Abstract

Beim Einsetzen einer Glasscheibe in den Rahmen eines Fensterflügels ist es notwendig, die Glasscheibe gegenüber dem Rahmen zu verklotzen. Dies bedeutet, daß vor allem im Bereich der Rahmenecken zwischen Glasscheibenkante und Flügelrahmen Klötze eingesetzt werden, die zum Teil eine Tragfunktion (Tragklötze) und immer eine Abstandshaltefunktion (Distanzklötze) aufweisen. Dem Glaser stehen verschieden dicke Klötze für die Verklotzung zur Verfügung, die je nach dem lichten Abstand zwischen Glaskante und Flügelrahmen ausgewählt werden. Wichtig ist hierbei, daß der Fensterflügel bei eingesetzter Glasscheibe exakt rechtwinklig ist, wobei die eingesetzte Glasscheibe für die Formstabilität des Fensterflügels sorgt. Eine fachgerechte Verklotzung der Scheibe ist notwendig für eine einwandfreie Funktion und Abdichtung des Fensters. Mit der Zeit kann es jedoch beispielsweise durch Verformung oder Verrutschen der Klötze zu ungewollten Setzungserscheinungen kommen, die eine rautenartige Verformung des Flügelrahmens zur Folge haben und sich durch unerwünschtes Reiben oder Auflaufen des Fensterflügels auf dem Blendrahmen bemerkbar machen. Dieser Fehler kann in den meisten Fällen nur durch eine Neuverklotzung behoben werden, die mit einem erheblichen Arbeitsaufwand verbunden ist.When inserting a glass pane into the frame of a window sash, it is necessary to block the glass pane against the frame. Der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung liegt vor allem der Gedanke zugrunde, daß mindestens eines der Verklotzungselemente am betreffenden Rahmenholm parallel zur Rahmenebene gegen die benachbarte Glasscheibenkante von außen her verstellbar angeordnet ist. Vorteilhafterweise wird dies dadurch erreicht, daß das Verklotzungselement einen in einer Gewindebüchse des Rahmenholms geführten, von außen her mit einem Werkzeug drehbaren Gewindebolzen und ein gegen die Glasscheibenkante anliegendes, mit dem Gewindebolzen drehbar und verschiebefest verbundenes Druckstück aufweist. Die Gewindebüchse ist dabei vorteilhafterweise als Formstück vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff ausgebildet, in eine Querbohrung des Rahmenholms von innen her eingesteckt und mit einem Anschlag innenseitig an diesem abgestützt, während der Gewindebolzen über eine zur offenen Stirnseite der Gewindebüchse weisende Querbohrung des Rahmenholms hindurch von außen her betätigbar ist und an seinem glasscheibenseitigen Ende ein radial überstehendes, im wesentlichen tellerförmiges Kopfteil trägt, auf das das Druckstück mit einer hinterschnittenen Nut aufsteckbar ist. Die hinterschnittene Nut ist bei auf das Kopfteil aufgestecktem Druckstück zweckmäßig quer zur betreffenden Glaskante ausgerichtet. Damit ist es möglich, das Druckstück von einem Strangpreßteil in einer der Dicke der Glasscheibe entsprechenden Länge abzulängen.
