Die Erfindung betrifft eine kombinierte Ausbreit- und Quetschvorrichtung, insbesondere für Schlauch-Wirkware mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.

Bekannt ist aus der DE-OS 41 23 477 A1 eine Vorrichtung zur Vermeidung von Bugmarkierungen in Schlauch-Wirkware. Nach dieser bekannten Vorrichtung wird die Schlauch-Wirkware zwischen einem rotierbaren und im Durchmesser verstellbaren inneren Quetschwalzensystem und einem rotierbaren äußeren Quetschwalzensystem geführt.
Der strukturelle Aufbau des inneren Quetschwalzensystems entspricht dem eines Rundbreithalters gemäß der DE-PS 37 32 754. Allerdings ist an den freien Enden der Abstützungen anstelle von Längsführungselementen jeweils ein Quetschwalzenpaar angeordnet.
Jedes Quetschwalzenpaar des inneren Systems bildet zusammen mit einer Quetschwalze des äußeren Systems ein sogenanntes Teilquetschwerk.
Beim Abquetschen der Schlauchware greift zwischen die Quetschwalzen jedes Quetschwalzenpaares jeweils eine drehangetriebene Quetschwalze des äußeren Systems gesteuert ein. Die Behandlungsflotte wird auf diese Weise weitgehend aus der Schlauch-Wirkware gequetscht.

Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung wird in vorteilhafter Weise erreicht, daß die in den einzelnen Quetschwerken wirkenden Quetschkräfte sich direkt gegenseitig abstützen. Aufgrund der Anordnung der einzelnen Quetschwalzenpaare am zentralen Träger werden die Abstützungen und deren Lager nicht mehr durch die Quetschkräfte beansprucht. Die Abstützungen haben lediglich die sich aus dem Breithalten der Schlauch-Wirkware ergebenden Kräfte aufzunehmen.

Das freie Ende des Außenrohres 19a ist mit dem oberen Breithalterkopf 15 und das freie Ende des Innenrohres 19b mit dem unteren Breithalterkopf 11 über ein Drehlager 22 (Fig. 4) verbunden.
Die Ausbreit- und Quetschvorrichtung ist damit zwischen den beiden Breithalterköpfen 11,15 rotierbar gehalten.

Beide Walzenaufnahmen 24,25 sind, über die Länge des Außenrohres 19a gesehen, beabstandet voneinander angeordnet und zwar derart, daß in den Walzenaufnahmen 24,25 die Quetschwalzen 23a,23b der einzelnen Quetschwalzenpaare 23 drehbar gelagert sind.
Wesentlich ist dabei, daß die betreffenden Lagerstellen der einzelnen Quetschwalzen 23a,23b in der oberen Walzenaufnahme 24 relativ zu den Lagerstellen der unteren Walzenaufnahme 25 versetzt ausgerichtet sind, d.h. nicht fluchtend gegenüberliegen. Dadurch weist jede Längsachse der Quetschwalzen 23a, 23b in Bezug auf die Längsachse des zentralen Trägers 19 eine Schrägstellung von einigen Winkelgraden auf.
Die gleiche Schrägstellung besitzt auch jede der auf das jeweilige Quetschwalzenpaar 23 radial verstellbaren und drehangetriebenen Quetschwalze 26.

Der Quetschspalt und damit auch die auf die Schlauch-Wirkware 1 wirkende Quetschkraft "F" ist mittels der die jeweilige Quetschwalze 26 tragenden Kolben-Zylindereinheit 27 einstellbar.

Auf den Antrieb der einzelnen Lagerringe 28,29 soll hier nicht weiter eingegangen werden, da dieser bereits in der vorbekannten DE-OS 41 23 477 A1 ausführlich beschrieben wurde.

Claims (2)

Kombinierte Ausbreit- und Quetschvorrichtung, insbesondere für Schlauch-Wirkware, bestehend - aus einem Gestell (5) mit einer Breithalteeinrichtung, wobei in dem Gestell (5) ein in horizontaler Ebene angeordneter drehangetriebener Lagerring (29) aufgenommen ist und ferner ein Paar drehangetriebene Lagerringe (28) aufgenommen sind und das Lagerring-Paar (28) in der horizontalen Ebene parallel zu dem erstgenannten Lagerring (29) angeordnet ist und wobei alle Lagerringe die Breithalteeinrichtung umschließen, - aus Kolben-Zylindereinheiten (27), die zueinander beabstandet auf einem Teilkreis mit dem Lagerring-Paar (28) verbunden sind und wobei jede Kolben-Zylindereinheit (27) mit einer drehangetriebenen Quetschwalze (26) derart in Verbindung steht, daß jede Quetschwalze (26) auf ein Quetschwalzenpaar (23), das der Quetschwalze (26) gegenüberliegend angeordnet und mit der Breithalteeinrichtung verbunden ist, eine Anpresskraft ausüben kann, - aus der Breithalteeinrichtung, die in dem Gestell (5) rotierbar gehalten ist und einen zentralen teleskopartig ausgebildeten Träger (19) besitzt, der aus einem Außenrohr (19a) und einem in das Außenrohr (19a) teleskopartig verschiebbaren Innenrohr (19b) besteht und wobei an dem Außen- und Innenrohr (19a, 19b) radial spreizbare Abstützungen (20, 21) angelenkt sind, deren freie Enden durch wenigstens einen Längsverbinder (31) miteinander verbunden sind und der Längsverbinder (31) wenigstens eine drehend gelagerte Ausbreitrolle (12) aufnimmt, und wobei jedes Quetschwalzenpaar (23) zusammen mit der separaten Quetschwalze (26) ein Quetschwerk (13) bildet, welche Quetschwerke (13) bezogen auf die Längsachse des zentralen Trägers (19) eine Schrägstellung aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Quetschwalzenpaare (23) am Außenrohr (19a) des zentralen Trägers (19) in stationären Aufnahmen (24, 25) drehbeweglich gelagert sind und jedem Quetschwalzenpaar (23) die drehangetriebene Quetschwalze (26) zusammen mit der Kolben-Zylindereinheit (27) derart diametral gegenüberliegend am jeweiligen Lagerring des Lagerringpaares (28) positioniert ist, daß sich die von den Kolben-Zylindereinheiten (27) ausgehenden Quetschkräfte (F) direkt gegenseitig abstützen.
