- the k-value for the parapet alone, i.e. without a profile, is in the range of 0.3 - 0.6 W / m [2] k.
- the profiles are the weak point compared to the insulation in the parapet area.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to provide for warm facades of the type mentioned measures by which the poor k-value of the frame in the area of the parapet is eliminated or reduced and the heat transfer from the window area via the profiles into the area of the parapet is reduced becomes.
- thermo separation of the profiles is provided at each transition between the parapet element and the glazing element and on the parapet element along its entire circumference thermal insulation to its inside cover is arranged.
- the advantage achieved by the invention consists essentially in the fact that an improved thermal decoupling of the parapet elements from the glazing elements is achieved in particular by a thermal subdivision into individual elements.
- the frame of the parapet element is thus "shielded" all round thermally to the glazing element and to the interior.
- the invention provides that two vertically adjacent posts are connected to one another by static inserting elements that extend over the separation area.
- each post and / or transom is formed by two parallel and spaced-apart hollow profiles which have opposing grooves for receiving a sealing strip protruding into both hollow profiles.
- the side of the frame of the parapet element facing the glazing element in the separating area of the profile advantageously has an insulating strip which is flush with the frame and connects the frame to the inside cover of the parapet element and forms the thermal insulation of the parapet element.
- This insulating strip can consist of wood or of pressure-resistant plastic or of pressure-resistant mineral fiber.
- the insulating strip itself should be made sufficiently vapor-tight or be covered with a vapor-tight film.
- the inside cover protrudes into a receiving groove of the insulating strip at a distance from the groove bottom.
- the inner part of the two frames of the glazing element and the parapet element is connected to one another via a thermal insulating part.
- This thermal insulating part can be designed as an insulating strip which is fastened to the edge of the frame facing the inside cover.
- the thermal insulating part is designed as an insulating body which extends over the entire width of the inner part of the frame. The result of this is that in the mullion-transom facade, the transom profile is thermally separated in two dimensions.

- 1, 2, 11 and 12 with the associated sectional views show a warm facade in a mullion-transom construction
- FIGS. 19, 20, 27 and 28 with the associated sectional views show a Play element facade.
- Glazing elements 2 - denoted by F - and balustrade elements 3 - denoted by B are alternately arranged in the vertical direction.
- Glazing elements 2 and parapet elements 3 can also be arranged individually or in alternation next to one another in the horizontal direction.
- At least one thermal separation zone is provided between the inside and the outside of the facade, the parapet element having an outside cover 4, an inside cover 5 and an intermediate thermal insulation 6.
- the supporting structure of the facade is arranged on the outside in the exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 1 to 10 and 19 to 26, on the other hand on the inside according to FIGS. 11 to 18 and 27 to 33. Furthermore, in the element facade, the glazing elements 2 and the parapet elements 3 are each surrounded by a frame 7, 8, which can also be part of the supporting structure. This applies accordingly to the mullion-transom construction, but only for the transom.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a warm facade in the form of a support structure consisting of vertical mullion profiles and / or horizontal transom profiles or constructed as an element facade made of thermally separated metal profiles, in which the facade surface alternately from one or more successively arranged glazing elements and from one in the vertical and / or horizontal direction or several consecutively arranged parapet elements is constructed and in which at least one thermal separation zone is provided between the inside and the outside of the facade, the parapet element having an outside cover, an inside cover and an intermediate thermal insulation, furthermore the main supporting structure with respect to the facade surface is arranged on the inside or outside and the glazing element and the parapet element are surrounded by a frame which can be part of the supporting structure.
Such warm facades are known in different embodiments. Despite the thermal separations already present in the supporting structure in the case of these warm facades, heat losses occur due to the comparatively poor thermal insulation of the frame profiles of the parapet elements. The k-value of the frames is generally between 1.8 and 2.8 W / m [2] k. The k-value for the parapet alone, i.e. without a profile, is in the range of 0.3 - 0.6 W / m [2] k. The profiles are the weak point compared to the insulation in the parapet area.
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide for warm facades of the type mentioned measures by which the poor k-value of the frame in the area of the parapet is eliminated or reduced and the heat transfer from the window area via the profiles into the area of the parapet is reduced becomes.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the glazing element and the parapet element are designed as thermally separated, individually or jointly connected to the supporting structure, wherein in the vertical direction a thermal separation of the profiles is provided at each transition between the parapet element and the glazing element and on the parapet element along its entire circumference thermal insulation to its inside cover is arranged.
The advantage achieved by the invention consists essentially in the fact that an improved thermal decoupling of the parapet elements from the glazing elements is achieved in particular by a thermal subdivision into individual elements. The frame of the parapet element is thus "shielded" all round thermally to the glazing element and to the interior.
In order to "thread" the individual elements of the element facade, as it were, the invention provides that two vertically adjacent posts are connected to one another by static inserting elements that extend over the separation area.
Furthermore, it can be provided in the element facade in the context of the invention that each post and / or transom is formed by two parallel and spaced-apart hollow profiles which have opposing grooves for receiving a sealing strip protruding into both hollow profiles.
The side of the frame of the parapet element facing the glazing element in the separating area of the profile advantageously has an insulating strip which is flush with the frame and connects the frame to the inside cover of the parapet element and forms the thermal insulation of the parapet element. This insulating strip can consist of wood or of pressure-resistant plastic or of pressure-resistant mineral fiber. Advantageously, the insulating strip itself should be made sufficiently vapor-tight or be covered with a vapor-tight film.
It is also advantageous if, when the expansion joint lies in the parapet element, the inside cover protrudes into a receiving groove of the insulating strip at a distance from the groove bottom.
In order to close the gap between the frame of the parapet element and the glazing element, it is provided that a sealing strip lying against the insulating strip is connected to the frame of the glazing element. As a result, thermal insulation is also achieved via the enclosed air layer.
If a glazing element and a parapet element are connected to one another, according to a first embodiment of the invention the inner part of the two frames of the glazing element and the parapet element is connected to one another via a thermal insulating part. This thermal insulating part can be designed as an insulating strip which is fastened to the edge of the frame facing the inside cover. However, there is also the possibility that the thermal insulating part is designed as an insulating body which extends over the entire width of the inner part of the frame. The result of this is that in the mullion-transom facade, the transom profile is thermally separated in two dimensions.
Finally, it is also provided in the context of the invention that in the mullion-transom facade the double-thermally separated transom passes and the mullion abuts the transom at the end.

The warm facade shown in the drawing can consist of
The supporting structure of the facade is arranged on the outside in the exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 1 to 10 and 19 to 26, on the other hand on the inside according to FIGS. 11 to 18 and 27 to 33. Furthermore, in the element facade, the
The
As can be seen, for example, from FIGS. 3 to 5, two
As can be seen, for example, from FIGS. 3 to 5 and the further sectional representations corresponding to these, in the mullion-transom facade the inner part of the two
However, the thermal insulating
When configured as an element facade, a sealing
