constantly reducing width.

The invention relates to a cooling surface lining for polygonal chambers of steam generators with a funnel-shaped bottom and with firing according to the principle of the circulating fluidized bed, which at least partially consists of fin tube walls stretched out between collectors with tubes that run essentially vertically and that form in the bottom area of a funnel are bent convergingly, is formed.
It is known for steam generators with a polygonal combustion chamber cross-section to line the wall surfaces with horizontally arranged or slightly rising and / or with vertically extending fin tubes over a large area. Although it is known to provide complicated pipe constructions in the case of bushings, in particular in the burner area, smaller surface parts are bricked up and thus removed from use as a cooling surface. Funnels are lined with screws, if at all, by slightly rising pipe straps.
It is known from US Pat. No. 4,576,120 A and US Pat. No. 4,537,156 A to bend pipe walls to form a combustion chamber funnel and to take the different pipe lengths into account by graduated collectors. This has the disadvantage that a large number of collectors have to be connected, so that this construction is not used for smaller funnels, ie non-combustion chamber funnels. In addition, the use of our construction is also possible with weakly heated pipe walls, while the use of the known construction with non-radiant heating surfaces (outside the combustion chamber) can be expected to cause circulation difficulties, which can be avoided with certainty by the partial integration into the downpipe system according to our invention. Modern furnaces, such as B. the circulating fluidized bed combustion, require greater consideration for small, mostly difficult to cool partial areas in view of economy and a special wall formation, especially in the funnel and / or cyclone or return part. Since bricked-up wall parts reduce the start-up speed, the same should be avoided as far as possible.
The object of the invention is to incorporate components that are external to the combustion chamber and in some cases small-area components into the cooling system and to provide a fin tube wall connected to the circulation of the steam generator by means of a special design of the components and / or the lining pipes.
The invention is characterized in that two opposite fin tube walls in the funnel area - viewed from top to bottom - first form in their entire width a funnel wall inclined with respect to the vertical and then at least one vertical funnel wall with a decreasing width and partly inclined collectors, and that the adjacent pipe wall and its opposite pipe wall in the funnel area - viewed from top to bottom - first form a vertical funnel wall with decreasing width and inclined collectors and then with a constant reduced width form a side wall of the funnel inclined with respect to the vertical.
Significant embodiments of the invention are given in subclaims 2-6.
The main advantages of the invention are that, despite the difficult pipe arrangement, more heat exchange surfaces can be accommodated in the given space and that the thermal stresses during start-up and shutdown can be reduced despite faster load changes, because all wall parts are cooled uniformly, which increases the thermal elasticity. The new funnel construction is also advantageously suitable for combustion chamber funnels. The invention is illustrated, for example and schematically, in the attached figures. 1 and 2 show an oblique view of two design variations of a funnel-shaped bottom of a steam generator, which are entirely lined with fin tube heating surfaces.
Fig.1 zeigt eine Brennkammer ohne und Fig. 2 mit beidseitig beheizter Zwischenwand im Schnitt.1 shows a combustion chamber without and FIG. 2 with a partition wall heated on both sides in section.
2 zumindestens zum Teil eingeleitet sind.1 shows a funnel-shaped combustion chamber floor which is divided into two outlets by an intermediate wall. The fins tube wall 1 is angled across its entire width and forms the funnel wall 1 '. This funnel wall 1 'is finally angled again in the vertical direction, tapering downwards. This is done by leading the pipes that are no longer used to the outside and, in some cases, integrating them in a collector 2 via inclined connecting pieces. The remaining tube wall 1 ″ is possibly continued and forms a wall of the channel 9 via which the solids are discharged. The raw wall 3 or 3 ′ adjoining the fin tube wall 1 tapers downwards in the vertical position, the excess tubes being connected via nozzles 5 be introduced into the collector 4. Then the remaining parts of the tube wall 3 are bent obliquely and form the side wall 3 "of the funnel. This tube wall is then connected to the funnel wall 1 "in a manner known per se. Finally, the side wall 3" can be bent back into the vertical in order to form a further wall of the channel 9. In this funnel construction, adjacent tube walls 1, 3 and 3 'have a different vertical length extension before their first kink to form the funnel, the tubes no longer required in the subsequent inclined tube wall part 1 ' and 3 "in the inclined collecting chambers 4 and 2 at least for Part initiated.
Finally, two inner funnel walls 8 are also provided, which are connected in terms of cooling to the funnel wall 1 ″ in which the shorter tubes of the funnel wall 1 ″ are introduced into the funnel wall 8 after each 90 ′ curvature and represent the lining. In this case too, the funnel wall 8 can be transferred into the wall of the channel 9. With this construction, it is essential that the longer tubes of the Funnel wall 1 "in the area of the funnel wall 8 a collector 2 ', which is about half shorter than the collector 2, can be integrated.
This measure of special funnel formation also makes it possible to carry out the lining of complicated fin tube wall constructions in a relatively simple manner, such as are present, for example, in fluidized bed combustion plants with a circulating fluidized bed, in particular in the region of the return of the fluidized material to the combustion chamber, and the inner surfaces are completely co-located Line cooling surfaces. If these heating surfaces are heated relatively weakly, they can be at least partially integrated into the downpipe system of the steam generator, the tubes which are connected to the collecting chambers 2 and which are therefore arranged at the lowest being expediently used. It is quite possible that part of the fin tube wall 1 is arranged in the riser pipe system, while another part is arranged in the down pipe system.
FIG. 1 differs from FIG. 2 not only by a modified view, but also by the introduction of an intermediate wall 6, so that the space enclosed by the tube walls is divided. Here there are changes in the circuitry. First, only a part of the tubes, namely the longer tubes of the intermediate wall, are introduced into the lower part of the funnel, while the shorter tubes open into a collector 4 'on the underside of the funnel wall 1'. The longer pipes are compressed in the intermediate wall 6 and, after spreading, are integrated into the funnel walls 8 in such a way that the individual pipes arranged in the intermediate wall 6 are alternately transferred into one of the two oblique funnel walls 8. As a result, the tubes of the funnel wall 8 are laid more easily than in FIG. 1 and the collectors designated as shorter collectors 2 'in FIG. 1 are essentially the same size as the collectors 2 and take up a large part of the tubes of the funnel wall 1 " ¬ the walls of the adjoining channel 9 can be done similarly as in Fig. 1.
