Abstract

Ein hydraulisches Handwerkzeug besitzt eine Motor-Pumpe, einen Zylinder (20) mit einem Tankraum (24) und einem Kolbenraum (19), in dem ein Kolben (21) mit einer Kolbenstange (22) angeordnet ist, sowie einen an den Kolbenraum (19) angesetzten hydraulischen Steuerblock (9). In diesem sind angeordnet:

  • a) für die Verbindung des Kolbenraums (19) mit dem Tankraum (24) ein Steuerventil (30), das hydraulisch in seine Öffnungsstellung und durch einen Stößel (49) durch den federbelasteten Kolben (21) mechanisch in seine Schließstellung steuerbar ist,
  • b) ein Druck-Sensorventil (32) für die hydraulische Ansteuerung des Steuerventils (30), und
  • c) ein Arretierkolben (11) mit einem Stößel (12) für die Arretierung eines elektrischen Schalters.
    • Zwecks kurzer und präziser Abfolge der Steuervorgänge sind:
  • d) dem Steuerventil (30) auf seiner Druckseite (47) ein Rückflußventil (34) vorgeschaltet, das durch den Pumpendruck in Schließstellung gehalten wird, bei Druckentlastung jedoch den Weg für das vom Steuerventil (30) verdrängte Druckmedium zum drucklosen Teil des Systems freigibt,
  • e) das Steuerventil (30) mit einem Steuerkörper (45) mit einem Ringkanal (46) versehen, über den der Kolbenraum (19) mit dem Tankraum (24) verbindbar ist, und
  • f) das Sensorventil (32) in einer Zylinderbohrung (69a) angeordnet und mit einem federbelasteten zylindrischen Sensorkörper (67) mit einer kreisförmigen Stirnfläche versehen, die durch den Pumpendruck beaufschlagbar ist, wobei eine radial in die Zylinderbohrung (69a) einmündende Steuerleitung (33) mit der Druckseite (47) des Steuerventils (30) verbunden ist.

  • d) upstream of the control valve (30) on its pressure side (47), a reflux valve (34) which is held in the closed position by the pump pressure, but releases the path for the pressure medium displaced by the control valve (30) to the unpressurized part of the system when the pressure is released,
  • e) the control valve (30) is provided with a control body (45) with an annular channel (46) via which the piston chamber (19) can be connected to the tank chamber (24), and
  • f) the sensor valve (32) is arranged in a cylinder bore (69a) and is provided with a spring-loaded cylindrical sensor body (67) with a circular end face which can be acted upon by the pump pressure, a control line (33) opening radially into the cylinder bore (69a) is connected to the pressure side (47) of the control valve (30).
