The lamp unit has an elongate lamp housing (14) which is symmetrical to its vertical longitudinal centre plane (26), which screens the greater part of the downwards directed light. A pair of light tubes (28) lie on either side of the vertical longitudinal centre plane, with associated reflectors (30) angled upwards relative to the centre plane from a point (32) in the upper half of the light tube periphery. Pref. each reflector has a convex curvature on the side facing the vertical centre plane and a concave curvature on the side facing the light tube, with a lipped top edge (36) bent in the direction of the light tube.

Description

The invention relates to a wide-beam indirect light according to the preamble of claim 1.

In a so-called short-hanging lamp, the distance as small as possible between the ceiling and the lower edge of the luminaire his. Such luminaires are used in rooms with a height of less than 2.5 m needed. There is the problem here that under the lamp a free passage height of about 2.2m is required. If you now the lamp accordingly short depends on a high luminance on the ceiling, which is inconvenient for the lighting. Also at Stand lights with a very high stand occurs this problem when the light itself is near the ceiling.

Although numerous lights of this kind, even with different shaped reflectors, are known, e.g. from the DE-GM 74 14 939 and 89 08 742 and CH-PS 193 757, is the mentioned problem has not been solved satisfactorily. This also applies to the known from DE-GM 7 414 939 lamp of the type mentioned above, below each Fluorescent tube, the light of the same upward radiating Reflector is provided.

From US 5,075,827 an indirect light is known, the Reflector the fluorescent tube up and down and to The center plane of the lamp is closed towards, wherein it a distance from the fluorescent tube at multiple intervals this tube complies.

From US 4 866 584 an indirect light is known in which the Although reflector up and from the center plane of the lamp away inclined, but also a considerable Distance of about half the fluorescent tube diameter of Scope of the same complies.

The invention is a luminaire of the aforementioned Art be improved so that on the one hand too strong Luminance on the ceiling immediately above the luminaire on the other hand, the greater part of the radiated light sideways and obliquely upward is radiated to a good and uniform illumination to achieve the space.

This object is achieved by the features of Claim 1 solved.

By according to the invention between the two reflectors arranged additional reflector becomes a part of the inside directed light emission of the fluorescent tubes upwards deflected, resulting in a more uniform illumination of the located directly above the luminaire housing Ceiling area is reached.

In the dependent claims are advantageous embodiments of Invention under protection.

Since the distance A from the ceiling 10 to the lower edge 12 of Luminaire housing 14 according to Figure 1 from the above The reasons should be as small as possible, this is proportionate flat luminaire housing 14 by means of a short lamp shaft 16 and an approximately conical ceiling rosette 18 in short distance from the ceiling 10 attached. The lower part 20 the lamp housing 14 is curved slightly convex downward and is made of opaque material, however e.g. in the form of a perforated plate or by means of other breakthroughs Optionally let more or less light down can. At the side edges of the lamp housing 14 of the ends Lower part 20 each in upwardly bent portions 22nd At the upper ends of the obliquely upwards and inwards Sections 22 may be a well-translucent top Connect 24 of the light housing 14 in an advantageous manner.

The luminaire housing 14 is symmetrical to one in the direction the longitudinal extension of the lamp housing 14 extending vertical center plane 26 is formed. At equal intervals from the median plane 26 and at the same height above the Lower part 20, i. approximately at the height of the bent sections 22 of the lamp housing 14, one is parallel to the Midplane 26 extending arc tube 28 is arranged. Above each arc tube is each a substantially strip-shaped, flat down concave curved reflector 30 attached, the lower edge at a location 32 at the top Half of the luminous tube circumference approximately rests or in low Distance from the same is arranged. In the illustrated Embodiment is this point 32 from the apex line 34th each arc tube 28 shifted to the center plane 26 out. On his remote from the respective associated arc tube 28 At the end, each reflector 30 has a stiffener in it Serving in the longitudinal direction, pointing obliquely outwards and downwards Bend 36 on. The relatively flat reflectors 30 are upwardly and inwardly, i. towards the median plane 26, slightly convex and slightly concave curved outwards and downwards.

In the area between the two reflectors 30 and the two Light tubes 28 is arranged symmetrically to the center plane 26 Additional reflector 38 is provided, on both sides the median plane 26 each inclined obliquely upwards and inwards level reflector surface 40 forms, with the respective opposite reflector 30 an upwardly flared includes acute angle. This angle goes here from the mean inclination of the vertical section of the reflector 30 regardless of its curvature. Every level Reflector surface 40 has at its lower edge to the Center plane 26 pointing towards bending 42.

Each reflector 30 serves essentially to that of the Incandescent tube 28 outgoing light for the most part in one indicated by dashed lines, obliquely laterally to direct the above-pointing angle range B. The lower limit 44 of the angular range B is thereby through the upper edge of the bent portion 22 determines while the upper limit 46 is determined by the outer edge of the bend 36. By changing the width of section 22 and the bend 36 and the curvature of the reflector 30 and the position of the Point 32 may be the opening of the angular range B in certain Borders are changed.

The light emitted by the arc tube 28 upwards and inwards, ie towards the ceiling and the center plane 26, exits into an angle range C which is directed essentially directly upwards to the ceiling 10. By choosing the position of the point 32, the proportion of this light in the total emission of the arc tube 28 can be adjusted. The outer boundary 48 of the angular range C is determined by the convexly curved inner side of the reflector 30, while the outer limit 50 is determined by the reflection surface 40 of the reflector 38.

The remaining light of the fluorescent tubes 28 goes down the inner surface of the lower part 20 of the lamp housing 14. Es is reflected from here also partly upwards and on the other hand, to a small extent, down, e.g. through holes in a perforated plate or the like, from. The bends 42 of the central auxiliary reflector 38 are used for more uniform lightening of the lower part 20 to one to achieve uniform brightness effect, if one uses the Luminaire viewed from below.

Too much luminance in the reflector 30 (concave Page), an area 52 of the inner surface of the Luminaire housing 14 (visible reflection range of the reflector 30 in viewing direction D) formed less reflective become.

This prevents that too much glare at about horizontal lateral view of the light in the direction of the Arrow D enters.

In Figure 2, the lamp shown in Figure 1 is in its short Suspension on the ceiling 10 in approximate relation to Room height shown, while in Figure 3 in their arrangement on a standing on the floor 13 high stand 17 with Stand 15 is shown.
