- auxiliary grinding device return pipe socket 31 opens - aligned with the line 34 - A regrind feed line 36, whose inner diameter d is smaller than the inside diameter D of the regrind and regrind return line 34 and the pipe socket 31. This is opposite the flow rate in the line 34 and in the pipe socket 31 higher Flow rate in the regrind feed line 36 reached. This higher flow rate causes a good distribution of the Auxiliary grinding body 23 in the regrind and thus a pronounced hydraulic Transport of the auxiliary grinding body 23 and prevents backflow the auxiliary grinding body 23 in the pipe socket 31.
- the regrind feed line 36 in one piece or in one piece with the line 34 be formed.
- auxiliary grinding device return pipe socket 31 is - As indicated in Fig. 2 - a shut-off device 37 in the form of a slide, a valve or an adjustable throttle arranged as a starting aid can serve.

Description

EP 0 058 886 A2 (corresponding to US Pat. No. 4,496,106) is an agitator mill of the generic type known, the auxiliary grinding body return line immediately in front of the regrind auxiliary body feed opening opens into the regrind feed line at an angle of 90 °. The Auxiliary grinding body and not yet sufficiently ground material due to the centrifugal effect generated by the agitator Grinding auxiliary body outlet opening are thrown out and through the Grinding body return line can be returned. Through the confluence the grinding aid return line into the regrind feed line should be one Suction are generated, which still supports the centrifugation. In addition, a good premix of regrind and auxiliary grinding media should be used arise in the regrind feed line. It has been shown that through this design of the known agitator mill a reliable Grinding auxiliary body circulation is not accessible. Place the grinding aids get stuck in the grinding aid return line and remain there. Although such agitator mills are substantial in their basic design Have advantages when working with high regrind throughput should be, in which a pronounced transport of the auxiliary grinding bodies in the grinding room to the separating device, this type of agitator mills cannot enforce in practice, since the grinding aid circulation didn't work.
A ball mill for dry grinding is known from US Pat. No. 2,595,117. The ground material and the grinding media are used in this ball mill discharged together through a discharge line and into a vertical Air line brought, which serves as an air classifier. Through this vertical Air line is blown air from below that all smaller particles in promotes a separator. The grinding balls and large pieces of ground material fall against the air flow down and are conveyed by means of a screw conveyor demanded back to the mill. In the separator again a separation of enough finely ground material and not yet ground enough. The latter is done by a Line also fed to the snail.
The invention is based, an agitator mill of the generic type Kind so that a reliable circulation of the Grinding auxiliary body is reached.
Hierdurch
This object is achieved by the features in the labeling part
of
Numerous advantageous and partly inventive ones emerge from the subclaims Configurations. It has been shown that use a disc agitator for better grinding results than a cylinder agitator leads, because when using disc agitators the regrind a compared to the use of cylinder agitators, longer dwell time in the agitator mill has. With disc agitators is therefore particularly at sufficient throughput can be achieved.

4 angebracht. A so-called horizontal agitator mill is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.
This has a
Lager 10 drehbar gelagert.A
Er umschließt einen Mahlraum 16.On the
Concentric to the common central
Mahlhilfskörper-Auslaßöffnung 25 angeordnete Rührscheibe 21a hat also in
In the area of the
Between the
A grinding aid return pipe socket connects to the grinding aid outlet opening 25

essentially tangentially in a radial plane to the
34. Der durch die Mahlgut-Zuführleitung 36 zugeführte Mahlgutstrom
übernimmt den Rücktransport der Mahlhilfskörper 23 zur Zuführöffnung 24,
also zurück in den Mahlraum 16.
So far in the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 to 5 identical parts as in the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2 are present these have the same reference numbers. As far as functionally identical, structurally slightly different parts are available the same reference numerals as in the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2, but used with a prime. In no case needed it a separate new description.

Rührwerks-Welle 18' angebrachte Scheibe 44 aufweist.

The stand carrying the grinding container 12 'with a drive for the
