Description

The invention relates to a suction mouthpiece according to the preamble of the first claim.

In a known suction mouthpiece of this type (DE-GM 73 41 134) are in a base plate facing the surface to be extracted Auxiliary elements provided, at least one Suction channel directly into the base plate made of sheet metal is imprinted, while other aids, such as Wheels attached in another holding plate are. This holding plate lies on the one to be extracted Surface facing away from the rear side of the base plate and is provided with wheel arches, on the edges of which the respective Wheels with a wheel axle supported on both ends are. The disadvantage of this structure is the necessity the manufacture and assembly of the base plate with the Retaining plate.

A structure similar to that described above Suction mouthpiece, which has the same disadvantages, shows also DE-A-30 25 977. WO-A-90/04348 is a Vacuum cleaner known, in which wheels on the lower housing part be snapped with their wheel axles.

The invention is based, with a suction nozzle measures according to the preamble of the first claim to meet through the ease of manufacture and high functionality an uncomplicated assembly and disassembly of auxiliary elements is made possible.

This object is achieved according to the invention by the characteristic features of the first claim.

In a configuration of a suction mouthpiece according to the Invention is the bottom plate with the for Auxiliary elements required brackets in one piece abrasion-resistant and impact-resistant plastic as one component manufactured. Then on this base plate Tools attached in simple plug-in assembly and for example with the help of a flat screwdriver be expanded or replaced by laypeople. This can the wheel arch molded into the base plate one of the Have level outgoing flank that under a acute angle to the plane of the base plate is inclined so that they are below the area of the wheel arch scenario at an acute angle to the level of the base plate, i.e. from the wheel axis tilts away. It can be done with a Flat screwdriver under a correspondingly flat one Angle with the screwdriver blade under the wheel in question be gripped that it with its associated wheel axle by breaking the screwdriver over the edge between the lifting flank and the base plate perpendicular to the plane of the base plate and with Bearing slots provided with locking means are levered out can. Two of these in plan view as in Side view U-shaped and in the wheel arch open storage slots take one end of each Wheel axle on and are on a slot flank with a Provide locking lug over which the wheel axle when inserting as when removing with elastic deformation of the Slot edges are pressed. The latches are there only on the slot flank adjacent to the lifting surface useful to pry out during disassembly facilitate. Around the locking lugs in a simple tool to be able to represent, they are axially next to the end, storage area provided at the bottom of the bearing slots arranged, the bearing slot in a vertical Projection in the area of the relevant latch rear opposite side of the base plate is open. The Bearing slots can therefore be easily driven over Tools are injected, with a core part of the aspirated surface facing side up to the to be formed locking nose can be performed. Need it so none adjustable transversely to the main demolding direction Core slides are used. The bottom plate can moreover in the area of the slot guides spherical, protruding beyond the level of the base plate Formations that are just below that of the wheels formed level and end like the skids wheel in question, especially against side impacts shield and an excessive sinking of the base plate in prevent a carpet. The spherical shapes are in particular in the main sliding direction of the Suction mouthpiece assigned to rear wheels. in the Roles lying in the front area can be in the Suction channel to be included. In this case it is useful when parallel to the longitudinal direction of the base plate or the suction channel directed wheel axles, in pairs at a distance from each other in the main sliding direction are arranged offset, the lifting flanks each the side of the to provide respective wheel arch. The wheels can do this close to the relevant longitudinal side edges of the base plate be used without the possibility to pry out affect.

In addition to one in the base plate To be able to fix the sealing strip in a detachable manner, is essentially in cross section in the bottom plate U-shaped, at least approximately in the longitudinal direction of the Suction channel formed groove that leads to the level of Base plate is open. In order to do so, retaining webs for a correspondingly adapted last foot in a simple manner to be able to form, are breakthroughs in the groove base provided, in the area at least on a groove flank one facing the opposite groove flank Retaining bar is molded. Leave these retention bars in an injection mold with a run over core easy way to make after here too Core stamp through the breakthroughs on the retaining webs from the back of the base plate. The on the elastic foot molded lip protrudes at least down to the level through the free Side edges of the suction channel is predetermined. The sealing lip prevents air from being sucked in during operation Slide direction rear side of the mouthpieces. During assembly, the last can be due to its sufficient elasticity between the retaining webs be pushed into the groove, while in the Disassembly with a screwdriver or the like Last foot end between the adjacent retaining webs can be levered outwards. By train on at this end, the rest of the groin triggers the groove in question.

The invention is based on the sketches of a Embodiment explained in more detail.

A suction mouthpiece for a vacuum cleaner has one Base plate 1, on which auxiliary elements as a Suction channel 2 with associated thread lifters 3, sealing strips 4, Wheels 5 and support surfaces 6 or support bales 7 are provided are. The wheels 5 are partially immersed in Wheel housings 8 in which the wheels with their wheel axles 9 are supported and fixed at both ends. The bottom plate 1 is made of plastic in a spray or Press tool manufactured, the suction channel 2, the Wheel arches 8 and brackets 10 for sealing strips 4 or Slots 11 are integrally formed for the wheel axles.

The bearing slots 11 run perpendicular to the one shown Bottom of the base plate 1 in the side plane rear, in the operating case lying on top 28 the bottom plate 1 and are U-shaped both when viewed from above on the base plate 1 as well as in the side view according to 3, the respective bearing slot 11 in the slot depth is an end bearing surface for one end the wheel axis 9. To secure the in the each bearing slot 11 used bearing axis 9 is used an upstream locking lug 13 which is radial to the wheel axis 9 is directed and as a securing means for the wheel axle 9 serves in the assembled operating position. When inserting the Wheels 5 become the opposing slot flanks 14 elastically from each other when the locking lug 13 is pressed over pushed away to the bearing axis 9 on the assigned bearing surface 12 in the adjustment of the wheel axle 9 spring back and prevent an automatic release.

To perform a disassembly of the wheels 5 in a simple manner to when cleaning the wheel arches 14 or Wheels 5 should also be possible by lay people Wheel arches 8 assigned flanks 15, which under one acute angle 16 inclined to the level of the base plate 1 is that there is a difference between the remaining distance between Wheel circumference and wheel arch results in increased distance. about this flank can, for example, be a flat screwdriver 17 are inserted into the wheel arch 8 so that when tilting over the between the lifting flank 15 and the plane of the Base plate 1 formed edge 18 by the cutting edge 19 of the Screwdriver a lifting torque to the extent of the concerned wheel can be exercised, the Main force component to the open side of the concerned Slot guides 11 is directed. The wheel in question can thus against the locking action of the locking lugs 13th pry out of the associated bearing slots 11 again. If several wheels 5 are provided, the wheel axles 9 parallel to the longitudinal direction of the base plate 1 or Suction channel 2 and in the main sliding direction at a distance are offset from each other, then the Lifting flanks 15 arranged so that they are each towards the center the bottom plate 1 run out. It results in a simplified access during disassembly as well as the Possibility to get the wheels as close as possible to the concerned Use the longitudinal edges of the base plate 1. To the with the locking lugs 13 bearing slots 11 in one pullable in the longitudinal direction of the bearing slots 11 To be able to form the mold, the locking lugs 13 axially next to the end bearing surface 12 arranged and the bearing slot 11 in the demolding direction only in the area of the latch 13 to the rear 28 of the Base plate 1 designed open.

Die balligen Ausformungen 7 bilden so seitliche Auflaufschrägen zum Schutz der betreffenden Räder 5.While the support surface 6 in the main sliding direction middle area behind one of the suction channel 2 assigned suction opening 20 and is up to the relevant rear side edge 21 of the base plate 1 extends, the spherical formations of the rear longitudinal side edge 21 in the outer corner area arranged wheel arches 8 assigned and from the Bearing slots 11 penetrated. The spherical shapes 7 thus form lateral bevels to protect the relevant wheels 5.

The sealing strips 4 provided in the base plate 1 molded grooves 10 extend into Main slide direction laterally next to the support surface 6 in essentially parallel to the suction channel 2. The grooves 10 are in the longitudinal direction substantially U-shaped and open to the working level of the floor slab. The Groove bottom points openings 22 toward the rear 28 on, so that support webs 23 remain, on which the last foot 24 of the sealing strip 4 supports. additionally are on the opposing flanks 25 Retaining webs 26 are formed, each for opposite groove flank point and as a counter bearing serve for the last foot 24. At the cross section of the Groove essentially matched elastic, thickened Last foot 24 is a thin, soft elastic Sealing lip 27 integrally formed, the free lip edge to above that determined by the edges of the suction channel 2 Level and in particular on the determined by the wheels 5 Level protrudes. This sealing strip 4 prevents largely the free inflow of air from the back Long edge 21 forth, as does the raised support surface 6 causes. You need to insert the sealing strip 4 Last foot 24 only on the open side of the groove 10 or placed on the retaining webs 26 and under elastic deformation between the retaining webs 26 to be pressed into the groove 10. The Retaining bars 26 then prevent an unintentional The sealing strip falls out of the groove 10. For disassembly only needs one end of the concerned Sealing strip 4 from the groove 10 using a tool to be levered out afterwards by hand or by means of a pair of pliers pulled out of the rest of the groove 10 to become.

This construction is next to an uncomplicated one Manufacturing possibility for the base plate 1 also one Easy assembly and disassembly for the wheels 5 as achieved for the sealing strip 4.
