Claims (14)
- A sectional door which, for movement out of a substantially vertical closed position into a horizontal open position, consists of sections (1, 2) connected in pivotally movable manner via a movable fitting (3, 4), the said sections having on their respective perpendicular lateral marginal portions (5, 6; 5', 6') guide rollers (7, 8) which are supported by an arbor (9), the movable fitting (3, 4) being provided with a hinge element (11) engaging in pivotally movable fashion around the arbor (9, 10), characterised in that on the oppositely facing broad end sides (21, 22) , the sections (21, 22) are in this case provided with an extruded part (23, 24) having connecting passages (28, 29, 32) extending towards the lateral marginal area (5, 6; 5',6'), so that the end of the respective arbor (9, 10) can be pushed into an extruded part (24) and in that the hinge elements (11) constructed in plate form can be fixed on the end of the other extruded part (23) by screwed connections (30).
- A sectional door according to claim 1, characterised in that the hinge element (11) is provided on the upper section (1), in the opening direction of the sectional door.
- A sectional door according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the hinge element (11) is construction as a pivot lug (14) which accommodates the arbor (9, 10) of the guide roller (7, 8) in a shaped recess (13).
- A sectional door according to claim 3, characterised in that the shaped recess (13) is provided between two arms (15, 16) of a bifurcation.
- A sectional door according to claim 3 or 4, characterised in that the shaped recess (13) between the bifurcation arms (15, 16) is adapted to be closed.
- A sectional door according to one of claims 3 to 5, characterised in that the pivot lug (14', 14", 14"') is provided with a through bore (18) which accommodates the arbor (9, 10).
- A sectional door according to one of claims 3 to 6, characterised in that the pivot lug (14, 14') is provided with at least one holding part (26) supported on a cover plate (19,20; 19', 20') of the section.
- A sectional door according to one of claims 3 to 7, characterised in that the pivot lug (14', 14", 14"') is provided with a supporting projection (27, 27') which can be fixed in the area of the broad side (21, 22) of the section (1, 2).
- A sectional door according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the extruded sections (23,24; 23',24'; 23",23"',23""; 24",24"') of the adjacent section (1,2) towards the mutually associated broad end faces (21, 22) are provided with inter-engaging cross-sectional contours so that these latter inter-engage as pairwisely co-operating tongue and groove sections and form a safeguard against fingers becoming clamped when the sections (1,2) are pivoted.
- A sectional door according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the extruded sections (23, 24; 23', 24'; 23"; 23"'; 23""; 24"; 24"') are constructed in one piece and extend into the respective side wall areas (3, 6; 5', 6') of the sections (1, 2).
- A sectional door according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the extruded section (23) connected to the hinge element (11) comprises a plurality of the connecting passages (28, 29) extending in the longitudinal direction of the section.
- A sectional door according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the connecting passages (28, 29) have an axially parallel slot (31).
- A sectional door according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterised in that the arbor (9, 10) is supported in rotatingly movable manner in the support channel (32).
- A sectional door according to one of claims 1 to 13, characterised in that in the area of the screwed connection (30), the hinge element (11) is connected to the section (1) in pivotally movable manner.
