Abstract

A single sleeve for the simultaneous winding/unwinding of several monofilaments (3, 3') consists of a cylindrical sleeve (1) secured to a cone (2). The process makes it possible during winding or unwinding to wind and unwind several monofilaments with a count of between 10 and 100 dtex on a cone (2) at a winding speed of at least 100 m/min. The multi-way yarn support of the invention makes it possible considerably to increase productivity in the production of monofilaments in the fine and medium count range.

Description

The invention relates to a single cone sleeve made of metal for simultaneous multi-end winding or unwinding of several thermoplastic monofilaments, with one Titers from 10-100 dtex, consisting of a cylindrical Sleeve and a cone that connects directly to the sleeve is connected, and a method for Winding or unwinding the same.

The term monofilaments is a thermoplastic Understand thread that consists of a single endless Fibril exists, the surface of which is practically smooth and whose diameter is uniform. Because when opening and Unwinding such monofilaments the risk of Slipping or slipping of individual monofilaments and the Moving the thread layers is large, as Yarn carrier including biconical edge bobbins in the shape used by combination sleeves.

Combination sleeves for a conical presentation are known (EP-0 180 300). The sleeve is over her entire length conical or as a combination sleeve for one so-called diabolo presentation. A The thread reserve is at the point of the smallest Diameter provided. Such sleeves make it possible Winding and unwinding a thread. There are special ones Precautions to be taken to keep the uniform Avoid putting them down and slipping. The simultaneous Winding or unwinding of several monofilaments is possible with the However, known yarn carriers of the type are not possible.

A one-sided conical coil body is also from the US-A-2,624,525. This bobbin is out Made of paper. In the area of the thread deposit on the little inclined conical part of the yarn carrier is a glued thread rest attached, on which a textile multifilament thread can be wound. To the multi-end depositing and unwinding of monofilaments with Such a surface is unsuitable for smooth surfaces. On the one hand, with such a yarn carrier, the forces acting on the cylindrical part are not absorbed and on the other hand is an operation at high Winding speeds due to imbalance impossible. Such yarn carriers only allow that Filing a thread. In addition, one Productivity increase over the spinning speed with the well-known thread carriers very limited.

The object of the invention is a single sleeve for To provide monofilaments on which several monofilaments wound simultaneously and for the Warp production can be rewound at multiple ends.

Another task is to do a procedure like this design that multiple monofilaments with multiple ends wound up and then unreeled again in order to reduce the profitability of the Manufacture of monofilaments per winding unit essential to improve.

Another task is to increase productivity in the manufacture of monofilaments in titer range of interest by increasing the amount of yarn deposited up to about 40 kg per bobbin.

According to the invention, the object is achieved in that the cone and the sleeve are immediately rigid and seamless are interconnected, whereby the angle of inclination α of the cone to the sleeve 15-35 degrees is, and the surface of the cone against the thread is resistant to abrasion. The advantage is seen in the fact that a Large number of monofilaments on a single single tube stored simultaneously next to each other and again if necessary can be unwound. Many fall personnel-intensive change processes away. It is one additional productivity increase due to the increase the winding speed up to 3000 m / min, about that Ten times the known winding speeds, possible. Another advantage can be in the enormously lower The space requirement of a single single sleeve instead of one A large number of thread carriers and thus also spools are required be seen.

It is appropriate that the cone and the sleeve are rigid and are seamlessly connected. That has the Advantage that the inner layers of the monofilaments are not jam and can be processed completely.

The pitch angle α of the cone to the sleeve should be 15 to 35 degrees, in particular 20 to 30 degrees, preferably 25 to 30 Degrees. A pitch angle less than 15 degrees is not sufficient, because for a given shelf width per Monofil and compared to the length of the sleeve, the number of discardable monofilament and thus the Economy deteriorates; is the The slope angle is greater than 35 degrees the winding is no longer given.

The surface of the cone is opposite the thread abrasion resistant. In this case, hardness must be specified not useful, since the suitable surface is a Be plastic coating or can be metallized. Coating by anodizing or Chrome plating. As a material for the single sleeve are Metals like steel and light metals like aluminum on best suited.

In the simultaneous winding or unwinding process of at least 2 monofilaments with a titer of dtex The monofilaments become 10-100 dtex on a thread carrier conical, parallel to the cone with a Winding speed of at least 100 m / min, preferably stored at least 600 to 3000 m / min and in the same speed ranges. Of the preferred titer range of the monofilaments is between 10 to 100 dtex. The procedure allows the common Processing the monofilaments, but also processing individual monofilaments.

The invention will be described in more detail with reference to drawings to be discribed.

In Fig. 1, reference numeral 1 is a metallic one cylindrical sleeve of the single sleeve according to the invention designated. The sleeve 1 goes directly into a cone 2 about. The sleeve 1 forms an angle α with the cone 2. The surface of the single sleeve is treated in such a way that it is abrasion resistant to thermoplastic monofilaments.

In the schematic Fig. 2 is on the sleeve 1 with the Cone 2 a family of individual monofilaments 3,3 ' applied, with only the innermost monofilament layer to to a middle monofilament layer.

The first layers of monofilaments 3 to 3 'simultaneously applied to the sleeve 1, wherein the width of the individual layers, for example 20 mm, by the traversing thread guide in a known manner are set. With increasing layers these migrate the cone 2 until the desired thickness of the layers are reached.

There are two variants for the drainage of the monofilaments: Parallel process and the process "overhead" possible. At the The wound single sleeve with a selected speed and the monofilaments 3.3 'with subtracted from a defined speed and one Further processing fed. The thread tension will kept constant. When "over head" occurs in analogously at a defined speed and constant thread tension or free due to balloon formation.

The single sleeve according to the invention is multiple usable. With the multiple yarn carrier according to the invention can increase the productivity of the production of monofilaments fine and medium titer range significantly increased become. The thread carrier is without slipping Monofilament layers transportable and in the weaving mill for warp and shot can be used.
