  • der Abstand zwischen den Hauptabschnitten beträgt an der engsten Stelle 3,1 mm;
  • der Haken hat eine Länge von 6,5 mm und eine äußere Breite am Hakenkopf von 3,2 mm und ist mit seinem geraden Schaft gegenüber der Längserstreckung um 3 ° in Richtung innenliegender Hauptabschnitt geneigt;

Die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile bestehen im wesentlichen darin, daß bei großer Deckbreite ein relativ kleiner Wickeldurchmesser des Rolladenpanzers gegeben ist. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Formgebung eines Rolladenstabs ist weniger Materialaufwand erforderlich (geringere Blechbreite), was insbesondere dann zu Buche schlägt, wenn der Rolladenstab aus Aluminiumband gerollformt ist. Auch kann durch die neue Form des Rolladenstabs die Wandung des Hohlkammerprofils (aus Aluminium) dünner gewählt werden bei gleicher Steifigkeit wie früher. Auch wurde bei dem neuen Profil die Schulterschräge (Innenseite des Profils) stark vergrößert, was beim Aufwickeln ein Einklemmen des Nachbarprofils verhindert. Diesem Ziel dient auch die Abstimmung der Deckbreite und des Krümmungsradius des außenliegenden Hauptabschnitts. Rolladenstab, bestehend aus einem auf die Rolladenbreite abgelenkten Hohlkammerprofil mit zwei gleichsinnig gekrümmten, nach außen gewölbten Hauptabschnitten, die an ihren einen Enden erst aufeinander zu nach einwärts und dann gegeneinander nach auswärts unter anschließender Bildung eines doppelwandigen Hakens umgebogen sind, an dessen zum außenseitig konkaven Längsabschnitt hin umgebogenen Ende die Bandkanten einander umfassen, und die an ihren anderen Enden unter Ausbildung einer zum Profilende hin offenen und am Grund hablkreisförmig ausgerundeten Kammer zur Aufnahme des Hakens am nächsten Rolladenstab miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die im wesentlichen parallel zueinanderverlaufenden Seitenwände der Kammer durch scharfkantiges Rückbiegen der Profilhauptabschnitte gebildet sind und die Rückbiegung an dem einen Hauptabschnitt an dem in die Kammer hinein umgebogenen Ende eines doppelwandigen Gegenhakens für den Haken des nächsten Rolladenstabes gelegen ist,
