Description
The present invention relates to a cooking appliance with induction, and more specifically relates to the hob fitted to such a apparatus.
At present, all hobs with radiant fireplaces, halogen and induction, are equipped with a ceramic hob, placed above the fireplaces, and intended to support the containers heat. The main advantage of glass ceramic is that it has very interesting thermal characteristics, including a coefficient almost no expansion, which makes its use essential in the halogen and radiant hearths, for which the plate can reach temperatures of the order of 700 ° C. Such cooking appliances are by example known from documents DE-U-8 914 894 and DE-A-3 440 868. Because the devices described there have heating elements radiant, their cooking surfaces cannot be made of glass (borosilicate or soda-lime), which is significantly cheaper than glass ceramic. In in addition, the fact that the hot plates known from said document DE-U-8 914 894 are brought to a relatively high temperature, their edge must be relatively distant (at least 40 mm) from the support surrounding, if the latter is made of plastic. In addition, in this last case, if a large cooking container is placed on the hot plate, it communicates by conduction of heat to the support surrounding the plate, which requires either to increase the dimensions of the hot plate (therefore to increase the cost price), or to renounce when using plastic for the support.
On the other hand, the preceding advantage is not exploited in the heating by induction fireplace. Indeed, the heating occurring directly at the level of the container placed above the inductor, the rise in temperature of the hob, due to conduction thermal from the container to the plane, does not exceed, in the worst case, 300 to 350 ° C depending on the temperature regulation used.
However, glass ceramic is an expensive material, which strikes almost unnecessarily, given the previous remark, the price of household appliances.
The main purpose of the present invention is to find a replacement solution that significantly reduces the costs of a induction cooking appliance.
To do this, the subject of the present invention is an induction cooking appliance comprising a plate of substantially flat cooking and at least one inducing hearth placed under said plate, said plate being constituted by the assembly of a first part with a hole of size close to the diameter of the hearth inductor and greater than the diameter of the inductor hearth, and second glass part, intended to support a container for heating, said second part completely closing the hole of the first part, characterized in that the first part is obtained by molding of a heat-resistant material, and in that the second part has an upper surface raised relative to the upper surface of the first part.
- La figure 1 illustre une vue partielle en élévation du plan de cuisson équipant un appareil de chauffage à induction selon l'invention ;
- FIG. 1 illustrates a partial elevation view of the hob equipping an induction heating device according to the invention;
- FIGS. 2a to 2f illustrate different variants of geometric configurations for a hob fitted to an appliance according to the invention, seen from above.
appareil de cuisson à induction comportant un foyer inducteur 3.In Figure 1, there is shown schematically, in view
partial elevation, a container 1 to be heated placed on the
The inducing
Conformément à l'invention, la plaque de cuisson comporte deux parties de matériaux différents :According to the invention, the hob has two parts of different materials:
According to the invention, this first part is molded, by injection or by compression, in a heat-resistant material.
In a first possible variant, the material used for molding is a thermoplastic, preferably loaded by mineral particles (glass fibers, silica), in order to avoid molding imperfections.
In a preferred variant of the invention, a material is used thermosetting, which has very high mechanical stability and thermal compared to a thermoplastic material.
recouvrir totalement le trou 22 de la première partie 21.Furthermore, the hob according to the invention comprises
also a
The thickness of the second part is determined so as to optimize the heating of the container 1 by induction, the inducing focus being over its entire surface in contact with the lower part of this second part.
The glass used can be a conventional glass ceramic. In this case, we reduced the amount of material needed compared to the tables in glass ceramic known, and therefore, the total cost of the device.
You can also use a borosilicate glass, which has good temperature stability, and is less expensive.
supérieures à un certain seuil, typiquement de 320°C.In a third preferred variant, a glass is used
soda-lime, type of glass generally used to make windows.
Furthermore, soda-lime glass can advantageously be tempered so as to
to improve its resistance to mechanical shock. To keep good
mechanical strength of the glass linked to its tempering, advantageously can be provided
to use a temperature control device avoiding, by adjusting the
power of the inducing hearth, that
Soda-lime and borosilicate glasses are preferable to glass-ceramic because they retain their dielectric characteristics in temperature.
matériaux utilisés : The assembly of the two
maximale. In the example shown in Figure 1, the
In another possible variant, assembly can be carried out through a seal.
Taking into account the difference in the expansion coefficients thermal of the materials used (the coefficient of expansion of the material thermosetting can be twice as large as that of glass), the upper surface of the second part is raised relative to the upper surface of the first part, for example of the order of 1 millimeter.
Thus, even in the event of significant expansion, the bottom of the container is never in contact with the heat-resistant material of the first part.
Les avantages procurés par l'invention sont nombreux:The advantages provided by the invention are numerous:
très faible (environ 4 mm).First, the overall cost of a cooking appliance fitted with alune
plate according to the invention is significantly reduced compared to
same appliance fitted with a ceramic hob (the induction cooker can
be covered with a
Because the
Furthermore, the first part being molded, functions additional devices such as the control keypad or the air outlet of cooling can be integrated directly, with searches new aesthetics, in particular in terms of volume.
(circular, elliptical shapes (Figure 2a) or square (figure 2b) for devices fitted with four induction cookers conventional, or two induction cookers for fish dishes (Figures 2c to 2 F)).
Finally, the different materials previously described allow to widen the palette of colors, currently limited, in the case of vitroceramic, two colors (brown and white).
