Hierbei ist der Pendelarm sehr lang ausgeführt, um einen möglichst großen Radius zu erhalten und damit die Bewegung des Messers auf einen möglichst wenig gekrümmten Kreisbogen zu führen.A wide variety of machines for cutting food are known.
