Description

L'invention concerne un sachet souple à ligne d'ouverture intégrée.The invention relates to a flexible bag with line integrated opening.

By "flexible bag" is meant any container comprising at least two walls, leaf-shaped made from one or more materials sufficiently flexible so that they can be deformed without undergoing deterioration, under normal conditions of use.

But although flexible, the walls must can be easily cut or torn by the user to access the content product, without decrease the resistance of the sachet.

For example, the walls can be made to from a sheet of paper, plastic or metal such as aluminum. Frequently, they are performed at from a complex multilayer film.

We know flexible bags whose walls are arranged opposite. They include a margin of rigid joining of the two walls against each other. The margin is arranged to delimit on the one hand the outer periphery of the bag, and on the other hand the outline external of a central volume.

This central volume is intended to contain a product, for example pasty or powdery liquid. he can in particular a fluid for food use, cosmetic, medical or household.

This volume being surrounded, generally so hermetic, by the margin of solidarity, an opening must be formed in the walls of the bag, to allow the product to be discharged.

Such an opening can be achieved using a cutting tool such as a pair of scissors.

It is also known to provide on the margin of joining a line of lower resistance intended to allow the opening of the bag, without cutting tools, due to tearing or tearing of the walls. Usually a first end of the line over low resistance is located on the outer periphery of the bag.

Mais ces sachets présentent des inconvénients. However, these sachets have drawbacks.

With certain materials from which are the walls, it is not always possible to obtain a correct opening of the sachet by tearing off along the line of weakest resistance. Such is by example, the case of walls that include a layer of material with high tear resistance, for example PET or highly elastic, for example PE or PP.

Conversely, if at least one wall includes a layer of material supporting without breaking important elastic deformations, the opening obtained is not always straightforward, and does not allow clean unloading and precise dosage of the product.

Often the tear deviates from the next direction which one wishes it to be carried out. And part of the walls is torn off without the sachet being opened. Or that the tear is diverted towards the interior of the volume, and creates a gap in it that the product tends to leak out of the bag.

The layout and limited dimensions of the lines of lower known resistance make them difficult to locate. And that they offer a hold insufficient to allow easy removal.

The invention aims to overcome these drawbacks among others. And to offer an economical flexible bag to realize, which is both mechanically resistant, to itself offer effective protection of its content, while being able to be opened easily.

Un objet de l'invention est un sachet comprenant deux parois souples mais déchirables disposées en regard ; une marge de solidarisation rigides des deux parois l'une contre l'autre, agencées pour délimiter d'une part la périphérie extérieure du sachet et d'autre part le contour externe d'un volume central destiné à contenir un produit par exemple liquide, pâteux ou pulvérulent ; et une ligne de plus faible résistance qui s'étend sur la marge de solidarisation et qui est destinée à permettre l'ouverture du sachet par suite de l'arrachement des parois ; une première extrémité de la ligne de plus faible résistance étant située à un bord périphérique de la marge de solidarisation ; à sa seconde extrémité la ligne présente une tangente qui intercepte le contour externe du volume;
An object of the invention is a bag comprising two flexible but tearable walls arranged opposite; a rigid joining margin of the two walls one against the other, arranged to delimit on the one hand the external periphery of the bag and on the other hand the external contour of a central volume intended to contain a product, for example liquid, pasty or powdery; and a line of weaker resistance which extends over the joining margin and which is intended to allow the opening of the bag as a result of the tearing of the walls; a first end of the line of weakest resistance being situated at a peripheral edge of the joining margin; at its second end the line has a tangent which intercepts the external contour of the volume;
the line of weakest resistance has at least one curved part near each of the second end and
the volume comprises, near the second end, a part projecting in the margin and towards a peripheral edge along which extends the line of weakest resistance, so that the opening in the volume produced by tearing constitutes a pouring spout .

The walls of such a bag can either be separate, for example from two sheets of flexible material. Either these walls come from the same sheet folded so as to obtain two facing walls.

The line of weakest resistance can be present in the form of a thinning of the thickness at least one wall, a stamped line, or a removal of material.

The line of weakest resistance can be interrupted between its first and second ends, by at least one frangible bridge.

It can also extend along an edge peripheral of the joining margin, which presents the longer length.

The line of weakest resistance can be substantially straight. And be arranged in part parallel to the peripheral edge along which it stretches.

Respectively at his first and second ends, the line of weakest resistance can be oriented towards the peripheral edge of the margin and towards the external contour of the volume, so as to define a tongue gripping on the margin.

And the tangent of the weakest line resistance at its second end, as well as a tangent of the external contour of the volume at the point of interception of this contour and tangent of the lower line resistance, can define an angle between 45 ° and 90 °, and preferably of the order of 50 ° to 70 °.

According to one embodiment, the sachet has a gripping tab which is flared at least in part, following the line of weakest resistance and from the first end.

For example, the grip tab is flared at least near the second end of the line of lower resistance.

The latter may extend along an edge peripheral which is delimited, in the vicinity of the first end by an adjacent peripheral edge, the distance between the first end and this peripheral edge adjacent being greater than the width of the margin of joining, projected onto the peripheral edge where extends the line, in order to provide an area of detention.

According to one embodiment, the part in volume protrusion is located between the second end of the line of weakest resistance and a peripheral edge adjacent to a peripheral edge along which the line of lower resistance extends.

The peripheral edges of the margins of joining form a polygon, preferably rectangle.

In Figures 1 to 5 and 7, the reference 1 designates a flexible bag.

Bag 1 includes at least two flexible walls but tearable 2 and 3. The walls 2 and 3 are arranged opposite each other.

In a first embodiment, the two walls 2, 3 are distinct. In another embodiment, the walls 2,3 come from the same sheet (59) folded in material flexible but tearable.

A margin 4 for rigidly joining the walls of the bag 1, is arranged to delimit on the one hand the outer periphery of the bag 1, and on the other hand the external outline of a central volume 5.

The central volume 5 is intended to contain a product, for example liquid, pasty or powdery. This product can be at least partly solid.

The bag 1 illustrated comprises two flexible walls 2 and 3 arranged one against the other. But bag 1 can have more than two flexible walls joined by a or more margins 4. The walls can then be united towards each other and, from preferably edge to edge.

In order to simplify the description, the sachet 1 is assimilated to the plane defined by the two walls 2 and 3, and by margin 4. It being understood that the envelope of the sachet 1 in reality has a certain thickness.

Similarly, although the 1 bags shown are polygonal, and more precisely rectangular, bags 1 can be provided, the external periphery has any shape, for example rounded.

In Figure 1, the outer periphery of the bag 1 is constituted by peripheral edges 6, 7, 8 and 9. Edges 6 and 8 are parallel to each other, and are delimited between their ends by the adjacent edges 7 and 9. The peripheral edges 7 and 9 are parallel between them, and extend perpendicular to the adjacent edges 6 and 8. The outer contour of the central volume 5 is essentially defined by adjacent sections 10, 11, 12 and 13, which are respectively parallel to the edges peripherals 6, 7, 8 and 9.

In the case where the walls 2, 3 come from a single sheet (59) folded, the fold of the sheet may correspond to one of the peripheral edges of the bag 1, for example edge 8.

Part 14 of margin 4 is bounded on the one hand by the peripheral edge 6 and on the other starts from section 10 of the external outline of volume 5. It the same goes for part 15 with edge 7 and the section 11; the part 16 with the edge 8 and the section 12; as well as for part 17 with edge 9 and the section 13.

Ici, on voit que le bord plié 8 est également solidarisé et délimité la partie de marge 16.In the case where the walls 2, 3 come from a same folded sheet, the folded edge is joined or is not not. Here we see that the folded edge 8 is also secured and delimited the margin part 16.

The smallest dimension of bag 1 illustrated is parallel to edges 6 and 8. Edges 7 and 9, the contour sections of volume 11 and 13, as well as the parts of margins 15 and 17 therefore have the largest size or length of bag 1.

Line 18 here extends over the part 15 of margin 4. It has a first end 19, located at the peripheral edge 7.

Cette ligne 18 est destinée à permettre l'ouverture du sachet 1, en effectuant un arrachement d'une partie des parois 2 et 3.This line 18 is intended to allow the opening from bag 1, by removing part of the walls 2 and 3.

The line of weakest resistance 18 presents at its second end 20, a tangent 21 which intercepts the section 11 of the external contour of the volume 5.

Thus, by tearing the walls 2 and 3 according to the line of weakest resistance 18, from the first end 19 and via the second end 20, an opening 22 (fig. 5) of substantially predetermined shape is carried out in volume 5.

The line of weakest resistance 18 can be obtained in different ways. She can show up in the form of a thinning of the thickness of at least a wall 2 or 3. But also a stamped line or a removal of material.

Plusieurs ponts frangibles peuvent être ménagés le long de la ligne 18.Here, between the first end 19 and the second end 20, line 18 is interrupted by a bridge frangible 23. Several frangible bridges can be along line 18.

The line of weakest resistance 18 is partly substantially straight and extends along the edge 7 which is one of the two longest of the bag 1. The part straight line 18 is arranged parallel to the edge peripheral 7. Measured in orthogonal projection on the edge 7, the distance between the first end 19 and the adjacent peripheral edge 8 opposite the second end 20 along edge 7, is greater than the width of the joining margin 4 measured in the same way, that is to say at the distance on the edge 7, between the edge adjacent 8 and the contour part 16.

We can thus give the line of weakest resistance 18 a significant length, while sparing between the first end 19 and the adjacent edge 8, a retention zone 24. Zone 24 has sufficient dimensions to allow the bag 1 to be firmly held by its user, between end 19 and edge 8.

The tongue 25 is flared at least in part, following line 18 and from the first end 19. In other words, the second end 20 is further from the peripheral edge 7, in a direction parallel to the adjacent edge 6, than is the part straight 26. Although the tongue 25 can be flared over its entire length, it is here only near the second end 20.

The flared part of the tongue 25 is defined by a curved part 27 (fig. 3) of the line 18, oriented towards the external contour of volume 5, and here towards its section 11. And near the first end 19, the line of lower resistance 18 has another part curved 28 oriented towards the peripheral edge 7. In projection on this edge, the curved part 28 is located between the frangible bridge 23 and the first end 19. The curved portion 28 defines one end 29 of the tongue 25 which is integrated in margin 4.

De préférence, l'angle α est de l'ordre de 50° à 70°.The curved portion 28 is here arranged so that the tangent 21 on the one hand, and on the other hand a tangent 30 of section 11 of the external contour of volume 5, at a point intercept 31 of this contour and the tangent 21, define an angle α between 45 ° and 90 °. Of preferably, the angle α is of the order of 50 ° to 70 °.

In Figures 1, 3 and 4, part 33 of the volume 5 provided near the second end 20 made projection in part 15 of margin 4, towards the edge peripheral 7. The protruding part 33 is here delimited by the intersection of the adjacent sections 10 and 11 of the external contour of volume 5. It is located between the second end 20 and the peripheral edge 6, to which is adjacent the peripheral edge 7.

Referring to Figures 3 to 5, the mode opening of a sachet 1, as well as the advantages provided by its structure, are described.

Before opening, the bag 1 is as shown in Figures 1 and 3. A person or user wishing to unload at least part of the product contained in volume 5, can take between the fingers of one hand the retention zone 24.

With the fingers of the other hand, the user can grab the tab 25. The dimensions of the retainer 24, and the length of the tongue 25 allow a good catch.

While maintaining zone 24, we exercise on the tongue 25 a pull along line 18 such as indicated by arrow A (fig. 4). The end 29 of the tongue 25 can be made free, and the frangible bridge 23 broken.

5).When the tear point reaches the part curved 27, the tearing force along arrow A is transmitted to walls 2 and 3 by an increasing section, measured parallel to edge 6. This prevents the tongue does not break as it tears walls beyond the second end 20 (fig. 5).

From the phase of figure 4, continuing to be pulled along arrow A, the tear point leaves the line of weakest resistance 18 and forms a rim torn 37. The orientation given to the curved part 27 in particular allows the tearing to be carried out so clean and frank.

5), the tab 25 can be completely detached from the rest of the bag 1. By tearing the walls 2 and 3 beyond the second end 20, the tongue 25 carries with it a part 36 delimited by what previously formed a corner of bag 1 between edges 6 and 7, as well as ripped edge 37.

In addition, the opening 22 obtained by this tearing, which cuts the protruding part 33 of volume 5, has the shape of a spout. This spout discharges the product from volume 5 in a dosed manner, and at a chosen location. For example, if the product is fluid, it is possible to dose a drop 35 of product, and affix it precisely on any support.

The angle α is preferably determined so that the torn rim 37 is oriented in one direction in which the material of walls 2 and 3 has most tear resistance characteristics possible.

Referring to Figure 1, we see that the bag 1, and for example part 15 of margin 4 bearing the weakest resistance line 18 can be coated a print 34 or the like.

Such an impression can be part of a pattern ornamental extending over other parts of the sachet. But printing 34 can also have a function informative. Here it represents an arrow which indicates the direction in which the line 18 tear should be performed.

Figures 2 and 7 illustrate examples of processes for making sachets 1. In view of the explanations which follow and the state of the art, a person skilled in the art will know how to implement this process.

In the case (fig. 2) where the two flexible walls 2, 3 are distinct, the realization is more specially suitable for making bags vertically. And in the case (fig. 7) where the two flexible walls 2, 3 come from of a folded sheet, the realization is more specially suitable for the manufacture of sachets 1 horizontally.

The references 38 and 39 (fig. 2) designate two sheets of flexible but tearable material, for example unwound from rolls and moved simultaneously facing each other, according to the direction an arrow B. The arrow B is preferably oriented at the vertical.

In a plane perpendicular to this arrow, the two sheets 38 and 39 have the same dimensions, and are arranged side by side. This dimension corresponds substantially twice the width of an edge 6 or 8 of sachet 1. The example illustrated allows that two sachets 1 are performed substantially simultaneously. The sachets 1 are produced so that their edges most long 7 and 9, are parallel to arrow B.

Once in contact, sheets 38 and 39 are rigidly joined together to form part of the margin 4 and volume 5. More precisely, at this stage only parts 15, 16 and 17 of margin 4 are carried out.

Two filling members 40, 41 such as nozzles are fixed relative to the sheets 38 and 39 which scroll in the direction of arrow B. And these nozzles 40 and 41 are arranged to extend inside the volume 5 partially defined by the margin parts 15, 16 and 17 which have just been rigidly joined.

Cette étape permet d'obturer le volume 5.Each nozzle 40 and 41 has the function of filling at at least partially the already completed part of volume 5 with a product. It can be different for each nozzle 40 and 41. The rigid joining of the two sheets 38 and 39, and therefore the realization of the peripheral margin 4 are then completed. This step closes the volume 5.

Then the line of weakest resistance 18 is formed. Several processes and tools allow get line 18 for example she can take the form of a stamped line.

An optional marking 42 can then be carried out on margins 4 provided with line 18.

Cette découpe longitudinale est substantiellement parallèle à la direction de défilement B. La formation de la découpe longitudinale 43 aboutit à la création de deux bandes de sachets 1 d'un seul tenant, suivant la direction B.In the case of FIG. 2, where the sheets 38 and 39 allow several bags 1 to be produced simultaneously arranged transversely to the direction of travel B, it should proceed to a longitudinal cut at 43. This longitudinal cut is substantially parallel to the direction of scrolling B. The formation of the cutout longitudinal 43 results in the creation of two strips of bags 1 in one piece, in direction B.

Then, a transverse cutting operation 44, that is to say substantially perpendicular to the direction B, is carried out to separate the sachets 1 from each strip obtained by the longitudinal cut 43.

Figure 2 is only an example and it is also possible to make more than two sachets 1 simultaneously. Or only one sachet at a time. Also, the invention allows the production of platelets of several sachets in one piece, where sachets 1 do not are not separated in the longitudinal direction of scrolling B and / or in a transverse direction.

According to the process illustrated in FIG. 7, the walls 2, 3 come from the same sheet of material flexible but tearable 59, which is rolled up in the form of coil 61. And the direction B of scrolling and setting form of sheet 59 in sachets 1 is effected substantially horizontal.

As it is unwound from the spool 61, the sheet 59 passes through means 60 able to perform longitudinal folding, substantially parallel to the direction B. The sheet 59 is thus folded in the direction of its length, to form two sections 62, 63.

Ici, le pliage est effectué de façon à être confondu avec le bord 8 des sachets 1At the end of folding by the means 60, the two sides 62, 63 which are respectively intended to form the walls 2 and 3, are arranged opposite. Here, the folding is carried out so as to be confused with edge 8 of bags 1

According to the direction of travel B, the walls 2, 3 undergo stages similar to those that have been described above (fig. 2), to obtain sachets 1. Three filling means 40, in the form of a mobile nozzle able to penetrate and extract itself from volume 5 defined by the margin portions 15, 16 and 17 are provided here.

La ligne 18 est réalisée sur la marge 4, et par exemple sur la partie 15.Following the shutter in volume 5, one more line low resistance 18 is formed on the formed parts by the walls 2, 3 secured, by means 56 appropriate. Line 18 is made on margin 4, and by example on part 15.

To separate the bags 1 provided with lines 18, a cut transverse to direction B is carried out. This cutout 44 is here vertical, and produced according to the plan to which the sachets are assimilated 1.

Such a machine allows the implementation for example of the process which has just been described with reference to Figure 2.

The machine 45 comprises a frame 46 with a base 47. Various means are provided for transforming into sachets flexible 1 sheets of flexible material 38, 39 which scroll inside the machine in one direction B. The sheets 33, 34 scroll for this purpose opposite or at through the means of the machine 45.

This machine 45 is shown with its tools in a position extracted from the frame 46. Some of its parties are not represented.

Le tiroir peut par exemple être monté à coulissement sur le bâti 46.Following the direction of travel B, the machine 45 includes in particular a drawer 48, of which a part of the machine tools and means 45. The drawer 48 extracts from the frame 46, in a direction transverse to arrow B for example, the organs which are united. The drawer can for example be mounted at sliding on the frame 46.

Les moyens 49 comprennent une platine 50, solidaire du tiroir 48.Near the location where the leaves 38, 39 converge towards each other, are provided means 49 able to make them rigidly integral. The means 49 include a plate 50, integral with the drawer 48.

On the plate 50, are mounted pads joining 51, 52, 53 and 54. Skids 51, 52 and 53 are arranged in a direction substantially parallel to arrow B. They allow the formation of the parts of margin 15 and 17 of the bags 1, for example by heat sealing.

Here, two sachets 1 are produced simultaneously, and the joining pads 51-54 generally define the shape of two contiguous U's. Each U corresponds to one of bags 1 to make.

The shoe 54 is arranged transversely to the direction B, and allows to join the margin parts 14 and 16. Here, the skate firstly secures the margin portions 16 of a location of the sheets 38, 39 which has just been brought opposite the plate 50. The margin parts 15 and 17 are produced simultaneously.

Ce patin constitue donc des moyens d'obturation du volume 5, par achèvement de la marge 4.After filling, this location is moved until the part of volume 5 opposite the part 16, come opposite skate 54. And while parts margin 15, 16 and 17 of a location of sheets 38, 39 following are carried out, the margin part 14 of the space with volumes 5 just filled is produced by the pad 54. This pad therefore constitutes means of sealing volume 5, by completing the margin 4.

The means referenced in 56 have the function of make the lines of lower resistance 18. The means 56 are mounted on the drawer 50 via of a base 57. They form a passage that the leaves 38, 39 pass through, and where appropriate tools, such as cutting tool, achieves the weakest lines resistance.

The means 58 are arranged to perform the longitudinal cut 43 for separating the sheets secured 38, 39 in two strips of sachets 1 of a single holding.

In the case of FIG. 7, and in a machine 45 horizontally scrolling, the means 49 performing the first securing of the walls 2, 3 are arranged at distance in direction B, means (54) capable of make the margin part 14 which closes the volume 5.

This machine can also work vertically than horizontal.

This machine 45 has two supports 64 and 65, which are arranged opposite, on either side of a track scrolling - in direction B - of at least one sheet of flexible material.

They can be positioned relative to each other, as well as by compared to the walls 2, 3 which scroll in the direction B, by respective adjustment means 66 and 67. These means 66 and 67 such as slides or the like allow in particular an adjustment in direction B. The mounting of the plate 50 can be carried out using rails 68. One plates 50 is provided to receive tools comparable to skates 51-54.

The invention is not limited to the modes of illustrated realization but includes all modifications within the reach of the skilled person.
