Abstract

Described is a sports shoe with a sole which includes a flexurally stiff girder section (1) extending essentially over the whole of the sole. The cross-section of the girder section exhibits at least one horizontal zone and at least two zones (1w, 1s) located on each side of the horizontal zone and extending essentially at right angles downwards and/or upwards, both shell-upper components (6, 9) and sole-plate parts (5, 8, 15, 16) being attached to the girder section (1).

Description

The invention relates to a sports shoe with a sole structure and with shell parts arranged longitudinally and / or width-adjustable thereon, the sole structure at least in sections having a longitudinal profile, the cross section of which has at least one horizontal section and at least two, arranged on both sides of the horizontal section has sections extending vertically downwards and / or upwards.

Sports shoes, in particular ski shoes, but also roller skates and ice skates, as well as other sports shoes, are nowadays mostly made of plastic using tips. In order to achieve the strength required for many sports shoes, large amounts of plastic are often required, whereby not only the high starting price of the raw plastic, but also the costs of manufacturing it are disadvantageous. A particular problem in manufacturing is to be found in the fact that a large number of shapes are required for each model in order to cover all shoe sizes. In addition, there is the fact that the shapes, particularly in the case of ski boots, are complicated and correspondingly expensive.

For this reason, shoes with different adjustment mechanisms have become known.

For example, the applicant's EP-A1-443 293 describes an adjustment shoe in which the sole structure has two sole plate sections, of which a rear section has a recess for a rearward-projecting extension of the front section. The The recess and the extension are longitudinally displaceable and lockable to one another. This arrangement could thus be regarded as a U-shaped longitudinal profile which is predominantly arranged in the heel area of the sole structure. In the sole structure, there are also plates arranged one above the other and provided with guide slots, to which shell parts of the sports shoe are fastened in a laterally adjustable manner.

Furthermore, EP-A2-356 398 describes an adjustment shoe construction by the applicant, an embodiment with a two-part sole being shown, which has a front part and a heel part, which are connected to one another in a length-adjustable manner by means of two parallel rods arranged in parallel. Each of these shell parts has a transverse groove on the top, on which side shell parts are guided so that they can be adjusted laterally. Furthermore, these shell parts are connected to one another by means of side cover plates. In a further embodiment, the front part and the heel part of the sole are each made up of two blocks arranged next to one another, which are connected to one another by screws for width adjustment. In this embodiment, the length is adjusted by means of the side cover plates.

In order to achieve the required strength, however, the sole structures of the known sports shoes mentioned above must be made from high-quality and therefore expensive materials. By using such materials, the corresponding sole structure undesirably has a considerable weight.

Furthermore, a shoe construction is described in FR-2 629 313, which can be adapted to the individual foot arch of the user. With this construction, however, no sports shoe with a length and / or width adjustment can be realized.

Furthermore, a low shoe is described in DE-OS 2 535 982, which consists of a front and a heel part, which are connected to each other in an adjustable length via a frame profile integrated in the heel. On this basis, too, no corresponding sports shoe can be realized.

An object of the invention is to provide a sports shoe that can be manufactured more easily and cheaply and yet meets all the requirements that are placed on sports shoes, in particular ski boots, and that also has sufficient strength with the lowest possible weight.

This object is advantageously achieved in a sports shoe of the type mentioned at the outset in that the sole structure has a rigid support profile which extends in the longitudinal direction essentially over the entire sole structure and to which both shell parts and sole plate sections can be fastened, the elements being attached to the support profile attached soleplate sections or shell parts are adjustable in the longitudinal and / or transverse direction.

The invention results in a stiffening of the sports shoe, which makes it possible to save expensive material in many places and at the same time expands the field of application of the sports shoe, since the support profile can serve as a central fastening point for other stiffeners and / or additional devices.

An embodiment is to be regarded as advantageous in which the carrier profile has a closed cross section, for example a tubular design. This embodiment is characterized by a particularly high strength.

A further development of a sports shoe according to the invention is, inter alia, that the carrier profile consists of two interlocking profile parts which can be displaced in the longitudinal direction and can be fixed in different relative positions.

A particularly advantageous embodiment accordingly results if the carrier profile consists of two telescopically displaceable, essentially tubular profile parts with a rectangular tube cross section
Further features of the invention are characterized in the remaining subclaims.

According to FIGS. 1 to 3, a shoe designed here as a ski shoe according to the invention has a support profile 1 as a supporting part of its sole structure, which extends over a large part of the length of the shoe and that, like can be seen from the cross section shown in Fig. 2a, has three horizontal sections 1w and four vertical sections 1s. A grid of longitudinal slots 2 is formed in the horizontal sections. The carrier profile 1 is preferably made of metal and, for example, by bending, extruding or forging, and is particularly rigid in the longitudinal direction.

Dieser Bereich 6b besitzt gleichfalls linke und rechte Sohlenplattenabschnitte 5b.A rear section 3 and a front section 4 of the shoe can be fastened to the longitudinal profile 1. The rear section consists of a rear sole plate part 5 and a rear shell part 6. The latter is provided on both sides with flexion slots 7, which allows an area 6b to be bent more easily inwards and outwards. This area 6b also has left and right sole plate sections 5b.

Similarly, the front section 4 has a front sole plate part 8, a front shell part 9, lateral flexion slots 10 and bendable areas 9b with associated sole plate sections 8b. 3, the sole plate sections 8b (also 5b) have transverse slots 11 and bores are formed in the front sole plate part 8 (also in part 5).

The shoe also has a tongue 13 and a rear part 14, these parts being connected in a suitable manner to the remaining parts of the shoe. Finally, two sole end parts, namely a heel end part 15 and a sole tip 16 can be fastened to the carrier profile 1 from below.

As can easily be recognized by the person skilled in the art, the parts described can be connected to one another and to the carrier profile 1 by means of screw connections, not shown here.

The size of the shoe shown can be changed, since the rear section 3 and the front section 4 are displaced in the longitudinal direction with respect to the carrier profile 1 due to the longitudinal slots 2 and can be fixed in the desired position. Furthermore, according to the flexion slits 7 and 10, the released areas 6b and 9b can be pivoted inwards or outwards against the elasticity of the material of the shell parts, and this results in a width adjustment of the shoe in the orthopedically relevant areas. The described length and width adjustment is usually carried out during the assembly of the shoe in order to set a predetermined shoe size, but a later adjustment is also possible in specialist shops or at most by the user.

In the shoe shown in FIGS. 4a to 4g in a front partial area, the carrier profile 1 consists of a sheet meandering in cross-section with a total of six vertical sections 1s and five horizontal sections 1w. The front section 4 shown in FIG. 4a corresponds to that shown in FIGS. 1 and 3. 4b and c, a front under sole 17 can be seen which bears on its upper side a plurality of longitudinal webs 18 which are arranged such that they form-fit with longitudinal webs 19 projecting downward from the carrier profile 1 and which are defined by corresponding vertical sections 1s , cooperate. This can be seen from FIGS. 4e and f. There you can also see one of several screws 20 which are inserted from below through bores 21 of the under sole 17, longitudinal slots 2 or bores of the support profile 1 and the transverse slots 8b of the front section 4 and cooperate with nuts 22 (FIG. 4d), so that a Screwing or adjusting the individual parts in the desired position is possible.

The sole plate part 8 encompasses the support profile 1 of FIG. 4g with lateral longitudinal webs 23 projecting downward outside, here too there is a positive connection.

In the ski boot shown in FIGS. 5 to 10, the carrier profile 1 consists of two positively interlocking profile parts 24, 25 which can be displaced in the longitudinal direction and can be fixed in different relative positions.

Both the rear profile part 24 and the front profile part 25 have an essentially rectangular tube cross section (see FIG. 8), the front profile part 25 representing an inner tube which is slidably displaceable in an outer tube formed by the rear profile part 24. The respective relative position of the profile parts 24, 25 can e.g. are fixed with the aid of a pin 27 penetrating both profile parts in corresponding bores 26. It should be noted that the front profile part 25 here, strictly speaking, has two closed cross sections, since it has an inner central longitudinal web 28 (FIG. 8). The front profile part 25 could just as well have a full cross-section, i.e. not be tubular but rod-shaped.

A rear section 3 of the shoe sits on the rear profile part 24, and a front section 4 of the shoe sits on the front profile part 25. It is therefore clear that a mutual displacement of the two profile parts 24, 25 leads to a change in the length of the shoe.

A width adjustment of the shoe is also provided in the embodiment according to FIGS. 5 to 10. The shoe has two lateral, width-adjustable, rear shell parts 29, which merge downwards into a double web 30, which overlaps the rear profile part 25 (FIG. 8). A threaded spindle 31 passes through the sole structure and is in suitable bores in the double webs 30 and the rear Profile part 25 stored. Nuts 32 held in the double webs 30 act in opposite directions Threaded sections of the spindle 31 together, which can be rotated from the outside by means of a tool, for example a screwdriver, as a result of which the shell parts 29 are mutually adjustable in the lateral direction. Circlips 33 held in grooves in the spindle 31 between the rear pre-filing part 24 and the double webs 30 prevent the spindle 31 from shifting in the axial direction.

In order to enable the profile parts 24, 25 to be displaced relative to one another despite the spindle 31 passing through the two profile parts 24, 25, longitudinal slots 34 are formed in the front inner profile part 25 (FIG. 5, dashed lines).

The additional guidance of the rear shell parts 29 is achieved by two cross bolts 35, which in principle, like the spindle 31, enforce the sole structure, but without being connected to nuts like the spindle 31. The cross bolts 35 can be secured against axial displacement in any suitable manner. Longitudinal slots 34 ′ must also be provided for the transverse bolts 35 in the inner front (or the outer rear) profile part 25.

Analogously, two lateral front shell parts 36 are mounted on the front profile part 25 in a laterally adjustable manner by means of a further threaded spindle 37 and nuts 38. In order not to impede mutual adjustment of the two profile parts 24, 25, longitudinal slots 39 are formed in the rear, outer profile part 24.

A heel part 27 and a toe part 41 as well as a sole plate 42 serving as slip protection and a front sole plate 43 are also fastened to the carrier profile 1. These parts are attached with the help of merely indicated screw connections. In particular heel part 40 and toe part 41 should be with the carrier profile 1 or its two parts 25, 26 and / or other parts of the Sole structure are also in a positive connection. For example, the front sole plate 43 has webs 44 and elevations 45 (FIGS. 9, 10) which engage in corresponding depressions 44 ′, 45 ′ on the underside of sole sections of the tip part 41 (FIG. 7).

Die Beinstützen 48 sind zusätzlich mit ihren unteren Enden in Ausnehmungen 51 der Verbreiterungen 46 abgestützt.11 shows an embodiment of the carrier profile 1 which is similar to that described above with regard to the tubular cross-sections, but in which the rear, outer profile part 24 has lateral widenings 46 on its upper side and webs 47 projecting upward like a comb. The asymmetrical widenings 46 are preferably only present in the heel area. It is shown here that additional parts, such as, in particular, lateral leg supports 48, only indicated and described in more detail below, can be held on the carrier profile by means of two screw bolts 49 penetrating the webs 47 and a common nut 50 held between two central webs. The leg supports 48 are additionally supported with their lower ends in recesses 51 in the widenings 46.

The outer rear profile part 24 has short, outwardly extending projections 52 on its underside, so that a positive connection with a correspondingly shaped, slide-on midsole section 53, e.g. consists of polyurethane, is possible.

Parts of the carrier profile 1 which are telescopically displaceable in the longitudinal direction relative to one another do not have to be tubular. As shown in FIG. 12, the carrier profile 1 can consist of a first, lower profile part 54 with webs 55 protruding upwards like a comb and from a second, upper profile part 56 with webs 57 that are comb-like downwards, the said webs 55, 57 interlocking in a positive manner. 11, here the upper profile part 56 has additional upper webs 47 and lateral widenings 46 and on the lower profile part 54 likewise a lower sole section 53 is pushed on.

In the embodiment according to FIGS. 13 to 16, the carrier profile 1 consists of two telescopically longitudinally displaceable profile parts, a lower, rear profile part 58 and a front, upper profile part 59. As in the embodiment according to FIG. 12, there are also one of them Base plate 60 of the lower, rear profile part 58 ridges 55 upward like a comb, namely one central and two lateral ridges, and four upper ridges 57 protrude downward from the upper, front profile part 59. The webs of the two profile parts 58, 59 are in a positive connection, so that the two profile parts can only be moved in the longitudinal direction. The two profile parts 58, 59 are advantageously fixed against one another with transverse bolts, as shown in connection with FIGS. 5 to 8. Likewise, rear or front shell parts can be mounted on the support profile 1 in a transverse manner, which is illustrated in FIG. 16. Fig. 16 differs only in the design of the support profile and in that of Fig. 8 that the adjustment of the front shell parts 36 is shown, so that detailed explanations are unnecessary. The base plate 60 of the lower profile part 58 forms a sole part on which e.g. a plastic sole could be glued on.

This bracket 103 is divided approximately in the longitudinal center plane of the shoe and the two bracket halves 103a, 103b can be displaced relative to one another in the vertical direction and can be fixed in the desired position by means of a screw connection 104 . The screw connection 104 can be part of a pin-slot connection and the abutting surfaces of the bracket halves 103a, 103b can be roughened or have teeth 105.

Das Fußbett kann auch selbsttragend bzw. relativ steif sein, sodaß es dem gesamten Sohlenaufbau eine zusätzliche Festigkeit verleiht.18 shows a carrier profile 1 with upstanding webs 47 (similar to FIG. 11 or 12) on which a footbed 106 or an insole rests, wherein longitudinal webs 107 projecting downward from the footbed 106 interact with the webs 47 of the carrier profile 1 . The footbed 106 could also be glued or screwed to the carrier profile 1 and can be made of foamed plastic, for example. The footbed can also be self-supporting or relatively stiff, so that it gives the entire sole structure additional strength.

Andererseits kann eine solche abgeschrägte Laufsohle rasch gegen eine übliche, gerade Laufsohle (oder Abschnitt) ausgetauscht werden.FIG. 19 shows a carrier profile 1 with longitudinal webs 108 projecting downward therefrom, wherein an outsole section 109 with webs 110 projecting upwards can be plugged onto the carrier profile 1 from below and fixed by means of one or more transverse bolts 111. The outsole or its section 109 can be beveled in the transverse direction as shown, so that the entire shoe tilts by a small angle. This can be useful for adapting to special anatomical (orthopedic) conditions or to a driving style. On the other hand, such a beveled outsole can be quickly replaced with a conventional, straight outsole (or section).

In Fig. 20 sind Bohrungen 132, 133 in der Sohlenspitze 128 bzw. in dem Sohlenplattenabschnitt eines Spitzenteiles 41 zu sehen, in welchem entsprechende Abschnitte der Gewindespindel 129 gelagert sind.21 and 22 show a possibility for the lateral adjustment of sole end parts, namely sole tip and heel end part. 20 and FIG. 21 show such a fastening of a sole tip 128 to the rods 62 of a carrier profile 1. A transverse threaded spindle 129 or screw can be rotated on both sides in the sole tip 128, but is mounted axially immovably and with its thread in threaded bores 130 of the rods 62 guided. By turning the threaded spindle 129, the sole tip 128, which has a corresponding clearance 131 in the transverse direction, can thus be shifted to the left or right. 21 is the sole tip 128 moved to its leftmost position. 20 shows bores 132, 133 in the sole tip 128 or in the sole plate section of a tip part 41, in which corresponding sections of the threaded spindle 129 are mounted.

In an analogous manner, a heel end part 134 can be mounted on the rear end of the carrier profile 1, namely on a correspondingly graduated profile rear part 61. In addition to a transverse threaded spindle 135 (corresponding to the spindle 129 for the sole tip 128), a transverse guide pin 136 is also provided here, which is secured in a suitable manner against axial displacement. The heel end part 134 is also in its extreme left position according to FIG. 21. The described transverse adjustment of the sole end parts enables a further adaptation to orthopedic peculiarities and / or to the respective use (e.g. slalom, downhill) or the personal driving style.

Der Zylinder 138 ist auf einer in der Mitte hochgewölbten inneren Oberfläche der Sohlenspitze, die z.B. aus Aluminium oder Polyurethan bestehen kann, abgestützt.22 to 26 show that sole end parts with respect to the carrier profile 1 can also be mounted such that they can be tilted and locked about an essentially horizontal longitudinal axis. 22 to 25 are for this purpose in the tip region of the shoe on in longitudinal holes 137 of rods 62 of the profile part 1 eccentrically from a cylinder 138 projecting stub axles 139, which in turn are each eccentrically held in cylinder pieces 140, which in bores 141 of the Sole end part, here a sole tip 142, are rotatably mounted. The cylinder 138 is on a bulging inner surface of the sole tip, e.g. can be made of aluminum or polyurethane.

The adjustment arrangement just described, as best seen in FIG. 22, is provided in duplicate in a row in the front area of the sole tip. In the back is a similar one Adjustment arrangement, but provided without a central cylinder. On both sides of the sole tip 142, cylindrical pieces 143 are rotatably mounted in corresponding bores and can be fixed by means of fixing screws 144. It should be noted here that the cylinder pieces 140 of the two front adjustment arrangements can also be blocked in one way or another. Eccentrically short pins 145 protrude inward from the cylinder pieces 143 and are guided in longitudinal slots of the carrier profile 1, in this case the profile rear part 61.

From the above it can be seen that by turning the cylinder pieces 140 or 143 a lateral tilting of the sole tip 142 - in general a sole end part or also an entire sole with respect to the profile part 1 and thus the entire remaining sole structure is possible, whereby an adaptation to orthopedic or driving conditions is feasible.

In the embodiment according to Fig. 26, on a sole end part 146, e.g. a heel end part attached two inner lateral inserts 147 with inwardly facing, concavely curved and toothed strips or a corrugated guide surface 148. An upwardly arched support insert 149 rests on the inner bottom surface of the sole end part 146. On the other hand, on the left and right side surfaces of a carrier profile 1, outwardly facing, convexly curved guide surfaces 150 are provided on inserts 151 connected to the carrier profile 1. The guide surfaces 150 or the like with toothed strips. provided and they cooperate with the guide surfaces 148 on the sole end piece, a screw connection 152 being provided on each side, which, in the manner shown, enables the mutually associated guide surfaces 148-150 to be pressed together.

After loosening the screw connections 152, a lateral tilting of the sole end part 146 with respect to the Carrier profile 1 possible in a desired inclined position. The screw connections are then tightened again.

The application of the invention to ice skates or roller skates is illustrated by way of example in FIGS. 27 to 30.

Diese Ausbildung erfordert eine Öffnung 160 in dem Trägerprofil 1 (siehe Fig. 27b).FIG. 27a first shows a front cap 153 with bottom edges 154 and sole plate sections 155. Cross slots 156 are formed in the latter in order to enable a connection to a carrier profile 1 (FIG. 46). One possibility for transverse adjustment is given by an indicated spindle 157 or screw connection, which runs across the carrier profile 1 and can be mounted in it or can be designed similarly to a transverse adjustment according to FIG. 8 or FIG. 11. Another possibility for width adjustment is provided by the use of a transverse screw connection 158, which engages two longitudinal webs 159 projecting downward from the sole plate sections 155. This configuration requires an opening 160 in the carrier profile 1 (see FIG. 27b).

The carrier profile 1 shown in cross section in FIG. 27b has the shape of an inverted U, the legs of which are angled inward again. This profile shape enables the insertion and subsequent screwing of additional parts, e.g. of wheel forks 161 according to FIG. 27c, which have an upper plate 162 which can be positively inserted into the carrier profile 1 and can also be easily replaced. Such wheel forks 161 can also be seen in FIGS. 28 and 29.

Instead of the wheel forks 161, runners 163 (FIG. 27d) can also be inserted into the carrier professional 1 in the same or similar manner, from which it can be seen that a shoe can be quickly converted from a roller skate into a skate or vice versa. There is also a factory default Simplification of production.

Weiters ist ein sogenannter Stopper 165 an dem Trägerprofil 1 vorne befestigt.28 and 29 show a roller skate with a carrier profile 1, to which three wheel forks 161 lying one behind the other and having rollers 164 are attached in the manner described above. In other profile configurations, as described in many variants above, the wheel forks 161 could, for example, also be screwed onto the carrier profile 1. Furthermore, a so-called stopper 165 is attached to the carrier profile 1 at the front.

In the case of the two shoes shown in FIGS. 28 to 30, a stiffening strip 166 is arranged at their rear end, which extends from the sole structure essentially to the upper edge of the shoe and is connected to the carrier profile 1 directly or via a rear shell part 167. The stiffening strip 166 can e.g. consist of plastic and contain an inner steel strip 168, which is directly connected on its underside to the carrier profile 1, for example, inserted and / or screwed into a slot there. This steel strip 168 is dashed in FIG. 28 and hatched in FIG. 29. Bridge pieces 169 lie between the stiffening strip 166 and the shell of the shoe. The rear shell of the shoe has a pronounced flexion point 170, which is created by a corresponding material recess.

The stiffening strip 167 is flexible with respect to pivoting of the upper or upper of the shoe, but is rigid in the lateral direction, which results in optimal transmission of forces from the foot to the rollers or runners with a light construction of the shoe. The strip 167 also offers protection against injury.

A width adjustment of the shell is also possible with the shoes according to FIGS. 28 to 30. For this purpose Spindles or screw connections are only hinted at, since they have already been described in some versions above and are designated by the reference number 171. Likewise, the carrier profile 1 can be adjustable in length in one of the ways described above.

An dem Hinterende des Chassis 172 ist ein Stopper 174 angebracht.30 shows a shoe which is similar to that of FIGS. 28 and 29, but in which a complete on-line roller skate chassis 172 with five rollers 173 lying one behind the other is fastened to the carrier profile 1. A stopper 174 is attached to the rear end of the chassis 172.
