In der Figur 1 ist eine Hubkippvorrichtung 1 in Seitenansicht schematisch
dargestellt, wobei lediglich der obere Lenker 3 und der untere Lenker 4 mit
dem Hubrahmen 2 zu sehen ist. An der Vorderseite des Hubrahmens 2 ist ein
Aufnahmekörper 11 in einer Schiene 14 in vertikaler Richtung verschiebbar
angeordnet, der am oberen Ende eine dreieckförmige Aufnahmeklaue 12
aufweist. In Figur 1 befindet sich der Aufnahmekörper 11 in seiner unteren
Ruhestellung R. An der dem Hubrahmen 2 zugewandten Seite weist der
Aufnahmekörper 11 einen Betätigungshebel 15 auf, der sich durch den
Hubrahmen 2 hindurch erstreckt und gegenüber der Rückseite 6 des
Hubrahmens 2 vorsteht. Am freien Ende 16 dieses Betätigungshebel 15 ist eine
Zylinderkolbeneinheit 17 angelenkt, die am anderen Ende an einem Hebelarm
8 angreift, der die Greifschiene 7 trägt. An der Greifschiene 7, die sich in der

In der Figur 3 sind zwei der Hubkippvorrichtungen 1 am Heck eines
Müllfahrzeuges dargestellt, wobei die Aufnahmekörper 11 fest am Hubrahmen
2 befestigt sind. Lediglich die Greifschiene 7 ist, wie zuvor beschrieben,
schwenkbar am Hubrahmen 2 angeordnet. Im rechten Teil befindet sich die

Claims (7)
- Lifting/tipping or tipping apparatus for the emptying of refuse receptacles into a collecting container, having a gripping rail (7) for gripping the refuse receptacle at its carrier device which is attached to a lifting frame (2) to pivot from a pick-up position (A) about a horizontal axis (9), which is parallel with the gripping rail, in the direction towards the collecting container into a rest position (R), and vice versa, and having an additional pick-up element (11) which is provided on the lifting frame (2) and which is in the form of an independent component and which is arranged, with a triangular pick-up claw (12), rigidly or for displacement in a vertical direction from a lower rest position (R) into an upper pick-up position (A), and vice versa.
- Apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the movement of the gripping rail (7) is correlated with that of the pick-up element (11).
- Apparatus according to either claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that, between the gripping rail (7) and the pick-up element (11), at least one cylinder-piston unit (17) is arranged in such a manner that, when the cylinder-piston unit (17) is activated, the gripping rail (7) moves into pick-up position (A) and the pick-up element (11) moves into rest position (R), and vice versa.
- Apparatus according to claim 3, characterised in that the gripping rail (7) is attached to a lever arm (8) which is pivotable about the horizontal axis (9) and to the free end (19) of which the cylinder-piston unit (17) is articulated.
- Apparatus according to either claim 3 or claim 4, characterised in that the pick-up element (11) is guided in a rail (14) which is attached to the lifting frame (2) and has, at the side facing the lifting frame (2), an activation lever (15), to the free end (16) of which the cylinder-piston unit (17) is articulated.
- Apparatus according to any one of claims 3 to 5, characterised in that the cylinder-piston unit (17) can be controlled in accordance with the type of the receptacle (18, 20) to be emptied.
- Apparatus according to claim 6, characterised in that the lifting/tipping or tipping apparatus (1) is fitted with a reading device which detects an identification characteristic fitted to the receptacle and passes a signal to a control unit which controls the cylinder-piston unit (17).
