Claims (9)
- Aufbereitungsvorrichtung für Heißschmelzkleber zum Aufbringen von Heißschmelzkleber auf ein Substrat oder dgl., deren Bau- und Funktionsgruppen (30-40) auf einem gemeinsamen Fundament (20) angeordnet sind, an dem Gehäuseteile (50) angebracht sind, die zusammen mit dem Fundament (20) die Bau- und Funktionsgruppen (30-40) allseitig umschließen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bau- und Funktionsgruppen (30-40) von einem ihnen gemeinsamen Gehäuse (50) zusammen mit dem Fundament (20) umschlossen werden, und daß wenigstens ein Gehäuseabschnitt (54) des Gehäuses (50) zum zumindest teilweisen Freigeben der Bau- und Funktionsgruppen (30-40) aus einer Gehäuseschließposition in einer Horizontalebene gegenüber dem Fundament (20) und/oder dem übrigen Gehäuse (50) reversibel in eine Gehäusefreigabeposition mittels einer sowohl mit diesem Gehäuseabschnitt (54) als auch mit dem Fundament (20) und/oder dem übrigen Gehäuse (50) verbundenen Bewegungsführungseinrichtung (60) bewegbar ist. - Aufbereitungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegbare Gehäuseabschnitt (54) mittels der Bewegungsführungseinrichtung (60) eine Linearbewegung ausführt. - Aufbereitungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegungsführungseinrichtung (60) ähnlich einer Schubladenführung ausgebildet ist. - Aufbereitungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegungsführungseinrichtung (60) an dem Fundament (20) angeordnete Laufschienen (62) sowie von den Laufschienen (62) geführte, an dem bewegbaren Gehäuseabschnitt (54) angeordnete Führungselemente (64) aufweist. - Aufbereitungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegbare Gehäuseabschnitt (54) wenigstens eine Bau- und Funktionsgruppe (30-40) der Aufbereitungsvorrichtung (10) aufnimmt. - Aufbereitungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von dem bewegbaren Gehäuseabschnitt (54) aufgenommene Bau- und Funktionsgruppe die elektrische Steuereinrichtung (40) der Aufbereitungsvorrichtung (10) ist. - Aufbereitungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem bewegbaren Gehäuseabschnitt (54) sowie den Bau- und Funktionsgruppen (30-40) elektrische Kabelverbindungen in einer Länge vorgesehen sind, daß eine elektrische Leitungsverbindung zwischen der Steuereinrichtung (40) sowie den Bau- und Funktionsgruppen (30-40) bei dem in der Gehäusefreigabeposition befindlichen, bewegbaren Gehäuseabschnitt (54) aufrechterhalten bleibt. - Aufbereitungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fundament (20) sowie der unbewegbare Gehäuseabschnitt (52), im vertikalen Querschnitt betrachtet, L-förmig ausgebildet ist und daß der bewegbare Gehäuseabschnitt (54) in der Gehäuseschließposition den unbewegbaren Gehäuseabschnitt (52) sowie das Fundament (20) zu einem im wesentlichen rechteckförmigen Gehäuse (50) ergänzt. - Aufbereitungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fundament (20) mit Rädern (R) oder dgl. versehen ist.
