In principle, it would be possible to achieve the required sound insulation or structure-borne sound insulation by means of targeted, but also complex measures when installing such tubs. However, such special assemblies cannot be implemented on normal construction sites, where work usually has to be carried out under time and cost pressure and with less qualified personnel.
From DE 41 26 383 A1 a mounting element for baths and shower trays is known which has the shape of a U-shaped mounting rail with a shorter and a longer leg and whose base located between these two legs is provided with water drainage openings. This mounting element is attached to the wall with the longer leg, and a sound decoupling band of U-shaped cross section can be slid onto the shorter leg, which is overlapped by the tub rim after the tub has been installed. The tub itself is also supported via support feet and at least one bricked-up wall, an essentially rigid material strip being arranged as a sound decoupling element between the free end of the bricked-up wall and the tub rim assigned to it, which on the one hand has a smooth underside for resting on the brickwork and on the other hand, has a profile design on the opposite side that corresponds to the underside of the tub in the area of the upper tub rim. Due to the support feet provided on both sides of the center of the tub, there is already a structurally perfect tub support, ie there would be a static overestimation if the wall-side support rail also had a supporting function.
With the configuration shown and described in
The object of the invention is a carrier system of the beginning mentioned type to create that extremely easy to handle, in particular appropriate and positionally accurate without exceptional specialist knowledge is mountable and thereby ensures that disturbing structure-borne noise transmissions in the building can be reliably excluded, whereby finally an appropriate and existing provisions and approved installation of the relevant technology enables tub installation shall be.
Tragschiene zumindest bereichsweise bedeckende Schallentkopplungsschicht
Starting from the preamble of
that the support members have at least one sound-decoupling insulating element, and that a sound-decoupling profile element is provided which can be positioned between the tub edge and the region of a support wall which can be erected below the tub edge facing it.
- that the mounting rail is covered with a sound decoupling layer, on which view the tub edge of the built-in tub is supported, the tub edge coming into contact only with the sound decoupling layer and not with the mounting rail itself and being separated from the structure by sound-decoupling layers or profiles,
- that a sound-decoupling profile element is provided on or on a support wall or apron installed in front of the tub, which is arranged so that the tub edge in the region of the support wall or apron only with the profile element and not with the support wall or apron itself comes into contact, and
- that the support members to be provided on the edge of the tub or on the floor have an insulating element which isolates the tub from the screed or the raw ceiling, or are made of solid material which isolates the sound.
This consistent sound decoupling can be used a carrier system according to the invention, for example there are no supporting walls or load-bearing drywall or the floor area under the tub separate acoustically from the rest of the building. There the sound decoupling of retaining walls, load-bearing drywall or floor areas compared to attaching the carrier system according to the invention a considerable effort represents, is by the invention in comparison to State of the art very economical and easy to use System created with which also a comparison improved sound decoupling of the tub to the prior art is accessible from the building.
Measurements carried out so far show that that the sound level of baths and shower trays, which of a carrier system according to the invention are held at a diagonal measurement is less than 30 dB (A), while in systems according to the prior art sound level above 40 dB (A) can be measured.
The carrier system according to the invention can be used for all commercially available Bathtubs and shower trays of any shape are used, these shower trays made of steel, cast iron or plastic can exist. When using rectangular or Square trays can be used for mounting rails or profile elements be provided while using differently shaped, for example round, semicircular or oval Troughs of this shape have been adapted to support rails or profile elements must be used.
The simple structure proves to be particularly advantageous of the carrier system according to the invention, due to which the assembly is easy to learn and carry out, the assembly effort is kept to a minimum. In addition, the simple structure ensures that the scope of the invention Carrier system parts are so robust that they can easily withstand construction site operations, without their acoustic or sound decoupling Properties to lose.
Since the individual parts of the carrier system according to the invention can be provided in different sizes or can be put together modularly to different sizes are created during assembly of the carrier system according to the invention little or no waste, what under environmental policy Is an advantage.
The carrier system according to the invention can be used to attach a Trough in every, usual in the sanitary technical practice Installation height can be used because the mounting rails are each in of any height can be attached to a wall Profile elements can be provided on retaining walls of any height can and the bottom support members either adjustable trained or provided at different heights can be, so that different distances between Screed or raw ceiling and trough floor can be realized are.
With the support system according to the invention, the fitter can adjust easily to different installation situations, that is, the carrier system can be both before and after the tiling of a bath, both Thin as well as thick bed tiling can be used. This flexible application of the invention Carrier system is still part of the description of the figures explained in more detail, with particular reference being made to this will that tubs easily with one, two or three sides Wall connection are attachable.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention one ensured by the measures described that no direct contact as part of the wall connection of the tub exists between the mounting rail and the tub rim, with the other additionally a wall-side sound decoupling element can be provided, which between the wall on the the mounting rail is attached, and the area facing it the tub rim is positionable. The one with the supported support rail covered the sound decoupling layer In this case, the tub cannot under any circumstances during assembly slide so close to the wall that there is direct contact between tub and wall results because between tub and wall the mentioned additional sound decoupling element is provided is. The additional sound decoupling element can also serve to keep an even distance between Tub and wall or between tub and one downstream ensure the tiling to be applied.
All described and still to be described within the framework of the Sound-decoupling materials which can be used according to the invention, in particular the sound decoupling layer of the mounting rail, the Insulating element of the support elements, the profile element of the support wall and the wall-side sound decoupling element can soft springy material, soft plastic, polystyrene, Cork, elastomeric materials, rubber, natural rubber, coconut, Soft foam, in particular PE foam, hard foam or the like or combinations of these materials.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention the mounting rail, the one that can be positioned between the tub rim and the retaining wall Profile element and / or the wall-side sound decoupling element than can be attached to one another in the longitudinal direction Items formed, in particular a length of 60, 90 or 120 cm. In this way the carrier system according to the invention without difficulty adapt different tub sizes and also in small, distribute handy packaging units.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention all parts of the carrier system according to the invention are moisture-resistant educated.
Further preferred embodiments of the invention are in the subclaims and in the context of the following description of the figures specified.
