Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for the maintenance of spinning devices with the aid of a maintenance device which can be moved along a number of similar spinning stations having elements relevant to spinning, and to a device for carrying out this method.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a method and a device with the aid of which, in particular, lengthy maintenance work on spinning-relevant elements can be carried out without the spinning stations concerned having to be removed from the production process for a longer period of time.
- the spinning-relevant elements of the spinning device to be serviced are removed at a spinning station by the maintenance device (in the form of structural units together) and exchanged for corresponding, already serviced elements which are now installed instead of the spinning device to be serviced the removed elements are jointly fed to a service station by the maintenance device and are serviced there, in order to be brought to a spinning station assigned to the service station and replaced there for replacement in exchange for elements of a spinning device to be serviced.
- the downtime of a spinning station is reduced to the time required to exchange the units to be serviced with the spinning-relevant elements for units that have already been maintained. The downtime is therefore independent of how much time is required for the maintenance of the elements which are no longer working properly or which are to be checked in a predetermined cycle, since this maintenance takes place outside the spinning machine.
- the time required for such an exchange is particularly short if the spinning-relevant elements are not removed individually, but together with the housings, which accommodate them, as structural units.
- the maintenance of the spinning-relevant elements can therefore be carried out without time pressure.
- the maintenance of the individual elements is also simplified since the accessibility to these elements can be significantly improved by arranging the elements to be serviced in the service station that are independent of the production conditions.
- each serviced unit before it is reinstalled at any spinning position within the Service station is tested. If faults continue to occur during this test run, the maintenance is expediently continued at least for a predetermined time after the normal maintenance period has expired. If the fault cannot be remedied even then, the test run is terminated. The faulty units are then preferably excluded from the exchange circuit after a predetermined number of unsuccessful maintenance attempts and replaced by faultless identical units.
- the structural unit is cleaned during the maintenance work as the end of this work.
- the assembly (s) can be provided in an expedient embodiment of the method according to the invention, then the units to be serviced and / or serviced are temporarily stored at the entrance and / or exit of the service station.
- a Device for the maintenance of spinning devices with the aid of a maintenance device which can be moved along a large number of similar spinning positions, each spinning device having spinning-relevant elements accommodated in one or more structural units, provided that each structural unit is assigned a locking device which can be released and locked with the aid of the maintenance device, so that the maintenance device for each of the various structural units an offset device for lifting out the structural unit released by the locking device and for receiving it in a receiving location provided in the maintenance device and for transferring a structural unit which is arranged during transport in a further receiving location provided for each structural unit in the maintenance facility, in has its installation position at a spinning position.
- the spinning stations and the maintenance device are assigned a larger number of structural units than the maintenance device spinning stations are to maintain.
- the service station has an intermediate storage at its entrance and / or at its exit for the components to be serviced and / or for the components that have already been serviced.
- the maintenance device can already unload the units to be serviced at the service station before they terminate a maintenance operation on one previously delivered Units is able to start the maintenance of the newly delivered unit or unit.
- the service station can begin the maintenance work on a further structural unit even before the tool device has resumed an already serviced structural unit at the service station.
- the elements relevant to spinning can be designed differently. It is particularly advantageous if the replaceable spinning-relevant elements of a spinning device comprise an open-end spinning element, a bearing for the open-end spinning element, a dissolving device for dissolving a sliver and / or at least part of a feed device for feeding the sliver to the dissolving device which the open-end spinning element, the bearing, the opening device and the at least part of the feed device are accommodated in at least one unit which can be replaced with the aid of the maintenance device.
- the invention can be implemented particularly advantageously, the spinning-relevant elements of a spinning device expediently having, in addition to an open-end spinning element designed as a spinning rotor, a rotor lid which can also be replaced with the aid of the maintenance device.
- the spinning-relevant elements comprise a spinneret and / or a drafting system connected upstream of this spinneret. Even then, the invention can be used to advantage.
- the service station preferably has a bearing for receiving spinning-relevant elements of different shapes and / or sizes.
- spinning-relevant elements are provided in the service station that are required when the spinning conditions change.
- Rotor spinning machine is therefore preferably provided for the bearing to hold spinning rotors, rotor lids, opening rollers and / or take-off nozzles.
- the maintenance device preferably has a magazine for receiving several identical units, both for the units that have already been serviced, to be reinstalled, and for the units that are still to be serviced and that are to be supplied to the service station, so that the maintenance unit can operate several spinning stations before she has to start again at the service station.
- each spinning station has a thread monitor that monitors the quality of the spun thread and that the maintenance device can be assigned to different spinning stations in succession according to the respective position of the maintenance device by means of a control device. In this way, the maintenance of the spinning device depends on the quality of the spun thread.
- Certain work on a spinning device must be adapted to the elements relevant to spinning.
- the diameter of the spinning element formed as a spinning rotor on the fiber collecting surface depends on its diameter.
- the structural unit which can be installed at a spinning station has a Has marking for identifying data relevant to spinning technology. This marking can, for example, cause the automatic setting of a thread reserve.
- Control of the spinning station concerned can be achieved even more flexibly, in that each spinning station is assigned or can be assigned a machine-side control device and the control device of the maintenance device has a memory in which the data relevant to the operation of a spinning device and from which this data can be entered can be fed to the machine-side control device in connection with an installation of the structural unit or structural units receiving the spinning-relevant elements at a spinning station. From this data, the machine-side control device can derive important controls for the spinning process and its start-up. For example, in addition to the size of a spinning rotor, its shape, the shape of the exit of a fiber feed channel, the formation of a thread take-off nozzle, etc. can also be stored, so that depending on this data, not only a corresponding thread reserve is formed when piecing, but depending on the further data, the piecing process is carried out, for example, by appropriately specifying the piecing trigger.
- each spinning station is assigned or can be assigned a machine-side control device which has a time control device by means of which a maintenance request signal for the maintenance device can be triggered after a predetermined time.
- This request signal can be a call signal sent to the maintenance device or also an information signal which detects the maintenance device which can be moved on the spinning machine when patrolling and which thereby triggers a stopping of the maintenance device and a replacement of the spinning device of the affected spinning station.
- the service station can be designed differently.
- several service points working independently of one another are provided in the service station.
- the maintenance points of the service station are designed differently to carry out different maintenance work.
- the service station, possibly for each of its maintenance points has a device for cleaning at least one of the elements relevant to spinning.
- the service station has, according to the invention, a test spinning station into which the spinning-relevant elements can be used for a test run.
- the test spinning station can have means for monitoring the concentricity of a spinning rotor.
- an intermediate store is assigned to the service station for accommodating spinning devices or individual units that are not maintainable in the service station even after repeated attempts, so that these spinning devices or these units are excluded from further use in the spinning machine.
- the invention enables intensive maintenance of the spinning-relevant elements of a spinning device in a simple and sensible manner.
- a great deal of time is also saved in terms of production. This is achieved in that the time-consuming maintenance times are no longer carried out at the spinning stations to be serviced themselves, but at a central point independently of the spinning stations.
- the service station set up there can have one or more identical or different maintenance points which, depending on the type of maintenance work to be carried out, are either carried out simultaneously or carried out in succession.
- FIG. 1 shows a system with a large number of spinning machines 1, 10 and 11 ..., each of which has a large number of similar spinning stations 100 arranged next to one another at least on one machine longitudinal side.
- the individual spinning positions of a spinning machine 1, 10, 11 ... can each be of the same design. In principle, however, it does not matter whether the spinning machines in a system are open-end spinning machines or air spinning machines or the like. Accordingly, the spinning elements are also designed differently.
- a spinning device 2 is described as an exemplary embodiment, which has a spinning rotor 20 as the most important component (see FIG. 2).
- a feed device 21 is connected upstream of the spinning rotor 20 in the usual way, which consists, for example, of a feed roller 210 and a feed trough (not shown).
- the feed device 21 has the task of feeding a fiber sliver (not shown) to be spun to a dissolving device 22, which as its most important component has a dissolving roller 221 arranged in a housing 220.
- the aforementioned spinning rotor 20 is arranged in a housing 200 which can be covered by a rotor cover 23.
- the rotor cover 23 is articulated on the housing 220 of the opening device 22 with the aid of a pivot axis 230 and at least contains partially a fiber feed channel 231, which extends from the interior of the housing 220 receiving the opening roller 221 to the spinning rotor 20.
- the two housings 200 and 220 are connected to one another and thus form a single structural unit 7 which also bears the rotor lid 23 already mentioned.
- the housing 220 supports both the opening roller 221 and the feed roller 210, the bearing shafts of which at their ends remote from the opening roller 221 and the feed roller 210 carry a drive gear 222 and a drive whorl 211.
- the drive gear 222 is engaged with a gear 240 carried by a shaft 24 which extends in the longitudinal direction of the machine.
- a drive belt 241 is connected to the drive shaft 211, which is held in contact with the drive shaft 211 with the aid of tensioning rollers 242.
- the housing 200 which is connected in one piece to the housing 220, carries a rotor bearing 25 which, for example, has a pair of support disks 250, in the gusset of which the spinning rotor 20 is mounted with its shaft 201.
- a drive belt 243 cooperates with the shaft 201 and can also be lifted off the shaft 201 by a device (not shown).
- a brake (not shown) can also be delivered to the shaft 201.
- the entire assembly 7 described above is supported by the machine frame 260 with the aid of a bearing 26.
- the bearing 26 attached to the machine frame 260 has, for example, bearing bolts 261 on which the structural unit 7 forming the spinning device 2 is suspended, for example with the aid of a latching device (not shown).
- the machine frame 260 carries in the embodiment shown underneath the spinning device 2, guides 262 and 263 for a dirt removal belt 264, on which dirt components separated from the housing 220 collect through a dirt removal opening 265, in order to then be removed by this dirt removal belt 264.
- the housing 220 On its side facing away from the machine frame 260, the housing 220 has a wall which extends up to near the guides 262 and 263 and carries a locking device 3 which comprises the feed device 21, opening device 22, rotor lid 23, housing 200 with spinning rotor 20 and Holds rotor bearing 25 existing assembly 7 in its working position, in which the drive gear 222 is in engagement with the gear 240 and the drive belt 211 is held in contact with the drive belt 241 and the shaft 201 of the spinning rotor 20 in contact with the drive belt 243.
- This locking device 3 consists, for example, of a housing 30 in which a locking pin 31 is elastically mounted so that it engages behind the guides 262 and 263, that is to say on the side of the guides 262 and 263 facing the machine frame 260.
- the locking pin 31 has one Arm 32, which extends through a slot (not shown) in the wall of the housing 220 to the side facing away from the machine frame 260 to the outside of the wall and thus fulfills the task of acting against an elastic action against the locking bolt 31 from the guide 262 or 263 withdraw so that the assembly 7 is released and can be pivoted around the bearing 26.
- a maintenance device 4 can be moved along those sides of the spinning machines 1, 10, 11 ... that have spinning devices 100. If the spinning machines 1, 10, 11 ... have spinning devices 100 on both sides, the maintenance device 4 can also be moved along both longitudinal sides of the machines, while if the spinning machines 1, 10, 11 ... are designed on one side, the maintenance device 4 is only on travels along the long sides of the spinning machine 1, 10, 11 ... equipped with spinning devices 100.
- the maintenance device travels along tracks 5, 50, 51, 52 ... which are interconnected by tracks 53.
- Another path 54 which leads to a service station 8, is connected to the path 53 and thus also to the paths 5, 50, 51, 52 ...
- tracks 5, 50, 51, 52, 53 and 54 are irrelevant. So these tracks can be designed as hanging or laid rails; however, it is also sufficient to use guides installed under the floor, which work without contact and which take over the control of the maintenance device 4 with the aid of induction, etc.
- the actual service station 8 is preceded by a buffer store 80, in which units 7 to be serviced can be temporarily stored if the service station 8 is not yet ready to receive it.
- the buffer store is able to accommodate four structural units, but the number of storage locations 800 in the buffer store 80 is irrelevant.
- the service station has four service points 81, 810, 811 and 812, which the units 7 to be serviced pass through one after the other. For example, the spinning-relevant elements of the structural unit 7 are cleaned in the service point 81.
- spinning-relevant parts are replaced, if, for example, it is provided that other spinning conditions (for example yarn number) should be provided at the spinning station at which the structural unit 7 is installed.
- other spinning conditions for example yarn number
- manual interventions in the structural unit 7 are carried out, if necessary.
- the structural unit 7 is mechanically checked for complete assembly.
- the structural unit 7 is subjected to a test run. If the assembly 7 is running to satisfaction, it is either transferred directly to a maintenance facility 4 located in the area of the service station 8, or else to the output buffer storage 82, from whose storage locations 820 the maintenance facility 4 then again the serviced assembly units 7 at a later point in time can pick up and transport to a spinning station 100 to be maintained.
- the assembly 7 is again fed along the path 83 to the input side of the service station 8, so that the assembly 7 reaches the service point 81 again and then runs through it completely .
- the relevant unit 7 is fed along a path 830 to a warehouse 84, where these units 7 are stored. A later inspection by an operator must show whether maintenance is still possible or whether this unit 7 or parts thereof must be completely eliminated from the maintenance cycle.
- the maintenance device 4 has arms 40 and 41; each arm 40 or 41 sits on a pivot axis 400 or 410, which are designed as a shaft of a motor 401 or 411. At their ends facing away from the motors 401 and 411, the arms 40 and 41 have receiving devices 406 (see FIG. 3) which serve to receive the described assembly 7, which has two bolts for this purpose.
- one pin is formed by the pivot axis 230 for the rotor cover 23, while the other pin 27 is in the vicinity of the bearing 26.
- the receiving device 406 can thus be formed as a recess in the free end of the arms 40 and 41, which can be pivoted from bottom to top in accordance with FIG. 2 in such a way that they receive the pin designed as pivot axis 230 and the pin 27 and thus the entire pin Lift assembly 7 and lift it out of the bearing 26.
- a two-armed lever 42 is pivotally mounted on the maintenance device 4 in such a way that it acts on the arm 32 of the locking pin 31 from below according to FIG. 2 and removes the locking pin 31 from the guides 262 and 263. So that the lever 42, which is pivotably mounted on a bolt 420 on the maintenance device 4, can operate in the manner indicated, its end facing away from the locking device 3 is connected to a drive 422 by means of a coupling member 421.
- the drive 422 is designed as an electromagnet, and the coupling member 421 can contain or can form the armature of this electromagnet.
- the two motors 401 and 411 are connected via control lines 430 to a control device 43 which is arranged on the maintenance device 4.
- the drive 422 for the lever 42 is also connected to this control device via a control line 431.
- the maintenance device 4 stops in front of the relevant spinning station and pivots the arms 40 and 41 in a clockwise movement from an idle position, not shown, inside the maintenance device 4, so that they do not shown ends of these arms 40 and 41, the pivot axis 230 of the rotor lid and the bolt 27 in a not shown Recess in the free end of the arm 40 and 41 respectively.
- the assembly is lifted upward from the bearing pin 261, so that the assembly can now be pulled into the maintenance device with the aid of a transverse movement.
- the arms 40 and 41 are pivoted synchronously in order to lift the assembly from the bearing pin 261, since such a lifting movement of the assembly through the drives (for example drive shaft 24 with gear wheel 240, drive belt 241 and drive belt 243 ) is thwarted.
- the arm 41 after receiving the pin designed as the pivot axis of the rotor cover 23, the arm 41 is first pulled in the direction of the maintenance device, around the shaft 201 of the spinning rotor 20, the drive angle 211 of the feed device 21 and the drive gear 222 of the opening roller 221 to separate the drive belt 243 or 241 or from the gear 240.
- the maintenance device 4 can be moved on rails 55.
- the maintenance device 4 has wheels 44, with the aid of which the maintenance device 4 is guided on the guide rails 55.
- a drive gear 440 is arranged coaxially with the wheel 44, with which a drive pinion 441 is in line, which in turn is driven by a motor 442.
- This motor 442 is connected to the control device 43 via a control line 432.
- each motor 401 or 411 is seated on a carriage 402 or 412 which is displaceable on a guide rail 403 or 413.
- the carriage 402 or 412 is connected via a coupling member 404 or 414 to a suitable drive 405 or 415, which can be designed, for example, as an electromagnet or as a pneumatic or hydraulic piston.
- the two drives 405 and 415 are connected to the control device 43 for control purposes via control lines 433 and 434.
- the control device 43 in turn is connected via a control line 435 to a central control device 6, with which, as shown in FIG. 1, the control devices 60 of the individual spinning machines 1, 10, 11... Or spinning stations 100 are connected.
- the individual control devices 60 of the spinning machines 1, 10, 11 ... or spinning stations 100 are connected via control lines 600, 601, 602 ....
- the control device 60 is connected, for example via a control line 603, to a push button device 604 which determines the revolutions of the delivery roller 210.
- pulses are generated by corrugating the surface of the delivery roller 210 so that the number of pulses is a measure of the revolutions of the delivery roller 210, which number of revolutions of the delivery roller is in turn a measure of the working time during which the Spinning device 2 was in operation.
- the maintenance device 4 has two rails 450 and 451, along which a carriage 402 is slidably mounted in a manner not shown.
- the carriage has a recess 407 in its base plate.
- a drive wheel 45 which rolls on the rail 451.
- the drive wheel 45 can be designed as a toothed wheel, the rail 451 then being designed as a toothed rack.
- a gear 452 is connected to the drive wheel 45, with which a gear 453 driven by a motor 454 is in engagement.
- a further arm 408 is provided, which is driven by a motor 409 in synchronism with the motor 401, so that the arms 40 and 408 move synchronously.
- the structural unit 7 is not mounted on the bearing pin 261 by means of a snap-in connection, but rather with the aid of an openable and closable bearing 33, which has an arm 330, which in the closed position is supported by a compression spring 332 supported on an immovable part 331 of the bearing is held.
- a plunger 46 can be delivered to this elastically loaded arm 330 of the bearing 33, which for this purpose has a drive 460 which is connected to the control device 43 by means of a control line 436.
- FIG. 5 A further embodiment of an open-end spinning device 2, in which the spinning-relevant elements are accommodated on several structural units 70, 71, 72 and 73, is shown in FIG. 5.
- the spinning stations 100 are delimited on at least one side by intermediate walls 101, which as essential components are longitudinal components 102 and 103 for receiving the structural unit 70 receiving the spinning rotor 20, a further longitudinal component 104 which, together with the longitudinal component 102, carries the structural unit 72 receiving the rotor bearing 25 , and a longitudinal component 105 which, together with the longitudinal component 102, carries the structural unit 71 receiving the opening device 22.
- the rotor cover 23 see FIG. 2 is not arranged on the structural unit 71 receiving the opening device, then the rotor cover is also carried by the longitudinal component 102 by a further structural unit 73.
- FIG. 5 shows, two pairs of bolts 27, 270 and 271, 272 are provided for the assembly 70, to which arms 40 and 41 of the maintenance device 4 can be delivered.
- the unit 71 with the opening device 22 has two pairs of bolts 273 and 274 or 275 and 276, with which arms 47 and 470 cooperate, which are carried and controlled by the maintenance device 4.
- the assembly 72 receiving the rotor bearing 25 has two pairs of bolts 28 and 280 or 281 and 282, with which arms 471 and 472 can cooperate, which are also carried and controlled by the maintenance device 4.
- drive devices 48 and 480 on the maintenance device, for the arms 47 and 470 drive devices 481 and 482, for the arms 471 and 472 drive devices 483 and 484.
- the drive devices 48 and 480 to 484 are connected via control lines 49 , and 490 to 494 in tax connection with the control device 43.
- the cover 232 carrying the rotor cover 23 carries a locking device 34, which can be controlled by a drive 341 by means 340 shown schematically, this drive also being in control connection with the control device 43 via a control line 495.
- the mounting of the individual structural units 70, 71 and 72 has only been shown schematically in FIG. 6 as an elastically loadable bearing which holds the structural unit elastically in its working position.
- the schematic representation shows, using the example of the assembly 70, two fork-shaped holders 700 and 701, which are held in each case by a compression spring 702 or 703, which is supported on the assembly 70, in abutment with a stop 704 or 705 provided on the assembly 70.
- An arm 461 of the maintenance device 4 can be delivered to the fork-like holder 700 in order to bring the holder into such a position that the holder can be pivoted of the unit 70 can be pushed around the longitudinal component 102 onto the longitudinal component 103.
- the arm 461 now releases the fork-like holder 700, which is now held against the stop 704 by the compression spring 702.
- the arms 40, 41, 471 and 472 have receptacles which are open on one side at their ends for receiving the assembly 70 or 72, so that the corresponding bolts 27, 271, 28 and 281 are obtained by simply pivoting the arms 40, 41, 471 and 472 can be accommodated, it is necessary for the accommodation of the component 71 by the arms 47 and 470 that these arms, without coming into contact with the bolts 273 and 275, are brought to the exact receiving height themselves however, with respect to the bolts 273 and 275 in an axial extension thereof, and only after reaching this position the bolts 273 and 275 are approached to receive them in a hole-like recess.
- the drive pin 706 is also provided on the fork-type holder 700 with the aid of arms 461, so that they perform an axial movement to receive the drive pin 706.
- the maintenance device is in the position shown in FIG 4 with its work compartment A exactly opposite to the spinning station 100 to be serviced.
- the structural units are removed and a replacement is installed Unit in different order.
- FIGS. 6 and 7 it is not provided that the assembly 71 is to be replaced with the assembly 73 designed as a cover 232; rather, these units should still remain at the spinning station. It is therefore sufficient to actuate the locking device 34 of this cover 232 by actuating the drive 341, whereupon the cover 232 assumes the open position shown in FIG. 6 due to its own weight.
- the assembly 70 receiving the spinning rotor 20 is now accessible.
- the work compartment A is again free, so that the unit 70 previously located in the storage compartment G can be transferred to the work compartment A, where it is taken up by the arms 40 and 41 and fed to the spinning station 100, in order to be there in the manner described above to be installed.
- the assembly 70 is moved from the storage compartment G into the work compartment A, another assembly 70 slips out of the work compartment E into the storage compartment F.
- each spinning station 100 has its own spinning station controller 106, which is generally designed electronically.
- the aforementioned control device 60 is located on each machine, to which an input device 605 is assigned for entering spinning parameters, for example for entering the feed speed, thread take-off speed, motor speed etc.
- the control devices 60 of one or more machines are connected to a central control device 6, which also has an input device 606 in order to be able to set certain parameters centrally, for example preventive replacement of the components of a spinning station after a predetermined time or replacement of such components after reaching a certain number of errors.
- This control device 6 is in data exchange with the maintenance device 4 or its control device 43 in order to inform the maintenance device which work is to be carried out at which spinning station 100.
- the maintenance device 4 can determine which spinning station it is at by counting the spinning stations 100 that it passes, or by control impulses, which are given by a certain spinning station 100 directly to the maintenance device 4.
- the maintenance device in turn reports to the control device 6 if any difficulties have arisen in the operation of the spinning station.
- the control device 6 is also connected to a control device 85 of the service station 8, which carries out the maintenance of the delivered units in accordance with the commands received from the control device 6.
- the control device 6 can report to the service station 8 that a batch change is to take place, for which purpose spinning rotors 20 of a different shape and / or size, different rotor lids and other thread take-off nozzles are required.
- the service station can have different service points, depending on which work is to be performed in the service station 8. Thus, it can be provided that the spinning rotor 20 is cleaned and that the rotor is checked for true running after being cleaned and that perfect running is produced by removal (milling). The spinning rotor 20 can be exchanged to adapt to different materials to be spun.
- an exchange of the rotor lid may also be necessary if the spinning principle is to be changed, for example, in which the fibers fed to the spinning rotor 20 are not deposited directly on the fiber collecting surface, but by depositing the fibers on a surface that widens in the direction of the spinning rotor is an integrated part of the rotor lid.
- the opening roller housing has a lining, this is subject to wear, so that a renewal may be necessary.
- the spinning machine 1, 10, 11, ... is also designed on a device for suctioning the fibers before reaching the fiber collecting surface in order to feed the fiber stream to the spinning rotor only at the beginning of the actual spinning process, then one of these can be covered in the peripheral wall of the opening roller housing provided this auxiliary suction can be disabled.
- a dirt separation opening is not required. In such a case, an exchange of the housing for one without a dirt separating opening can be expedient.
- the same purpose can also be achieved if the dirt separation opening provided on the housing is covered by the housing lining already mentioned.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for the maintenance of spinning devices with the aid of a maintenance device which can be moved along a number of similar spinning stations having elements relevant to spinning, and to a device for carrying out this method.
In the course of the spinning process, there are always cases in which the spinning rotor, the rotor cover covering the spinning rotor or the thread take-off nozzle, for example, due to a frequent occurrence of thread breaks or due to the occurrence of moiré effects in the spun thread, must be replaced to adapt to other materials or must. In practice, the relevant spinning station is shut down for this purpose. The parts to be checked or replaced are then removed. Until then, the checked part or the part (s) to be used for replacement is or are reinstalled, depending on the scope of the inspection or replacement work, a more or less long period of time elapses during which the affected spinning station is excluded from the work process is.
The object of the present invention is to provide a method and a device with the aid of which, in particular, lengthy maintenance work on spinning-relevant elements can be carried out without the spinning stations concerned having to be removed from the production process for a longer period of time.
This object is achieved in that the spinning-relevant elements of the spinning device to be serviced are removed at a spinning station by the maintenance device (in the form of structural units together) and exchanged for corresponding, already serviced elements which are now installed instead of the spinning device to be serviced the removed elements are jointly fed to a service station by the maintenance device and are serviced there, in order to be brought to a spinning station assigned to the service station and replaced there for replacement in exchange for elements of a spinning device to be serviced. In this way, the downtime of a spinning station is reduced to the time required to exchange the units to be serviced with the spinning-relevant elements for units that have already been maintained. The downtime is therefore independent of how much time is required for the maintenance of the elements which are no longer working properly or which are to be checked in a predetermined cycle, since this maintenance takes place outside the spinning machine.
The time required for such an exchange is particularly short if the spinning-relevant elements are not removed individually, but together with the housings, which accommodate them, as structural units. The maintenance of the spinning-relevant elements can therefore be carried out without time pressure. In addition, the maintenance of the individual elements is also simplified since the accessibility to these elements can be significantly improved by arranging the elements to be serviced in the service station that are independent of the production conditions. This accommodation of the unit to be serviced in a service station independent of production conditions also has the advantage that various maintenance devices can be delivered to the elements of the unit to be serviced within the service station, which is neither possible nor possible within the spinning machine due to the limited space available It makes sense, since the space would then have to be changed so that either maintenance devices can be accommodated in the machine per spinning station or allow such maintenance devices to be delivered. However, such a space requirement is not acceptable in practice.
Even if all spinning-relevant elements of a spinning device are removed, taken to the service station, serviced there, returned to their original position and only then reinstalled, there are still advantages over previous practice, because of the improved maintenance conditions for the spinning device to be serviced easier and more intensive maintenance of your spinning elements is made possible. However, the full advantage that can be achieved by the invention is only achieved if, according to the preferred embodiment of the method according to the invention, a number of similar spinning-relevant elements, which are then in the production / maintenance cycle, are assigned to the spinning stations to be serviced, which number exceeds the number of spinning stations. The spinning-relevant elements are advantageously delivered to any spinning station.
Even if the spinning-relevant elements of a spinning station are divided into several units, it is advantageous if the interruption in production that occurs anyway due to the replacement of one of these units is also used to also replace all other units of the spinning station concerned, which contain such elements, in order to preventive maintenance feed.
To ensure that the serviced units actually work properly after maintenance, it is advantageous if, according to an expedient development of the method according to the invention, it is provided that each serviced unit before it is reinstalled at any spinning position within the Service station is tested.
Regardless of the maintenance work to be carried out, in an advantageous embodiment of the method according to the invention, the structural unit is cleaned during the maintenance work as the end of this work.
In order to initiate maintenance, it can be provided that errors occurring at a spinning station during the spinning operation are stored centrally and, depending on reaching a predetermined number of errors, the exchange of the spinning device concerned is initiated for maintenance. In addition to or instead of this triggering option for maintenance, it can also be provided that the operating time of the structural units or of the spinning device has been monitored since its last maintenance replacement and that the next maintenance replacement is initiated when a predetermined operating time is reached. So that the maintenance facility, which exchanges the unit (s) to be serviced by the serviced unit (s), does not have to wait at the service station until it can deliver the unit (s) to be serviced and / or Already serviced and thus prepared for installation, the assembly (s) can be provided in an expedient embodiment of the method according to the invention, then the units to be serviced and / or serviced are temporarily stored at the entrance and / or exit of the service station.
In order to carry out the method explained above, a Device for the maintenance of spinning devices with the aid of a maintenance device which can be moved along a large number of similar spinning positions, each spinning device having spinning-relevant elements accommodated in one or more structural units, provided that each structural unit is assigned a locking device which can be released and locked with the aid of the maintenance device, so that the maintenance device for each of the various structural units an offset device for lifting out the structural unit released by the locking device and for receiving it in a receiving location provided in the maintenance device and for transferring a structural unit which is arranged during transport in a further receiving location provided for each structural unit in the maintenance facility, in has its installation position at a spinning position.
In order to keep downtimes for a spinning device to be maintained as short as possible, in a preferred embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, the spinning stations and the maintenance device are assigned a larger number of structural units than the maintenance device spinning stations are to maintain.
Since, as a rule, maintenance measures are only required at larger intervals, it can be provided for better utilization that the spinning stations assigned to a service station for maintenance are distributed over more than one spinning machine.
In order to avoid waiting times for the maintenance device, it can be provided in a further advantageous embodiment of the object according to the present invention that the service station has an intermediate storage at its entrance and / or at its exit for the components to be serviced and / or for the components that have already been serviced. As a result, the maintenance device can already unload the units to be serviced at the service station before they terminate a maintenance operation on one previously delivered Units is able to start the maintenance of the newly delivered unit or unit. By means of a bearing at the exit of the service station, on the other hand, the service station can begin the maintenance work on a further structural unit even before the tool device has resumed an already serviced structural unit at the service station.
Depending on the type of machine to be serviced, the elements relevant to spinning can be designed differently. With such a design of the subject matter of the invention, the invention can be implemented particularly advantageously, the spinning-relevant elements of a spinning device expediently having, in addition to an open-end spinning element designed as a spinning rotor, a rotor lid which can also be replaced with the aid of the maintenance device.
According to another expedient embodiment according to the invention, the spinning-relevant elements comprise a spinneret and / or a drafting system connected upstream of this spinneret. Even then, the invention can be used to advantage.
The service station preferably has a bearing for receiving spinning-relevant elements of different shapes and / or sizes. In this way, spinning-relevant elements are provided in the service station that are required when the spinning conditions change. In the case of one to be serviced by the service station Rotor spinning machine is therefore preferably provided for the bearing to hold spinning rotors, rotor lids, opening rollers and / or take-off nozzles.
Not only the service station, but also the maintenance device preferably has a magazine for receiving several identical units, both for the units that have already been serviced, to be reinstalled, and for the units that are still to be serviced and that are to be supplied to the service station, so that the maintenance unit can operate several spinning stations before she has to start again at the service station.
It is possible to accommodate the interchangeable elements relevant to spinning in several assemblies or units. A particularly rapid replacement of a spinning device to be serviced by an already maintained spinning device can, however, be achieved in that, according to a preferred embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, the exchangeable spinning-relevant elements of a spinning device are combined to form a single replaceable structural unit.
It is expediently provided that each spinning station has a thread monitor that monitors the quality of the spun thread and that the maintenance device can be assigned to different spinning stations in succession according to the respective position of the maintenance device by means of a control device. In this way, the maintenance of the spinning device depends on the quality of the spun thread.
Certain work on a spinning device must be adapted to the elements relevant to spinning. For example, the diameter of the spinning element formed as a spinning rotor on the fiber collecting surface depends on its diameter. For this reason it can be provided in an expedient embodiment of the device according to the invention that the structural unit which can be installed at a spinning station has a Has marking for identifying data relevant to spinning technology. This marking can, for example, cause the automatic setting of a thread reserve. Control of the spinning station concerned can be achieved even more flexibly, in that each spinning station is assigned or can be assigned a machine-side control device and the control device of the maintenance device has a memory in which the data relevant to the operation of a spinning device and from which this data can be entered can be fed to the machine-side control device in connection with an installation of the structural unit or structural units receiving the spinning-relevant elements at a spinning station.
It is expedient if, according to a further embodiment of the device according to the invention, each spinning station is assigned or can be assigned a machine-side control device which has a time control device by means of which a maintenance request signal for the maintenance device can be triggered after a predetermined time. This request signal can be a call signal sent to the maintenance device or also an information signal which detects the maintenance device which can be moved on the spinning machine when patrolling and which thereby triggers a stopping of the maintenance device and a replacement of the spinning device of the affected spinning station.
The service station can be designed differently. Advantageously, several service points working independently of one another are provided in the service station. It is expedient if the maintenance points of the service station are designed differently to carry out different maintenance work. It is also an advantage if the service station, possibly for each of its maintenance points, has a device for cleaning at least one of the elements relevant to spinning.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if the service station has, according to the invention, a test spinning station into which the spinning-relevant elements can be used for a test run. In this case, the test spinning station can have means for monitoring the concentricity of a spinning rotor.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, an intermediate store is assigned to the service station for accommodating spinning devices or individual units that are not maintainable in the service station even after repeated attempts, so that these spinning devices or these units are excluded from further use in the spinning machine.
The invention enables intensive maintenance of the spinning-relevant elements of a spinning device in a simple and sensible manner. In this case, according to the preferred embodiments of the method and the device according to the invention, a great deal of time is also saved in terms of production. This is achieved in that the time-consuming maintenance times are no longer carried out at the spinning stations to be serviced themselves, but at a central point independently of the spinning stations. The service station set up there can have one or more identical or different maintenance points which, depending on the type of maintenance work to be carried out, are either carried out simultaneously or carried out in succession. Apart from the fact that the maintenance work because The better accessibility and due to the lack of time pressure, since the duration of maintenance does not affect production output, the risk of accidents is also reduced, since the maintenance units are not carried out in the vicinity of the continuously running drives of the spinning device, which extend over a large number of spinning stations located next to one another become.

The invention is first explained with the aid of a schematic sketch. The diagram according to FIG. 1 shows a system with a large number of
The individual spinning positions of a spinning
For the following description, a
The
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the two
The
The
The entire assembly 7 described above is supported by the
The
On its side facing away from the
As FIG. 1 shows, a maintenance device 4 can be moved along those sides of the
The maintenance device travels along
The respective formation of the
In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the
At the exit of the
However, if the test run has shown that the assembly 7 still requires maintenance, the assembly 7 is again fed along the
If repeated maintenance has not led to success, the relevant unit 7 is fed along a
After the principle of the invention has been essentially explained, a more detailed description of the maintenance device 4 follows below. According to FIG. 2, the maintenance device 4 has
In order to be able to lift the assembly 7 out of the
The two
If the complete assembly is to be removed for maintenance purposes, the maintenance device 4 stops in front of the relevant spinning station and pivots the
Depending on the design of the drive, it is not sufficient if the
In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the maintenance device 4 can be moved on
In order that the
Spinnstellen 100 in Verbindung stehen. The
According to FIG. 4, the
With the aid of the device shown in FIG. 4, it is thus possible to deliver a control command to the
According to the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 3, it is provided that the maintenance device 4 has two
According to FIG. 2, the structural unit 7 is not mounted on the
To lift off the assembly, it is therefore necessary to first open the locking device 3 with the aid of the drive 422, then to retract the arm or
A further embodiment of an open-
As FIG. 5 shows, two pairs of
For the control of the
The
To place the housing with its
While the
In the same way, as shown in FIG. 6, the
It is assumed that the maintenance device 4 at a spinning
These
The maintenance device is in the position shown in FIG 4 with its work compartment A exactly opposite to the spinning
On the maintenance facility, in addition to bearings IA for
When all components of a warehouse have been replaced, all storage compartments B, C and D are filled so that the maintenance device must now go to the service station at the latest.
In the illustration, in analogy to the bearings IA, IIA and IIIA, the designation I, II and III was chosen for the arrangement in the spinning machine 1, it being understood that these structural units are not spatially as shown in the schematic FIG are arranged separately from one another, but are in their usual operating position according to FIG. 6. As FIG. 1 shows, each spinning
The
However, an exchange of the rotor lid may also be necessary if the spinning principle is to be changed, for example, in which the fibers fed to the spinning
To adapt to the material to be spun or when worn, it may also be necessary to change the exhaust nozzle. If certain yarn properties (tight or soft-twisted yarns) or to adapt to the material to be spun, it may also be necessary to replace the exhaust pipe.
By changing the opening roller, an adaptation to the material to be spun can also be achieved. During maintenance, however, vacuuming can also be helpful if there is nothing to be changed on the opening roller housing. If the opening roller housing has a lining, this is subject to wear, so that a renewal may be necessary. If the spinning
Depending on the design of the feed device, for example with a spinning
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the spinning rotor rests on pairs of disks which have a coating on their peripheral surface which is subject to wear, so that from time to time an exchange of these disks is necessary so that the disks with a worn coating can be given a new coating. In addition, an oil change may be required for the axial support of the spinning
The above-mentioned work, which can be carried out from time to time and the execution of which can be selected by the
Depending on the work to be carried out, the
A rotor spinning device was selected above as an exemplary embodiment. However, the invention is not restricted to this, but can also be used in conjunction with other spinning elements Find application. For example, FIG. 8 shows an air spinning device which has a
950 umschlungen. The drafting system has four pairs of rollers with
The
After the
These nozzles forming a structural unit (swirl element 74) can also be removed in an analogous manner.
The trigger for the use of a maintenance device according to the invention can also be the analysis of a fault at individual spinning positions. In the event of a thread break on a rotor spinning box, it is possible to draw conclusions about the source of the present thread break due to the last spun yarn piece before the thread break. For example, it is possible to assign the source of the error to the belt recess or the pneumatic fiber transport for a long, thin thread end. In the case of a short, non-integrated bundle of fibers, however, the cause of the fault is to be found in the resolution area or in the spinning rotor. The respective, possibly faulty spinning element can then be exchanged in a targeted manner by the maintenance device. For this it is necessary to always save the last spun sections of the yarn and their measurement data via a measurement value memory, which is connected to quality monitoring. If the thread breaks, this signal can be intercepted and compared with a reference pattern. After that, it is possible to assign the cause of the error.
With a corresponding design of the structural units or of the spinning elements, it is also possible, in addition to the spinning elements described, to replace take-off nozzles or thread take-off tubes. It has proven to be particularly advantageous to accommodate the spinning elements, which tend to wear or which have to be replaced when producing other yarn qualities, in structural units which are easily replaceable for the maintenance device. Thread monitors and quality monitoring devices are also suitable for an exchange and parts of the winding unit on which the thread is wound.
