Abstract

The floor plate (4) of the container (2) forms the platform for the mast (20) in the operative condition. One side wall (8) of the container can be folded away. There are support devices (26,28) which can be moved outwards connected to the floor plate of the container. The fold-away side wall is fixed with a link to the floor plate of the container and is reinforced with struts (14,18). In the corners of the platform tensioning cables (4,6) for the mast in the operative condition are fixed. The special arrangement of the side wall makes it possible that the container or flat, despite the link (126), can be stacked.

Description

The invention relates to a mast system with a telescopic mast that can be transported in a container (or flat) according to JSO 688 with standardized dimensions.

A mobile mast system (for example shown and described in DE 41 19 321 A1 ) can easily be transported to the place of use in a container by train, ship, plane or truck. The container mast system is set down and put into operation there.

The object of the invention is to provide a transportable mast system which arrives safely at the place of use in a packaged manner and can be put into operation there quickly even in unfavorable weather and poor site conditions.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by the subject matter of the main claim. The subclaims relate to advantageous refinements of the invention.

In the subject of the invention, the mast system is mounted in the container. During transport and operation, all essential components of the mast system and the container (flat) are mechanically connected to each other and are therefore also available for dismantling and further transport of the mast system. Container (flat) and mast system are constantly connected.

The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to figures.

Stirnwand 8 ist mit der Bodenplatte 4 mittels eines Gelenks 1 6 verbunden.1 to 3 show a container which is designed as a standardized flat 2 . A Flat 2 can be transported and stacked like a container. In the flat, there is only one base plate 4 and the end walls 6, 8 . The other sides and the roof are open, but can be covered, for example, with tarpaulins (not shown). The end walls 6, 8 of the flat allow both the support or lashing of the load and the stacking during storage and transport. The end wall 6 is a closed wall, while the end wall 8 consists of a frame construction with beams 10, 12 and stiffeners 1 4 . The end wall 6 is welded to the bottom plate 4 of the flat. End wall 8 is connected to the base plate 4 by means of a joint 1 6 .

This special design of the side wall 8 enables the flat 2 to be stacked despite the joint 1 6 . If additional flats or containers are placed on the flat shown in FIG. 1 (stack height 3 to 5 flats one above the other), the forces introduced (arrows) can be easily transmitted from the end wall 6 to the base plate 4 due to their massive construction. In the end wall 8 , the joint 1 6 cannot sustain these forces alone, so that the design consisting of beams 10, 12 , bracing 1 4 and strut 1 8 (FIGS. 4 and 5) is provided according to the invention.
Supports 2 2 are attached to the flat 2 , the supports 2 4 of which are folded out in FIG. 2 and the leveling legs 2 6 of which have leveling foot plates 2 8 at the end. In the transport state, these plates 2 8 are disassembled on the base plate 4 of the flat. The support legs 2 6 can be operated manually or hydraulically and leveled.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, for erecting the mast system, the end wall is folded 8, wherein the clear out of the carriers 10, 12, 14 and bracing strut 1 8 existing design of this front wall can be seen.
The following components of the mast system are housed and fastened in Flat 2 :
  • Telescopic mast 2 0 with a foldable antenna standpipe 3 0 , on which antennas 3 2 are attached, the antenna standpipe 3 0 is brought into position with the front wall 8 folded down (FIG. 4),
  • the device for erecting the telescopic mast, consisting of mast bearing bracket 3 4 , mast erecting cylinder 3 6 and rocker arm 3 8 , which is fastened to the base plate 4 by means of a joint 4 0 and to the mast 2 0 by means of the joint 4 2 . In the erected state of the mast, this rocker snaps onto the transducer 4 4 of the mast bracket 3 4 . The erection of the mast takes place by actuating the hydraulic mast erecting cylinder 3 6 , which is not shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. When erected, the mast is secured against wind gusts by guy ropes 4 6 .

The bottom plate 4 of the Flats 2 is 0 (Fig. 5) the platform for the mast system when erected mast 2.
