Description

The invention relates, according to the title, to an organ or tilting device specially developed as slide-type switch, pusher, or switch to operate a mobile contact support, pendulum, developed for any system of mechanisms, but specially designed for the modular mechanisms of system included in EUNA Patent ES 545.782, since its structural characteristics, its adapted measures to the system and its functional peculiarities make it particularly practical for this application.

It is the particular intention of the inventor to endow the mechanism of structural and functional benefits by relation to known mechanisms, highlighting the pretension to seek solutions to ensure, from a side, a minimum of parts and, on the other hand, that these are mounted in a uniform and linear fashion between them and on the other hand that slip or means of the contact support act on a wide strip and uniformly on this contact support, alternating versions to make it more efficient, too well in this mission than in the way of assembling or to assemble its different parts.

One of the situations that frequently arise in manufacturing course is the simplification way standardized assembly of parts, which needs several operations which delay, hamper or increase costs the cost of the product. This from the point of view of production.

From a functional point of view, there are several requirements. Safety in the spring housing tension in their respective maneuvers; ensure her non-deformability against tension while maintaining good response to the displacement of the slide during each maneuver: maintain alignment and uniformity of friction of the sliding point on the contact support mobile; control and widen the maximum displacement of legs of this mobile contact holder and get a optimum coefficient of rupture on disconnection.

ETAT DE LA TECHNIQUESTATE OF THE ART

Multiple and diverse are the tilting systems slide which have a structure made up of an organ tilting, a sliding member and a tension spring which can act in various ways.

Among them, the most used system currently is a point of sliding, normally a blunt point contractile which acts on a mobile contact support, pendulum, in the shape of "V" (vé) and whose ends wear the contact pads.

Structural forms for housing the mechanism are more variable, but a history identified during researching products like this in art previous, SIMON, GUERIN, etc., none includes the characteristics that are claimed for the purpose of this Patent, according to the fundamental rules indicated in the preliminary paragraphs.

The patent ES 545.782 EUNEA to which refers mainly the subject of this Patent, brought a system of tilting pusher which operated on a contact support flat mobile with pendulum but with the conditions of any of the systems mentioned in background of the prior art.

ACTIVITE INVENTIVEINVENTIVE ACTIVITY

The claim of the invention is to harmonize a rocker switch for small mechanisms electric, which becomes common to different models which, by integrating a system of this type, are currently marketed and, in particular, a rocker switch for the mechanism holder module of EUNEA Patent ES 545.782.

An essential idea of the invention is that the slide mechanisms can be mounted successively and simply on the lower part or in the same position in a fitted member of the organ tilting.

An idea also of the invention is that the member housing receives the slide and the spring, medium elastic contractile, so that it cannot come out of its housing by perfectly supporting the tensions and the deformation curves in its tilting functions.

An idea also of the invention is that the slide hooks to the pendulum housing member, as well inside and outside of it, by simple elastic pressure effect and so that the slip does not exceed or exceed the limb section housing.

One idea of the invention is that the accommodation of the spring in the member and the means of fixing this in the slide be combined to ensure its coaxial re-routing within the first and its blocking or fixing with the second.

An essential idea also of the invention is that the slide has a point of friction on the support moving contact which acts uniformly across the width full of the surface of it, making it continuous, uniform and invariable its movement back and forth.

An advantageous idea also of the invention is to provide or give housing to the vertical member or external means to ensure maximum movement of the mobile contact support, ensuring both disconnection of these even if they could have communicate (glued) by heating the studs.

DESCRIPTION DE L'INVENTIONDESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Compared to the previous exposure concerning inventive step, this one structurally manifested by a preferred embodiment of the invention which, for this purpose, is described in detail in this chapter descriptive.

The main structure of the tilting device has two common elements, such as the common transverse axis of pivoting for tilting, the longitudinal tilting arm in a cross on this axis, composed of two equal parts provided with sockets for the key, and the vertical member integrating, component or support of the slide.

A main characteristic of the vertical member, according to the invention is that it is integrated with two walls parallel prismatics that conform to both the housing of the sliding mechanisms, provided internally of channels cut in their walls for the guiding the tension spring and laterally, on the open sides with small central partitions which constitute the switching points for fixing the slide.

Another detail related to the small fixing partitions of the slide consists in that, preferably, they slightly behind the edges of the walls of the vertical member to maintain space outside which will serve as an adjustment for the slide, in a possible fixing version of this to outside.

The slide, the main organ of the mechanism, integrates essentially, according to the invention, a part having the shaped like a U-shaped fork, prismatic section adequate, which in the free ends of its branches parallel to means, inward or toward outside, anchoring to be fixed by snap (and some elastic pressure) against the upper edge small side partitions. These means of engagement are angular tabs that hang on these small partitions by effect of pressure derived from fork material and the coefficient provided by its central opening.

The slide, on its common side, according to the invention, includes an axial prismatic billet which presents inside a rod coaxial with it and a section oblong which has flat side facets to receive and press fit the lower end of the spring, producing a relative deformation of it but in ensuring its immobilization. Action which, associated with its reguidation through the internal sizes of the member vertical, absorb the tension of the spring in its contractile reactions by preventing the spring from being dislodged rendering the mechanism ineffective.

Another advantageous feature of the slide consists that from the outside, the label is associated a point of sliding which is aligned with the arm common fork, which has a dimension equivalent to billet diameter and a blunt friction tip or half rounded which is arranged transversely to the base of the moving contact support, sliding evenly on this basis and by surrounding it on both sides, so that the contact support moves on the whole extent of its base, ensuring its displacement and avoiding any imbalance or alteration, swaying, displacement or unevenness of the very small support of mobile contact.

In relation to the behavior of this displacement and in order to ensure good contact or disconnection thereof, the vertical member of the rocker, according to the invention, outside, includes lowering or depressions respective located in its lower extremities, in ensuring maximum displacement of the contact support movable when its leg is retracted, tangentially, in the wall of the vertical member. This maximum approximation ensures that the opposite leg is flattened effectively against the fixed (contact) terminal. She also effectively ensures that in the contrary movement, the slide strongly entails the tangent tab, ensuring rupture even if contact remained communicated for any possible cause, usually a reheat or short circuit.

The linear friction provided by the wide tip of the slip, with a friction band which corresponds to the maximum point of the arc of the blunt edge of this point, and where this edge can be made with a profile longitudinally striated so that any deviation of the angle sliding support on the mobile contact support provides support for one of these streaks and the sure friction of the tip of the slide.

We realize below a broader idea of essential features of the invention by making reference to the drawing board attached to this brief, in which are represented, somewhat schematic and by way of example only, the details preferred of the invention.

The housing (6) in the side openings has small central partitions (12-13) (fig. 4 and 6) and slightly set back from the outer edge of the walls (4-4a) of the vertical member (5) which serve of engagement or fixing for the anchoring means of the slide.

The sliding part (14) is a U-shaped fork which, in the free ends of its parallel branches (17-18) includes anchor hooks (15-16) arranged to its engagement against the upper edge of small partitions (12-13) which partially close the opening (6) between the walls (4-4a) of the vertical member (5).

Dans ce cas, l'ouverture de la fourche (14) doit être resserrée pour être montée à l'intérieur du logement (6) du membre vertical (5).These anchor hooks (15-16), depending on the version of Figures 1, 2, 4, 8, 9 and 10 are oriented inward vertical legs (17-18) of the U-shaped fork (14) so that the engagement is made from the outside to the interior of the small partitions (12-13) and whose removal prevents the most important part of the branches (17-18) extends beyond the edges of the vertical member (5). But the hooks anchor (15a-16a) of the version of Figures 11 and 12 are oriented towards the outside of the branches (17-18), engagement occurring on small partitions (12-13) from inside to outside. In this case, the opening fork (14) must be tightened to be mounted at the interior of the housing (6) of the vertical member (5).

The simplified mounting operation is facilitated by the fact that the mechanisms are housed by the input lower of the housing (6) of the vertical member (5) jointly. It suffices that the spring (7) is mounted on the means with which the slide (14) is provided for this purpose and fits individually until the hooks anchor (15-16) or (15a-16a) are engaged in the walls (12-13).

The tension spring (7) is embedded in a rod (21), coaxial with a cylindrical billet (19) which cuts vertically the lower common section (20) of the fork (14). This stem has an oblong faceted section lateral (22) which increase the transverse diameter of the rod (21) so that the spring (7) is embedded by pressure. In this way, its position in the slide (14) is ensured, also guided, during its introduction into the housing (6) of the vertical member (5), by the half rod half channels (8-9) cut in the interior faces of the walls (10-11). This provision ensures that the spring does not come out of the housing (6) when it undergoes during different maneuvers the contractile stress strains and deformations logics of it.

The slide (14) has a point of sliding (23) exceptional which is aligned with the lower edge on the common side (20) of the fork (14), with a width equivalent to the diameter of the billet (19). A dimension which covers the total width of the base (25) of the support movable contact (fig. 3). This point (23) has an edge of friction (24) half round which ensures a good slide on the surface of the base (25) on which it rubs uniformly across its width. However, in a optional version, the rounded tip (24) can be formed of longitudinal ridges (24a) (fig. 2) which provide the permanent friction of one of its edges, whatever either the inclination of the slide (14) in its maneuvers respective.

As has been said, the tip (23) of the slide (14) rubs on its edge (24-24a) evenly and on the entire width of the base (25) of the contact support mobile (fig. 3) by moving the pendulum in its back and forth movements to carry the legs (26-26a) and their respective contacts (26b-26c) against the terminals fixed. This displacement, due to the characteristics of the tip (23) is optimally assured, but provision has been made for plus the corresponding external lowerings (27-28) on the lower ends of the walls (4-4a) to allow the tab (26 or 26a) of the contact support movable opposite the displaced leg, tangent to the limb vertical (5), fits in the lowering (27-28) respective, ensuring maximum movement of the tab opposite and thus ensuring contact with the terminals fixed.

Proximity or approximation of the tangent leg (26 or 26a) in the lowering (27-28) opposite that of the contact allows the return movement to be carried out effectively, because the vertical member (5) will pull strongly on the tangent leg, causing separation certain (breaking) of the leg in contact, forcing it to separate even if it has remained communicated or short-circuited.
