Die Erfindung betrifft einen Fensterflügel, insbesondere für Drehfenster oder Drehkippfenster, mit einem Flügelrahmen, der aus vier an den Rahmenecken paarweise miteinander verbundenen, vorzugsweise aus Hohlkammerprofilschienen bestehenden Rahmenholmen zusammengesetzt ist und mit einer in den Flügelrahmen eingesetzten Glasscheibe, die mit ihren Kanten über abstandshaltende Verklotzungselemente an den Rahmenholmen abgestützt ist.The invention relates to a window sash, in particular for sash windows or tilt-and-turn windows, with a sash frame which is composed of four frame spars connected to one another in pairs at the frame corners, preferably consisting of hollow section rails, and with a glass pane inserted into the sash frame, the edges of which are connected by spacing blocking elements the frame bars are supported.
Beim Einsetzen einer Glasscheibe in den Rahmen eines Fensterflügels ist es notwendig, die Glasscheibe gegenüber dem Rahmen zu verklotzen. Dies bedeutet, daß vor allem im Bereich der Rahmenecken zwischen Glasscheibenkante und Flügelrahmen Klötze eingesetzt werden, die zum Teil eine Tragfunktion (Tragklötze) und immer eine Abstandshaltefunktion (Distanzklötze) aufweisen. Dem Glaser stehen verschieden dicke Klötze für die Verklotzung zur Verfügung, die je nach dem lichten Abstand zwischen Glaskante und Flügelrahmen ausgewählt werden. Wichtig ist hierbei, daß der Fensterflügel bei eingesetzter Glasscheibe exakt rechtwinklig ist, wobei die eingesetzte Glasscheibe für die Formstabilität des Fensterflügels sorgt. Eine fachgerechte Verklotzung der Scheibe ist notwendig für eine einwandfreie Funktion und Abdichtung des Fensters. Mit der Zeit kann es jedoch beispielsweise durch Verformung oder Verrutschen der Klötze zu ungewollten Setzungserscheinungen kommen, die eine rautenartige Verformung des Flügelrahmens zur Folge haben und sich durch unerwünschtes Reiben oder Auflaufen des Fensterflügels auf dem Blendrahmen bemerkbar machen. Dieser Fehler kann in den meisten Fällen nur durch eine Neuverklotzung behoben werden, die mit einem erheblichen Arbeitsaufwand verbunden ist.When inserting a glass pane into the frame of a window sash, it is necessary to block the glass pane against the frame. Ausgehend hiervon liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, den bekannten Fensterflügel der eingangs angegebenen Art dahingehend zu verbessern, daß die Verklotzung der Glasscheiben vereinfacht und im montierten Zustand des Fensterflügels nachgestellt werden kann. Der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung liegt vor allem der Gedanke zugrunde, daß mindestens eines der Verklotzungselemente am betreffenden Rahmenholm parallel zur Rahmenebene gegen die benachbarte Glasscheibenkante von außen her verstellbar angeordnet ist. Vorteilhafterweise wird dies dadurch erreicht, daß das Verklotzungselement einen in einer Gewindebüchse des Rahmenholms geführten, von außen her mit einem Werkzeug drehbaren Gewindebolzen und ein gegen die Glasscheibenkante anliegendes, mit dem Gewindebolzen drehbar und verschiebefest verbundenes Druckstück aufweist. Die Gewindebüchse ist dabei vorteilhafterweise als Formstück vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff ausgebildet, in eine Querbohrung des Rahmenholms von innen her eingesteckt und mit einem Anschlag innenseitig an diesem abgestützt, während der Gewindebolzen über eine zur offenen Stirnseite der Gewindebüchse weisende Querbohrung des Rahmenholms hindurch von außen her betätigbar ist und an seinem glasscheibenseitigen Ende ein radial überstehendes, im wesentlichen tellerförmiges Kopfteil trägt, auf das das Druckstück mit einer hinterschnittenen Nut aufsteckbar ist. Die hinterschnittene Nut ist bei auf das Kopfteil aufgestecktem Druckstück zweckmäßig quer zur betreffenden Glaskante ausgerichtet. Damit ist es möglich, das Druckstück von einem Strangpreßteil in einer der Dicke der Glasscheibe entsprechenden Länge abzulängen. Die symbolisch als Drehflügel A und Drehkippflügel B dargestellten Fensterflügel nach Fig. 1a und b bestehen im wesentlichen aus einem Flügelrahmen 10 und einer in den Flügelrahmen 10 eingesetzten und mittels Verklotzungselementen 12 bis 22 an diesem abgestützten Glasscheibe 24. Der Flügelrahmen 10 ist aus vier an Gehrungsschnitten 26 paarweise miteinander verbundenen Rahmenholmen 28,30,32,34 zusammengesetzt, wobei der Fensterflügel am vertikalen Rahmenholm 28 an einem Blendrahmen anlenkbar ist und am gegenüberliegenden Holm 30 einen Betätigungsgriff trägt. Im Falle des Drehkippflügels B ist zusätzlich im Bereich des unteren horizontalen Rahmenholms 34 ein Kippgelenk angeordnet. Jedem Rahmenholm 28,30,32,34 ist ein Verklotzungselement 16,14,12,18 zugeordnet, die jeweils als Tragklötze ausgebildet sind. Im Falle des Drehkippflügels B sind zusätzlich zwei Distanzklötze 20,22 vorgesehen, die keine Tragfunktion aufweisen. Die Tragklötze 16,18 im Bereich der unteren bandseitigen Rahmenecke sind in ihrem Abstand unverstellbar zwischen dem zugehörigen Rahmenholm 28,34 und der Kante der Glasscheibe 24 angeordnet, während die Verklotzungselemente 12,14 im Bereich der oberen griffseitigen Rahmenecke in Richtung der Doppelpfeile 36,38 von außen her abstandsverändernd verstellbar sind.
