Description
The invention relates to a refrigerant collector, in particular for air conditioning systems of motor vehicles, with a Collection container.
Refrigerant collectors, such as those from DE-OS 35 18 305 are known, are required in every air conditioning system, to prevent liquid refrigerant from remaining in passes the compressor, the collected liquid Refrigerant evaporates again as effectively as possible shall be. Usually the refrigerant collectors are as separate components are formed. In the case of an automotive air conditioning system the refrigerant collector, for example a clamp that includes the refrigerant collector and with is provided with a console at an attachment point on the Body screwed on. The amount in the refrigerant collector too much liquid refrigerant collected, d. H. is the Evaporation of the liquid refrigerant is not effective enough the performance of the air conditioning drops and there is even Danger of liquid refrigerant still in the compressor reached and possibly destroyed it.
There must therefore be sufficient evaporation of refrigerant in the Refrigerant collector can be guaranteed.
In a refrigerant collector known from DE-OS 35 18 305 an attempt is made to achieve this goal by an appropriate inner To achieve the structure of the collection container.
This refrigerant collector has one Collection container, on the outer surface of a heat-insulating Layer is applied. The heat insulating Layer is on the outside of a special clamp to hold the refrigerant collector, which in appropriate slots can be hung in the wall.
The present invention has for its object a Generic refrigerant collector to improve so that its assembly and maintenance are made easier.
This task is the beginning of a refrigerant collector mentioned type according to the invention by the in claim 1 specified features solved.
The collection container is from one heat-insulating layer and enclosed on the outside the layer are devices for holding the refrigerant collector educated.
Such a refrigerant collector becomes an undesirable one excessive heat absorption largely avoided and thus the effectiveness in the evaporation of refrigerant and the overall performance of the refrigerant collector significantly increased. The fact that the collection container of one heat-insulating layer is enclosed, heat absorption greatly reduced from the environment, so that in the liquid refrigerant introduced without further heat supply which increases the compressor suction temperature can evaporate. This alone makes the performance of a refrigerant collector according to the invention increased significantly. There is an additional performance improvement from the fact that a Refrigerant collector according to the invention via the heat-insulating Layer is held. It is also about the Fixing points of the refrigerant collector no heat initiated. Due to the improved performance of an inventive Refrigerant collector can also reduce the cost of the Operation of the air conditioning systems operated with it can be reduced.
Is preferred between the heat insulating layer and the Collection container arranged an air gap. This will make the Thermal insulation of the collecting container increased even further.
The heat-insulating layer advantageously has on its inside Ribs to form the air gap. The air gap can be easily and inexpensively because they save material. In addition, by the low material requirements the weight can be kept low.
According to the invention, the heat insulating layer is as Insulated thermal container. The assembly of the Refrigerant collector is simplified in this way because the Collection container only in the heat insulation container must be used. The heat insulating container serves at the same time as insulation and as a supporting body for the Collection container.
According to the invention, the heat insulation container includes a Lower part, in which the collecting container can be inserted, and a lid-shaped top, the top especially preferably by means of snap locks on the lower part is attached. This will assemble the refrigerant collector further simplified, since the collection container only in that Lower part must be placed and the upper part on the Lower part set and connected to it by pressing becomes.
In an advantageous development of the invention, the Collection container and the heat insulating container are cylindrical. This enables inexpensive production of these parts.
The lower part preferably has a dome-shaped at the lower end Bottom open and is open at the top. With this Training will be the strength and stability of the heat insulating Layer increased in its lower area.
The strength and stability also contribute to that in the lower part the ribs at the bottom are essentially radial and at the Cylinder wall extend essentially in the longitudinal direction.
It is beneficial if the ribs on the cylinder wall to Taper the open end towards the cylinder wall. The collection container can with such a final formation of the ribs in the lower part without difficulty into the lower part or be used.
Because preferably in the lowest area of the floor a condensation drain opening is arranged no risk of getting between the container and the heat-insulating Layer of condensation can accumulate.
There is preferably at least one passage opening in the upper part formed through which a portion of the collection container protrudes from the heat insulating container. This makes it easier Connection of the lines for the supply and forwarding of the Refrigerant.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, this Upper part on an upper end surface in which the passage opening is trained. With this embodiment it is possible the top from above over the inserted in the bottom Guide collection container and connect to the lower part.
In a further embodiment of the invention are on the inside of the upper part of the cylinder wall extending in the longitudinal direction Ribs arranged. Just like through the ribs in the lower part the heat insulating container is thereby on the one hand an economical Formation of the air gap possible and on the other hand the durability and dimensional stability of the upper part increased without significantly increasing the weight.
The ribs preferably taper towards the lower end and towards the cylinder wall, causing the top to be put on on the collection container or the insertion of the collection container considerably simplified in the top part of the heat insulating container becomes.
It is advantageous if the diameter in the upper and lower part of the smallest inner circle described by the ribs is equal to the outside diameter of the collecting container. This ensures a secure hold of the collection container in the heat insulation container, whereby every radial relative movement of the Collection container to the heat insulation container and thus any Shock loads or even the emergence of a noise source is avoided.
The devices are in a favorable further development of the invention to hold the refrigerant collector on the lower part of the Insulated thermal container attached. The assembly of the refrigerant collector is further simplified. The lower part can first attached to the bracket, and then the Collection container inserted and the upper part put on. When servicing or repairing the refrigerant collector if necessary, only the upper part removed and the collection container be taken out of the lower part, whereby but the lower part remains in the holder. Maintenance or repair times can be reduced as a result. The devices for holding the Refrigerant collector in the circumferential direction of the heat insulation container arranged at regular intervals on the outside. In this way, the refrigerant collector can be of various types Positions are installed, e.g. the installation simplified even further into different motor vehicle models becomes.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the Devices for holding the refrigerant collector each formed as pocket-shaped receptacles, in each of which Holder is insertable. The refrigerant collector can use it can be securely attached using a simple plug-in device.
The pocket-shaped ones very particularly preferably have Recordings each have an opening at the bottom, in which the holder is insertable. The heat insulation container must can only be attached to the holder from above, to be securely fastened, for example, in a motor vehicle his.
The pocket-shaped receptacles preferably each have an opening at the top that is smaller than the opening is at the bottom and through which a section of the holder can be passed through. This is a control option given that the refrigerant collector correctly on the Bracket has been applied. With a correct fit of the refrigerant collector on the bracket namely a section of the holder through the upper opening in the pocket-shaped Protrude through the image and thus be visible. On unintentional detachment of the refrigerant collector from its Bracket is thus largely avoided. Also prevented a detent formed out of the section of the holder an accidental release of the holder from the pocket-shaped Admission.

Rippen jeweils einen Winkel von 45° aufweisen (Fig.2).On the inside of the wall of the lower part 5 are

Corresponds in the lower area of the lower part 5 and in the upper part 6

The lower part 5 has in the lower region of its cylindrical
Der Kältemittelsammler wird im dargestellten Beispiel durch
zwei Halter 4 gehaltert.
kleinen Abschnitt bzw.
Kraftfahrzeuges dient. The refrigerant collector is shown in the example
