Abstract
Description
The subject of the present invention is a fixing part for ski, heel or front stop, including a body mounted sliding on a support fixed to the ski and pushed towards the middle of the binding by a thrust spring bearing against a support piece immobilized on the support and intended to maintain, by its compression, the shoe pinched between the stop front and heel, and comprising display means the state of compression of the spring thrust.
In order to ensure good support of the shoe between the
front stop and the heel of a binding, the heel
is generally resiliently mounted on its
support by means of a thrust spring, such
so that when putting on the binding, the shoe,
pressing against the fixed front stop, pushes back
behind the heel by compressing the push spring.
The push spring should be neither too much nor too much
little compressed so as to ensure good maintenance of the
shoe while retaining some elasticity to
fixation, elasticity necessary to ensure triggering
lateral in the event of a fall and to absorb the
variation in distance between the heel piece and the stop
before fixing when bending the ski. For
ensure that the heel piece is properly positioned
and that the push spring is correctly
compressed when putting on, the heels have
a mark indicating the correct position of the stop
of the thrust spring. Some heels have
simply an index finger on the side of the heel body
(
The invention aims to facilitate the visualization of the state of compression of the thrust spring and, in the heel case, to prevent improper adjustment of this compression.
la partie caractérisante de la revendication 1.The fixing part according to the invention is defined by
the characterizing part of
This produces a display of the compression state the push spring which ensures that the adjusting the position of the fixing part adjustable relative to the other part of the binding is such that it guarantees correct triggering of the fixation.
A binding with certain characteristics of the invention is described in document EP-A-0 729 770 belonging to the state of the art by virtue of Articles 54 (3) and (4) EPC.
In addition, in the case of heels provided with a lever voluntary opening covering the face upper body of the heel in the open position the heel piece, as is the case more generally, display of the compression status of the thrust spring is hidden in the open position of the heel piece, so that it is a way important to put the shoe on and close the fixing to make this adjustment.
In the case where the display is arranged on a side face the heel body, the opening lever volunteer can be provided with a wing covering display in open position.
The window is preferably provided next to the window provided for displaying the spring compression trigger, the two windows being thus gathered in a sort of bulletin board which is not visible only in the closed position of the heel. Adjustment of the compression spring compression should indeed be done, preferably, that in position closed from the heel, the trigger spring being compressed to the maximum in the open position of the heel.
0 641 576. The invention is of course applicable both to a
fixing body adjustable step by step on a slide
notched, as described, for example, in

The heel piece shown in Figure 1 includes a
21 du corps 1.In its lower part, the
corps 1. Dans cette paroi 25 est découpée une étroite
fenêtre 26 alignée longitudinalement sur l'extrémité du
bras 24.The
but in the absence of shoes. In this position,
no external force acts on the heel
and the
sur la glissière 2.To adjust the heel position
relative to the front stop of the fixing, we
start by positioning the heel approximately
by moving it, if necessary, on the
We then fix the shoe in the binding, as
shown in Figure 5, the jaw or
26.In the open position of the heel, the
The
ouverte.FIG. 7 represents an alternative embodiment of the
heel piece described above, variant in which
display 50 of hardness and correct position setting
is located on a side face of the heel body.
The respective windows are designated by

opening 9 'has a
Le bras 24 pourrait bien entendu présenter toute autre
forme. Il pourrait en particulier être recourbé, voire
même en forme d'arceau.The
dans les brevets FR 2 368 974 et FR 2 451 756.Instead of being attached to an intermediate piece
such as the
The
The end of the arm could be provided with a material flexible leaning against a glass closing the window so as to eliminate the fogging by its friction.
correspondant aux fenêtres 26 et 32.As a variant, the
