Von außen werden zwei Stifthülsen 20 auf die Stifte 36 aufgefädelt, bis deren Kragen 26 ähnlich wie in Fig. 3 außen an der Scheitelöffnung anliegen (Schritt b). Dann wird die Lampe 1 mit einem Stempel 19 niedergedrückt (Schritt c). Die Stifthülsen 20 werden mit den Stiften 36 verschweißt (Schritt d). Eine derartige Anordnung eignet sich bevorzugt für geringe Vorspannungen bis zu ca. 1 N.     Claims (10)

    1. Lamp-reflector unit having a lamp (1) whose bulb (3) is sealed by a seal (4) at least at one end, at least one supply lead (14) being led to the outside from the seal (4), and having a reflector (5), which has a reflecting contour (6) and a reflector neck (7) and defines a reflector axis, the seal (4) being arranged in the reflector neck (7), and the reflector neck (7) having at least one opening (16), which is assigned to each supply lead (14) and through which the supply lead (14) or extension (15) thereof is led to the outside, characterized in that the supply lead (14) is sheathed by a fastening element which rests on the outside of the opening (16), a resilient element (10; 35), which is connected to the lamp and whose spring force acts along the reflector axis, being supported in the interior of the reflector, the resilient element (10; 35) being under a clamping force of at least 0.3 N.
    2. Lamp-reflector unit according to Claim 1, characterized in that the clamping force is at least 5 N.
    3. Lamp-reflector unit according to Claim 1, characterized in that the resilient element is a centring disc (10) made from spring sheet.
    4. Lamp-reflector unit according to Claim 1, characterized in that the resilient element is a cup spring (35) which bears against the inside of the apex opening (16).
    5. Lamp-reflector unit according to Claim 1, characterized in that the fastening element is a perforated disc (17) or a pin bushing (20).
    6. Lamp-reflector unit according to Claim 3, characterized in that the fastening element is a rivet (25).
    7. Lamp-reflector unit according to Claim 3, characterized in that the centring disk (10) is supported at the transition between the contour (6) and neck (7) of the reflector.
    8. Lamp-reflector unit according to Claim 1, characterized in that the reflector contour (6) comprises facets.
    9. Method for producing a lamp-reflector unit according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by the following steps:
      a) the lamp and the resilient element are assembled with the reflector,
      b) a fastening element is applied to the outer end of the opening in each case, at the latest at the end of step a),
      c) the lamp is pressed axially in the direction of the reflector neck by means of an external force corresponding to the desired clamping force,
      d) the fastening element is connected in each case to the supply lead and,
      e) the external force is removed.
    10. Method according to Claim 9, characterized in that the fastening element is a rivet and the resilient element is formed by a centring disc, the inner edge of the rivet being produced subsequently.
