Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Einfärbung einer Rasterwalze
nach dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1.The invention relates to a device for coloring an anilox roller
according to the preamble of
A chambered doctor blade is known from a short inking unit (EP 0 315 091 B1), whose ink chamber by a doctor roller, a chamber body with a circular Interior, two doctor blades as a working doctor blade with a negative angle of attack or closing squeegee with positive angle of attack and two side walls is limited and a cylindrical, rotatable and in its Distance to anilox roller includes changeable profile body.
In this chamber doctor blade occurs in the ink chamber in the for inking the anilox roller important area between the gap of the profile body and the working squeegee a color depletion, and the narrowing of the Flow cross-section in the gap favors color swirls and an increase in temperature the color and hinder the formation of a laminar Ink flow in the ink chamber.
In addition, the arrangement requires one in terms of deflection due to the large color print in the gap sufficiently dimensioned profile body a relatively large color chamber and its color density, a radial one Adjustment allowing storage in the side walls accordingly high technical effort.
The invention has for its object a device for coloring
to provide an anilox roller according to the preamble of

gelöst.This object is achieved by the characterizing features of
The invention enables in the absence of cross-sectional constrictions in the ink chamber as well as avoiding protrusions and recesses their extent in connection with the special ink supply in the least Flow area center area of the Ink chamber or tangential or on the face of the inking roller in its direction of rotation and, if necessary, axial color removal, the formation of one to immediately laminar flow reaching the working squeegee in the form of a Ink existing roller with the maximum ink density in for inking the anilox roller is a particularly important area in front of the working squeegee.
Adequate filling of the ink chamber with ongoing replacement of the ink consumption for the printing process is already a small color overprint favored in the ink chamber, since on the other hand with increasing Printing speed especially the flow rate and the ink concentration on the circumference of the faster rotating ink roller Coloring of the anilox roller increased insensitively.
