Claims (4)
- Anlasser, mit:einer Ausgangswelle (220), die ein Steilgewinde (221) aufweist;einem Ritzelübertragungsteil, das ein Ritzel (200) zum Eingreifen in einen Zahnkranz (100) eines Motors aufweist, wobei das Ritzel durch ein Zusammenwirken mit dem Steilgewinde der Ausgangswelle auf der Ausgangswelle axial verschiebbar montiert ist;einem Motor (500) zum Drehen der Ausgangswelle, um dadurch das Ritzel zum Eingreifen in den Zahnkranz zum Zahnkranz hin zu schieben;einem Rückkehrverhinderungsteil (231) zum Begrenzen der Rückkehr des Ritzels aus dem Zahnkranz, wenn das Ritzel während einer Drehung des Zahnkranzes des Motors in den Zahnkranz eingreift; gekennzeichnet durchein zwischen dem Ritzelübertragungsteil und dem Rückkehrverhinderungsteil angeordnetes Gleitteil (215), das auf dem Ritzelübertragungsteil drehbar montiert ist.
- Anlasser nach Anspruch 1, mit weiter:einem Rotationsregulierteil (230) zum Regulieren einer Rotation des Ritzels durch Abstützung am Ritzel, wobei das Rotationsregulierteil auf die dem Zahnkranz axial entgegengesetzt liegende Seite des Ritzels verschoben wird, wenn das Ritzel um eine vorbestimmte Distanz zum Zahnkranz hin vorspurt, und so als das Rückkehrverhinderungsteil arbeitet.
- Anlasser nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei:das Rückkehrverhinderungsteil in Stabform ausgebildet ist, die sich axial erstreckt und radial bewegbar ist.
- Anlasser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei:das Gleitteil eine Scheibe enthält, um das Rückkehrverhinderungsteil relativ zur Rotation des Ritzels stationär zu halten, nachdem das Ritzel mit dem Zahnkranz in Eingriff gelangt ist.
