  15. Stand according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that in the first position of the rotatable step (4) the swinging arms (5) are inclined at an angle from 5° to 20° from the vertical.
  16. Stand according to claim 1 or 6, characterised in that the actuating mechanism is arranged in the middle of the rotatable step (4).
  17. Stand according to claim 1, characterised in that a pedal frame (17) is mounted rotatably on the supporting frame (7) and slides with slide rollers on the lower side of the main frame (6).
  18. Stand according to claim 17, characterised in that the pedal frame (17) consists of a U-shaped tube whose ends are bent upwards and slides along the main frame (6).
  19. Stand according to claim 1 or 3, characterised in that a bearing block (18) is attached to the main frame (6) and a locking element (19) mounted rotatably thereon is kept biased by a spring (12) towards the rotatable step (4), wherein the locking element (19) consists of a multi-bent plate which with its upper end abuts slidingly against the lower side of the rotatable step (4).
  20. Stand according to claim 19, characterised in that the supporting frame (7) in the first position of the rotatable step (4) abuts against a lower contact surface of the locking element (19) and in the second position lies in a second contact surface of the locking element (19) arranged thereabove.
  21. Stand according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the movable step (4) is displaceable from a first into a second position.
  22. Scaffold ladder or stepladder with a number of steps arranged one above the other and an upper platform, including a movable stand according to any of claims 1 to 21.
