- les figures 1A et 1B illustrent, en vue de trois-quart, une partie supérieure ou inférieure d'un échangeur de chaleur selon l'invention, dans un mode de réalisation préféré, respectivement avant et après assemblage; et
- la figure 2 est une coupe transversale selon l'axe II-II de l'échangeur illustré sur la figure 1B.
Claims (5)
- Echangeur de chaleur, notamment pour véhicule automobile, du type comprenant une boíte à fluide (1) munie d'un talon périphérique (4) présentant au niveau de sa face supérieure (5) une modulation d'épaisseur formant une alternance de zones épaisses (19) et de zones minces (20), ainsi qu'une plaque collectrice (2) présentant un bord périphérique (12) délimitant une gorge périphérique (16) de forme générale en U, destinée à recevoir au moins partiellement le talon périphérique (5) avec interposition d'un joint d'étanchéité (17), et présentant en une partie terminale des pattes de sertissage (18) destinées à s'appuyer sur une face supérieure (5) du talon périphérique (4) pour l'immobiliser relativement à la plaque collectrice (2), caractérisé en ce que les pattes de sertissage (18) sont formées par une modulation de longueur en créneau de ladite partie terminale de la plaque collectrice (2), et en ce que chaque zone épaisse (19) est agencée pour s'insérer entre deux pattes de sertissage (18) voisines après repliement de celles-ci vers l'intérieur, suivant un axe (x-x) sensiblement parallèle à un côté longitudinal dudit échangeur, de sorte que les pattes de sertissage (18) s'appuient sur les zones minces (20) de la face supérieure (5) en regard desquelles elles se trouvent, avec une intensité de compression ajustable.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre deux zones épaisses voisines est au moins égale, par valeur supérieure, à la somme de l'extension longitudinale (L1) d'une patte de sertissage et d'un multiple, positif ou nul, de l'extension longitudinale (L1) d'une patte de sertissage et de l'espace séparant deux pattes de sertissage voisines (D).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre deux zones épaisses (19) voisines est égale, par valeur supérieure, à l'extension longitudinale (L1) d'une patte de sertissage (18).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'extension longitudinale (L2) d'une zone épaisse (19) est égale, par valeur inférieure, à l'extension longitudinale (L1) d'une patte de sertissage (18).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les pattes de sertissage (18) s'étendent également sur les côtés transversaux dudit échangeur.
