Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'emballage d'un produit, destiné à être suspendu à une broche fixée sur une surface de support pour une présentation du produit à la vente.
Lors de leur présentation à la vente, les interrupteurs ou disjoncteurs basse tension sont le plus souvent placés en vrac dans des boítes en carton. Cette forme de présentation n'est pas satisfaisante car elle ne permet pas une vision de ces appareils et de leurs caractéristiques de fonctionnement inscrites sur leur face avant, par le consommateur circulant dans les rayons des grandes surfaces de bricolage.
On connaít des dispositifs d'emballage de produits tels que par exemple des piles, comprenant une coque en matière plastique ou analogue, ladite coque comportant un support plan pourvu d'une part d'un compartiment transparent destiné au logement du produit à emballer et d'autre part, d'un orifice par lequel ledit emballage est destiné à être suspendu à une broche fixée perpendiculairement à une surface de support, plusieurs coques pouvant être juxtaposées parallèlement sur une même broche, lors d'une présentation du produit à la vente. Or, dans ces emballages les produits s'étendent parallèlement au support plan précité (voir par ex. FR 2 718 719). Il en résulte que lorsque ces dispositifs sont utilisés pour l'emballage d'interrupteurs, ils ne permettent pas une vision de l'appareil dès l'arrivée dans le linéaire.
La présente invention résout ces problèmes et propose un dispositif d'emballage destiné à la présentation de produits sur des broches notamment en grande surface, de conception simple, et permettant d'empiler un grand nombre d'emballages sur une même broche. Ce dispositif est particulièrement adapté à l'emballage d'appareils électriques tels que des interrupteurs basse tension, car il permet une vision de l'appareil et de ses caractéristiques dès l'arrivée dans le linéaire.
A cet effet, la présente invention a pour objet un dispositif d'emballage du genre précédemment mentionné, ce dispositif étant caractérisé en que le compartiment précité s'étend de part et d'autre du support plan précité suivant une seule direction inclinée par rapport audit support plan, de manière qu'en position alignée des emballages sur une même broche, les compartiments juxtaposés s'imbriquent les uns dans les autres.
Suivant une réalisation particulière de l'invention, le compartiment précité comporte une portion de forme sensiblement parallélépipédique.
Selon une caractéristique particulière, l'angle ∝ d'inclinaison du compartiment précité par rapport au support plan est de l'ordre de 30°.
Selon une autre caractéristique le compartiment précité est formé de deux demi-compartiments identiques s'étendant respectivement de part et d'autre du support plan .
Selon une autre caractéristique, il loge un appareil électrique tel un interrupteur dont la face avant se trouve en regard de la face frontale du compartiment.
Avantageusement, l'orifice de fixation précité se situe du côté de la face supérieure de l'interrupteur.
Selon une autre caractéristique, chaque coque comprend deux demi-coques identiques comportant chacune un support plan pourvu d'un demi-compartiment et d'un orifice de fixation, lesdites demi-coques étant juxtaposées par leurs faces internes et fixées l'une à l'autre.
Selon une autre caractéristique, chaque demi-compartiment comporte une première partie de forme semi-parallélépipédique et une seconde partie en forme de prisme à base triangulaire reliant la première partie au support plan et destinée à loger notamment une notice d'emploi.
Avantageusement, les compartiments (ou demi-compartiments) ainsi que les orifices de fixation précités sont venus de moulage avec les supports plans.
Mais d'autres avantages et caractéristiques de l'invention apparaítront mieux dans la description détaillée qui suit et se réfère aux dessins annexés donnés uniquement à titre d'exemple et dans lesquels :
  • La figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'une réalisation particulière du dispositif d'emballage de l'invention.
  • La figure 2 est une vue de dessus de la figure précédente, et
  • La figure 3 est une vue de dessus, illustrant trois emballages selon la figure 2, juxtaposés sur une broche, pour une présentation en grande surface.
  • Sur les figures 1 et 2, on voit un dispositif d'emballage E formé de deux demi-coques 1, 2 réalisées en une matière plastique transparente, lesdites demi-coques 1, 2 étant juxtaposées par leurs faces intérieures et fixées l'une sur l'autre par leur bord extérieur. La coque 3 ainsi formée est constituée par un support plan 4 comportant, venus de matière avec ledit support 4, un compartiment 5 et un orifice de fixation 6 par lequel ladite coque est destinée à être suspendue à une broche (non représentée) fixée sur une surface de support située dans une grande surface de bricolage.
Ce compartiment 5, formé lors de la réunion des deux demi-coques 1,2, comporte une partie sensiblement parallèlépipédique 7 s'étendant suivant une direction inclinée par rapport à la surface du support plan 4, et est destiné à recevoir un interrupteur basse tension. Ainsi, chaque demi-coque 1, 2 comporte un orifice de fixation 6a, 6b, situé à sa partie supérieure et un demi-compartiment 9, 19 comprenant une portion semi-parallélépipédique 9a et une portion de forme prismatique 9b reliant la portion de compartiment précédente 9a au support plan 4. Comme illustré sur la figure 2, l'angle α d'inclinaison du compartiment 5 par rapport au plan P du support 4 est d'environ 30°, avantageusement de 34°. L'angle β entre le support plan 4 et la face avant b (ou arrière selon le cas) du compartiment de liaison 9b sera avantageusement de 87°.
Sur la figure 3, on voit trois dispositifs d'emballage 10, 11, 12 selon l'invention, alignés sur une même broche (non représentée). Les trois supports plans 13, 14, 15 associés à ces trois dispositifs d'emballage 10, 11, 12 sont parallèles entre eux et parallèles à la surface de support (non représentée) sur laquelle est fixée la broche. On voit également que les trois compartiments 16, 17, 18 associés aux trois dispositifs 10, 11, 12 sont imbriqués, c'est à dire se chevauchent à la manière de tuiles. Chacun de ces compartiments 16, 17, 18 loge un interrupteur I, la face avant 20 de chaque interrupteur I se trouvant en regard de la face frontale a du compartiment, visible par le consommateur.
Ainsi, le consommateur, dès son arrivée devant le présentoir reconnait immédiatement le type de produit exposé. Il peut lire aisément les indications portées sur la face avant 20 de tous les interrupteurs I alignés sur une même broche, ces indications décrivant les caractéristiques fonctionnelles des appareils.
On a donc réalisé grâce à l'invention un dispositif d'emballage permettant la vision du produit emballé et plus particulièrement de sa face frontale dès l'arrivée dans le linéaire, et qui permet la juxtaposition d'un grand nombre de ces dispositifs sur une même broche.
Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée au mode de réalisation décrit et illustré qui n'a été donné qu'à titre d'exemple. C'est ainsi par exemple, que ce dispositif pourra être utilisé pour réaliser l'emballage d'autres produits que des interrupteurs et présentant d'autres formes.
Au contraire, l'invention comprend tous les moyens techniques des moyens décrits ainsi que leurs combinaisons si celles-ci sont effectuées suivant son esprit.

Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif d'emballage notamment pour un appareil électrique tel un interrupteur du genre comprenant une coque en matière plastique ou analogue, ladite coque comportant un support plan pourvu d'une part d'un compartiment transparent destiné au logement du produit à emballer et d'autre part, d'un orifice par lequel ledit emballage est destiné à être suspendu à une broche fixée perpendiculairement à une surface de support murale, plusieurs coques pouvant être juxtaposées parallèlement sur une même broche, lors d'une présentation du produit à la vente, caractérisé en ce que le compartiment précité (5) s'étend de part et d'autre du support précité (4) suivant une seule direction inclinée par rapport audit support (4) plan, de manière qu'en position alignée des emballages (10, 11, 12) sur une même broche, les compartiments juxtaposés (16, 17, 18) s'imbriquent les uns dans les autres.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le compartiment précité (5) comporte une portion de forme sensiblement parallélépipédique (7).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'angle α d'inclinaison du compartiment précité (5) par rapport au support plan (4) est de l'ordre de 30°.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le compartiment précité (5) est formé de deux demi-compartiments identiques (9, 19) s'étendant respectivement de part et d'autre du support plan (4).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il loge un appareil électrique tel un interrupteur (I) dont la face avant (20) se trouve en regard de la face frontale (a) du compartiment (5).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice de fixation précité (6) se situe du côté de la face supérieure de l'interrupteur (I).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque coque (3) comprend deux demi-coques identiques (1, 2) comportant chacune un support plan (4) pourvu d'un demi-compartiment (9, 19) et d'un orifice de fixation (6a, 6b), lesdites demi-coques (1, 2) étant juxtaposées par leurs faces internes et fixées l'une à l'autre.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que chaque demi-compartiment (9, 19) comporte une première partie (9a) de forme semi-parallélépipédique et une seconde partie (9b) en forme de prisme à base triangulaire reliant la première partie (9a) au support plan (4) et destinée à loger notamment une notice d'emploi.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les compartiments (5) (ou demi-compartiments) ainsi que les orifices de fixation précités (6a, 6b) sont venus de moulage avec les supports plans (4).
