Dadurch werden die Lamellen 23 über die Schwenkorgane 12, 13 in eine leicht geschlossenen Lage verschwenkt (in den Figuren ist auf der rechten Seite des Lamellenbehanges die Innenseite und auf der linken Seite die Aussenseite eines Gebäudes zu verstehen). Damit wird der Lamellenbehang mit im oberen Bereich geöffneten und im unteren Bereich teilweise geschlossenen Lamellen abgesenkt. Diese Einstellung ist insbesondere für Bildschirmarbeitsplätze vorteilhaft. Solbald der Behang vollständig abgesenkt ist, wird der Schieber 14, wie vorgängig beschrieben derart verschoben, dass die Anschlagwirkung aufgehoben wird. Damit können nun die Wippenscheiben, wie in Figur 5 dargestellt, in Pfeilrichtung weiter verschwenkt werden, bis die Federenden 8'' resp. 9'' an die entsprechenden Endanschläge 19 resp. 21 gelangen und damit in beiden Lamellenbehangbereichen die Lamellen 22 resp. 23 vollständig geschlossen werden können. In dieser vollständig abgesenkten Stellung können die beiden Wippen 6 und 7 beliebig frei zwischen den Endanschläge 18 und 19 resp. 20 und 21 durch Verdrehen der Aufziehwelle verschwenkt werden.
